I am calling 4days but they are not solve the problem.... Day by day are taking just wait 24 hours but 4days they are not solve the problem. so I request you please do the needful help.

Workers of your office is not eligible for their work they don't know how to handle the people's demand.....if we call everyday their is a new employ who receive the phone and give always New suggestions for customer do this and that.

Poor management very poor ....delay in recharge or giving backline.. ..i have many complain about your network Airtel take some action we are suffering with this problem with 15 days.

Since 15 Days i have raised my complaint for the re-installation of my Airtel DTH Connection, but till date my query has not been resolved. My Customer Id: 302680994 such a poor service from the company as it so the customer care center are also not properly replying replying to the query.

So i am very much unsatisfied with this service & opting a new connection from another company.

Recharge was successful but the amount not received in my account. Last 18 days. Id-3011800527.

Dealer returned the stb after one week. complaints not attended so far. Immediate action requested to solve the problem in STB. video is o.k there is audio problem, request to solve audio distorted problem. My mobile no: 9486526097. Awaiting your favorable reply.

Long back I have disconnected the second connection on my above number but still I doubt that despite of my instructions you are charging me for usage of my 2nd connection for last 2 years which I am demanding refund otherwise I am going to disconnect your connection I am giving you one weeks time to contaCT ME ON THE MOBILE NO. 8390558928 OR ELSE i AM NOT GOING TO continue your DTH and go to other DTH.

My ID no 3022664743 ,and my complete their is no signal in DTH tv please check.

Very bad signal strength compared with other companies. when the atmosphere is rainy Setup box is not getting signals from the antenna.

The earlier validity expires immediately If recharge before the due date so we are loosing money.Airtel is charging penalty if we forget to recharge within time.

My dish tv connection (VC) No. is :- 01504547723. I paid Rs.1279/- for 3 years package scheme offer but after the completion of 2 years only. The company switched off our connection by showing the message of low balance and sent the message on 25 th March, 2020 at 12' O clock midnight. Minimum recharge amount was Rs.120/- and we charged it online on 26 th March, 2020. Now, again on 9 th April, 2020 a message came on our t.v. screen and registered mobile no. 9813707968 and finally, on 12 th, April, 2020 at 12' O Clock they again switched off our connection by showing the message of low balance. Now, it will work only when we will again recharge the connection by Rs.120/- So, please help us as soon as possible.

It was good before but after updates in the airtel thanks app some channels selected on app are not available on tv and its more frustrating now to use the app. Please do something my Airtel Id is 3003653446.

My husband's no 9045777870 is postpaid I add my no 9084730100 to his family pack. please change it. I also complaint before but no response.

My airtel DTH ID-3020015368 antenna is not working from 15 days. I'm calling airtel customer no 05224448080 every day but no response my problem is not solved. Airtel customer service is very very very waste and worst service. I'm changing this network shortly. (mobile no-6387872022 & 9453177032)

I placed my request many times about signal problem , in other words, every month I am facing same issue. Airtel engineer changed all the equipments, wire and always charge service fee but still I am facing same issue. Now customer service not taking my issue seriously to resolve it. Currently I am very disappointed due to extremely bad service.
