1. I am proceeding abroad for a month from 22nd August to 23rd September, and wanted to pay an advance amount to cover future bills. I cannot find an option to make this payment online through netbanking. Please let me know immediately.
2. In all the customer care phone nos there is no option to speak to anyone and get a query like this to be clarified. Why? Am I missing some option?
3. Since I am part of a special scheme for broadband billing is there a minimum amount I am required to pay?

We have been trying to contact Mr Manju for more than two weeks for broadband connection. But the person is n't even p icking the call nor connection has been given. In this regard I had visited the airtel showroom where I had been advised to raise a complaint in order to get the broadband connection. If you're unable to provide a new connection(fixed broadband ) I request you to provide me an alternate 4g dongle or to make the refund.

Over charging for the voice call
Hi
I am user of fixed line 08041137816 and broadband , I took landline connection of plan 99 Rs unlimited monthly , but when my bill is generated I see my land line has been billed with call and vas charges 488.25 + 70 Rs Service tax .I called Customer care on dated 17.08.2015,08. 7.00 pm They told me that the mistake was their own side since they have not updated the plan. I am requesting you to inquire about phone call details and deduct unnecessary amount from the bill , so that I can pay the bill once you reverse this call and vas charges in my bill .

Charged for extra data usage without any kind of intimation
Sir,
I am Sudhakar, from visakhapatnam. My mobile no is 9949750716. I am in 199 cug postpaid plan. This month my bill has gone upto 1236/- when i saw the bill i am surprised while my regular bill would not cross Rs 300/-
I am charged for extra data usage without any kind of intimation, so i am not going to pay the bill unless my bill is reduced, i am using airtel network from 8years.

Complaint in Postpaid services
I am a subscriber of Airtel post paid services( Mobile No.9989849080 ) for the 2 months. I Would like to change to my number post paid to prepaid.When contact the customer care centre, they have informed that, to change into prepaid plan, To have to continue in post paid plan for minimum 6 months. I further report,that necessary action may be at the email to change my plan from post paid to prepaid other wise i want to port.

today my data pack is going to renew but its not happen instead of that my balance is dedicated by more than 100 rs and when call to your customer care executive then don't give me satisfied answer and even not listening my problem. it was my worst experience ever from your company.

airtel bill due status even after being paid

I have paid my June month bill amounting Rs.1129.16 through Internet banking and also submitted payment certificate from my bank for my land line Phone No.0172-4633679. further I approached your Chandigarh, sector-32 Office and submitted copy of my bank payment & requested them to settled the matter but it is my said experience that such small issue is not settled.

my prepaid mobile no is 8971037278 sir i got message regarding 257 combo recharge on which there was offer of 100 rupees talk time and 1 GB 3G data was to be credited but for kind information only 50 rupees talk time and 500 MB 3G data has been credited remaining talk-time & data has not been credited.

I feel sorry to say that the airtel employee behaved in very bad manner. HER name is POOJA. BILL WAS PENDING AGAINST MY NUMBER. she called the my 5 relatives whom i had called from my number and she spoke very rudely to them. she told them that ur relative (me) is not paying bill. so i pooja will cut ur number also and will call his (my) other relatives. Wrong plan activated
I am using a number (9718885838) recently I port this SIM idea(prepaid) to Siegel(postpaid) I was not satisfied with my plan,so on 6th July 2015 I called on customer care number, Mr Dalit (emp I'd - 1798862586) was the person who responding me, he told me about 999/-plan, I agree with this plan but I have only local call uses but by mistake he activate my std min.NOT local min.that way my bill amt is 2000/-approx, I will never pay for his mistake. I have also our conversation recording. Please do correction in my bill I will never pay extra charge.

Poor Airtel broadband service
i was using airtel broadband service.....after shifting my room i requested for broadband shifting but no response so been without internet for 4 months waiting for airtel...even though i paid my bill for four month...and i requested for disconnection but then also my account was active...and again have been charge with new charges. what kind of service is this? no proper response. I have been using airtel postpaid plan from past 1 year but in my july usage bill 800 rupees have been added to my bill I have a plan of 999 in which I have been allotted 5600mb 3g data...The amount of 800 you people have added to my bill is of usage of more data than allotted to me but I have used only 5500mb 3g data.so solve my bill payment issue as soon as possible..And I would like to remind you people that this my second complaint to you and I complaint several of times on 121 but no one has responded till yet. I have already paid my airtel Landline No 0731-4004034 bill , through online payment of Rs. 1538 dated 08.08.2015 vide transaction of bank No. 000814065992 , as well as receipt No. 011404110215663 , but Airtel has generated the bill of out standing amount= current bill as the OS bill was paid by me also wide the aforesaid references , airtel office 121 not responding answer to me. Pl. updates the outstanding and generate the fresh bills without late charges.

Airtel 4g Hotspot issue
Hello,
I bought Airtel 4G airtel connection and notice very bad connection . Am not even getting speed upto 2 Mpbs and the customer care service is so pathetic to address my issue .
Its completely waste of spending money and also waste speaking to customer care people. I have raised complaint with 64609882 and expecting the least help they could provide and if not to reimburse the money .

There is no network since three months
There is no network on my phone more than three months now. Complaint regarding misuse of Inernet data (theft)
I am using Airtel broad band internet service . user id is 01147051629. From last two 3 months continuously we are facing the problem regarding the internet data. As on every 04th of the month My new monthly plan starts but after a day or 2 days it become over (finish) and it shows no data available. I dont know how it can be possible infact according to security purpose we switch the password too. I am requesting you to please do inquiry regarding this problem and solve it asap.
