My Airtel broadband number 04314021293. Every month my billing date is 05th day to next month 04th day. From 05th day started with my allotment of 7GB net with full speed. Without using Downloads 8th day One message came to my mobile "you are consuming 5GB." How its happened i don't know. Your engineer came here and checked my system side . They told me that it would be sorted out by the customer care. Without consuming my data I paid my amount for the last 12 months. Please identify my problem and solve it. If not possible to you There is no way I have to apply for disconnection.

Very bad. THERE is no local plan for the customers. Airtel is a big fraud company. Even you cannot talk to customer care directly when dial 121, 129, 123 you will only hear press this number for this, press this number for that and you cannot able to talk to customer care executive, big fraud company only big talk nothing else.

Hello sir,

I am your broadband customer since 10 years or so. My quota is 30 GB+40 Topup = 70 GB. I am using internet for my mail access only and It was more than sufficient and not required extra topups. But last couple of months my full quota is exhausted for using only to access my mails. I request to you send my monthly quota of GB for the last months. This detail I tried to take through logging in the Airtel broadband history page. Its not opening and shows "Request validation failed". I tried to get solution for this issue calling 121 & helpline, its of no use. Lost hope of getting early solution. Will you reply to this mail asap?

My landline connection is not working properly. I have complained about it using customer care number six times but they always say that it will start working till end of that day and ask me to wait. I am waiting from past 1 week but neither my broadband connection had started working properly nor has ur team came to check it.. PLEASE DO SOMETHING. I am getting very solw speed on my broadband. I had twice complaint going personally to your Airtel Gallary at thane ( Ram Maruti Road). They assured that some one from technical team will contact me and guide me on the matter. so far I have received no communication from Airtel. Due to slow speed, I am unable to do my work as I have to wait till the page opens. It does not have the speed to even 2G. In case it is not set right quickly, I will have to look for other service providers like Idea or Jio.

Airtel calls it's the fastest internet services is total lie. For the past four days I do not have landline and internet Services in south Delhi and lie after lie they customer service has been telling it will be repaired by 8 PM or 10 PM. And today it states it will be repaired by 10th Sep. Can you believe in this modern days that This company can not set its office right in for 21 days ? Shame total shame Airtel?

I called the number displayed here . IVR service took my mobile number and said my dues and other stuffs . After that regular IVR options selection and you will be navigated to customer care service option for that service. Booked a compliant with the customer care executive and you will receive the service request number in your mobile that all. Now you can track the service request number in airtel.in.

I have pay advanced chq for monthly plan but company charge me late payment etc charges then after they closed my connection. I do complaining again this there is no response. Very bad customer service. Very bad.

An executed came to our place when we recently enquirer about the broadband connection and plans. We decided to take this up and gave a cheque for the related plan, today it’s been more than a month and I see the bill is not yet cleared and I keep getting messages stating that bill is due, and my landline connection is no more available.

Such a pathetic service, wherein one employee does not keep the organisation aware.

I wanted to have a broadband connection in ghaziabad. One month back, we dropped a request on airtel portal. Since we did not get any communication, we again dropped request on portal multiple times. Yet no response. Not losing hope, we tried the customer care number.

After multiple attempts, one lady at the customer care end apologised for our inconvenience a week back and promised that we will get a call within 24 hours. A week has passed yet no communication. Never expected this kind of service from airtel. They are not interested in providing service to customer.

Dear Sir,

This is mosim khan just moved to chennai before one month. One of your broadband staff (Saravana - contact No:- 09840912324) approached me for new connection.. before three days and he assured me to give connection on 16/08/18 one of his staff (Mr Balu contact no:9840403900 came to me and collected Rs 1000/- as a installation charges but just after that they become rude and not given any connection till date. From today morning I have called many time to Mr balu whenever I use to call him he is giving some fake reasons .

Please do the needful. I don’t want any connection from Airtel please refund my amount.

I mailed you yesterday about my landline and broadband not working since 03.10.2018 afternoon. and talked to your executive Mr. bhagwandas on 03.10.2018 evening about this. He assured me that he will get it done tomorrow( means today). Today at 10.20 i talked to the same person about this. He assured me again. but after that he is not picking up the phone. Then i talked to his senior Mr. Dhamival. he also assured me the same. now both of them are not picking up the phone. Now please suggest where should i complain.

I have ordered a line online two days back by seeing your ad 799 plan 40 MBPS speed 50 GB, After the link is up I notice the link is assigned to the plan 999 with 24 MBPS speed. It shows clearly the scam done by Airtel.

When I checked with customer care they are so arrogant support was not provided properly. They said there is no feasibility they can provide 24 MBPS only but I have pay for 40 MBPS.

Cancel my line immediately I don't want any connection from the scam company you people are running a 100% scam business and I am not gonna pay anything for this crap.
