I am writing to request information regarding the firmware of my IQOO V2463A smartphone. My current device details are as follows:
- Model: V2463A
- Software Version: PD2463 A 15.0.12.11.W 10.V000L1
- Baseband Version: SS.DE.7.0-02665.2-PAKALA
I would like to know if there is an official EU or Global firmware available for my device that would enable higher frame rates (up to 120 FPS) for games such as PUBG Mobile.
Could you please provide guidance on whether I can safely update my device to a firmware that supports 120 FPS, and if so, the official method to do this without voiding my warranty?
