I was billed wrongly with called i haven't made, i dialed the airtel helpline number to get the matter cleared, but the customer care executive named Amrita wasnt cooperating neither she was transferring the call to a higher officer. She rudely just disconnected the call while i was explaining her my problems. Pathetic service from so called world class company.

Yesterday I have received call from customer care, they have given me 299 plan. They told the number will activate by 24 hours but still its not activated my mobile no. Is 9901630524. Pls this number and do the needfull. Thank you.

I bought my new phone motog 3rd generation. I bought 4 for 6 month double data plan with it till for Dec 2015. Bt sir I can't brought tht offer. i have done my 4 times 3g recharge bt I can't found double data plan to me on my phone. So pls!! do something for it. I am ur reliable customer for last 15 year. I dont know who had registered my mail with the following number 8099787799. It looks unfair about receiving the mails like this to a person who is not related with the following number. I had never taken the airtel phones and never used them. When I called to the number given in the email, a legal officer had lifted few days back and now no one is lifting the phone. I request you to kindly look in this issue seriously.

A service airtel now flash which is automatically activate on my postpaid no and charge for that without my permission to activate. Pls stop it.

I am not able to turn on data in 4G as I am using 4G handset n living in Bangalore. What's the problem related to 4G in Bangalore? and I am able to use 4G network of other network like Vodafone, Idea ,and JIO but Airtel's not working. I have tried much contacting you via call but you guys are much busy that ther is no option to contact you. How ridicules is this?

I have recently recharged my number 9065122927 with airtel rs 1499 mega saving pack which promises to give 10gb instant 3g/4g data and 1gb 3g/4g data at rs51 for next 12 months. I have received the confirmation message but the speed I am getting is worse than 2g i.e less than 10kb/s. I am very much troubled with this and want my money back or solution of this problem. I have many times tried to contact airtel customer care but they do not do anything instead of promising to fix things. please contact me to get more information about my problem.

This is Vinoth Kumar T. My mobile number is 7200079059. Recently i have received call Airtel customer care number (8670409551) & name is raje from Kodambakkam branch chennai and 7871380548, also from landline number 04433179999. They have informed that the plan is Rs.349 - Unlimited calls and 5GB 4G data and this is applicable for the members who are porting from docomo to Airtel. As per this information i have changed from Docomo to Airtel and got activated on 25.07.2017. Almost 2 weeks over and i have called more than 50 times to the customer care and the numbers which i have specified where is no proper response. Only 1GB added and the plan is reflecting as 399 still. Initially they told it will be activated in 2 days everytime when i call them. Now they are not responding properly and even they are not picking the call from my number. Please check the call records from all numbers i have specified in this email and you will come to know what they have said to me. Also they gave one finally and informed that is a team lead number (9710023773).

I need to know why the said plan is not yet added and why they are getting the customers by giving wrong (non sense) information. I have never seen such a horrible customer care and stupid response. Please take this complaint forward atleast now. Please add the said plan else please change my number to prepaid. This is all your mistake, then why we as a customer need to suffer. Customer care is there to help the customers, not to ignore the customers once they provided SIM to the customer.

Your customer care system is not at all purposeful. The prerecorded matter is being only repeated. I do not get the line I require. I wanted to talk to billing section. I pressed 4 and I was asked to press 1 2 again to go to main menu 7 or 0 something is being repeated. It is a useless system, please change the system. Getting frustrated.

I recently port my network to airtel and am facing a lot of problem, Whenever am dialing std number it's says network busy but at same time.e I try with other number it goes through without any issue this is not only with one pticular number am facing this issue in every std number sometimes in local aswell, from last week 5-6 time I calld cx care but they are least bother to take any action.

Now really frustrated by the fucking network I really dont want use airtel if I talk about internet speed this is worst internet speed now it's running 2.3kbps it not even working like 2g. I cant even port my number in other network coz it takes at least 90 days. Am totally f****d by airtel services.

The signals are not perfect. The figures are distorted at times. Even airtel signals in mobile are also low. The h.d.box is also out. The messages are not displayed or erased when red button is pressed. Unable to get technical assistance from 121. Resolve the deficiency.

Hello I’m using a jio card, I wanna port my number to Airtel. I requested this on 04/05/2018 they said it will be done by 08/05/2018 but nothing is been done. Airtel is very slow before starting to use I’m facing this problem. I cannot contact your customer care but no reply.

Hello I’m using a Vodfone card, I wanna port my number to Airtel. I requested this on 09/05/2018 they said it will be done by 14/05/2018 but nothing is been done. Airtel is very slow before starting to use I’m facing this problem. I cannot contact your customer care but no reply.

My Airtel number 9550511950 is not receiving any of the messages. Check that details and repair the problem, if not i’ll port to jio.

My mob.No. is 9535728435. I have recharged for a pack of Rs.699 on 06-11-2022. I have been informed the validity is up to Feb,2023 ( the exact dated do not remember). Airtel has stopped outgoing calls on 01-01-2023 informing the validity has expired. Please inform what is the actual date of validity for the payment of Rs.699.
