Deactive running plan with subscribed other channel. Activate. I tried customer care but none help. My airtl DTH ID is - 3019434869.

I received a number from this number... 8949385914. He said if you recharge DTH with Rs 847 then you will receive all the channels. But i am not getting hindi movie channels.

I am really angry with Airtel right now. At 2:30pm I recharged my Digital TV but my tv channels have not started yet from last 6 hours. You people dont give even a single minute extra, who will pay for lost 6 hours.

I am calling continuously from two days to airtel customer no.4448080 ,for discuss my dth annual charging problem. i am paid 6 mnts half year rate but not getting channels , there for i request u to refund and stop robbing of public. my air tel id 3004918589.

I change my plan in March. Customers care tell me outgoing is free in this plan now airtel company charge roaming in my bill extras charges amount is 866 customers care name is Yogesh pal. I want my money back i am your old customers please.

I was recharge 199/- on dt-24/08/18 night through my Airtel app with phone pe account. T I'd is P1808242234508676930816

But still can't recharge my account. My DTH is stop, please solved the problem. Otherwise I will change my operator to tatasky.

On 02/09/2018 BY 20:15:36pm i unknowingly recharged in a wrong Customer ID bearing NO: 3022719800 instead of 3011633879 of RS: 278.00. using AIRTEL application from my phone using my HDFC DEBIT card. Can our company cancel the transaction and return the amount to my a/c. please do the needful. thanks.

I got a call from customer service on 3:40 for activating HD topup i said no then too it was activated on my Digital TV on 04/09/2018. i want to deactivate the channel and just want to know the who was the customer care person who activated HD pack.

My airtel DTH HD box is not working in 15 days. I'm complaint airtel customer care every day but my problem is not solved, airtel customer service is very very very west and worst service. I'm changed this network shortly.

I have taken airtel dish connection almost a year back. My first recharge was Every month of 30th.but unfortunately before due date if a recharge before 2 days or 3 days the expiry date will the last recharge date. The other two days amount dosent carry forward. When I spoke to customer care they raised my complaint 3 days back and I said them I want to speak to your higher official. But no one responded.

So again I made a call on 4th day.. so one of supervisor by name away he attended the call and he say that they won't follow the universal calendar, they follow only 30days in a month. When I asked him this is not at all fair.. He say this is what we follow. This Airtel ba****ds are trying to cheat customer. And these basters are here not to give service to people but to cheat them and grab more money but putting penalty.. Balls with your service.. Dirty ba****ds.

I paid Rs.5391 for one year (Value Prime Kids). I got this suggestion from Airtel Customer Care. But from yesterday I am not getting English Movie channels. Customer care telling me that I must pay Rs.100 for every 2 months for English Movie channels. Why should I pay every months? Return my paid money. I will not keep Airtel connection. This is cheating. Airtel is cheating us. give me my money return.

I ordered two online purchase of airtel dth boxes with installation each wort price rs.1690. On 2nd november two connections of airtel dth hd boxes were instalated and they promised me rs.702 pack for two months free plus rs. 2000 /- gift voucher with each instalations. But the airtel dealer gave a pack of 477 per month and no gift voucher was gifted as promised. When i reported the matter to airtel dth complain centre and send a email notice cum complain to the airtel. Latter the airtel changed the pack tome ofrs.702 permonth but no respoinse of the promised gift vouchers of rs.2000/- with each individual airtel dth as the add showed a rs.702 pack free for two months and free gift vouchers of rs. 2000/- with each installation of dth. Very por commitment by airtel . Now when i again raised the matter of rs.2000/-gift vouchers ti vcare @airtel.Com they want the same screen shot which has been removed from advertisement sight. Very very very poor commitment nd very poor service by airtel telecom and dth connection. Frauds are being done to sell the product by saying they are providing three months netflix for 90 days to airtel dth connection. When i ask they ask me to buy internet connection worth 10,000 rs. Then they will provide netflix.

This is complete violation of consumer protection act.And fake add are being telicast on tv different channels to promote sales of dth airtel. Very bad emage being created by airtel company who is loosing reputation day by day. Dear Airtel, I am holding my mobile 9813149444 corporate nestle. 3013397763 my connection is having every month problem. Every time I ask to customer care why it is malfunction again and again.. And I get same answer from them every time sending a service engineer. Whose charge is RS. 150/- now if I pay everytime 150 to service engineer then what the service Airtel is giving me..despite Rs 700/-every month recharge since last 5 year....totally unfair. Still connection is having problem for B0001. And again I have been asked for service engineer. Please tell me should I continue with Airtel or discontinued. It depends on your verdict. Thanks Ajit
