Sir had registered the complaint against my western toilet tank leakage. The service man came and broke that inside parts and tell me to being and come with in one or two days he told, But one month gone. Till now he is not coming. I ask him through phone.

But he told me I didn't get the part from Delhi sir, If I got na I will come there he told but this one month I have no toilet

I have registered complain on dated 6/02/2016 regarding concealed flush tank as complain # 21421, it is still not attained. mo-9819922182. very very poor service.

Non attending complain No 26247 dt.07.03.2016. Pls provide me Somany Ceramics CP fittings mail ID for complain.

No use in contacting customer care 18001030004. No representative available in that no. I have purchased Two nos of Toilet sitting in Lakshmi ceramics Coimbatore Water not flushing to the front part of the sitting. complaint no 27029. still no response.

Bathroom was not used even after 6 months of installation. i am thinking of sharing my bitter experience with my relatives and friends. Try to settle my problem.

I purchased concealed tank & WC of Somani make from their dealer in Harola, Noida in March and installed the same in April. Right from day one, the internal system of concealed system is not working properly and we use bucket full of water for flushing / cleaning. The service person has visited 3-4 times but could not correct the system. Dealer asks for lodging complaint with Somani company. The service mechanic says the internal system of the tank is to be changed. But, no solution has been provided by Somani. It is very sad and we feel we have Made a bit mistake by purchasing Somani product. We can not do anything except pray to God to give some advise to Somani people and they become honest in their business and customers don't suffer. It is very very bad dealing by Somani.

It's been 28 hours I have registered my complaint regarding sanitary ware but there is no response till now... Fake promise you guys do. Worst experience with you, worst service ever.

Please send Somany Super swift flush mrp(Kerala). please send as soon as possible.

Your service is most poor service rather should say zero service. The option which you are giving is not complete/ sufficient to registered a complaint. I registered complaint 15 days before even not received a single phone call from you.

I log complaint for toilet flush but after 10 days there is no response. Somany management is very clever they have provided only IVR base toll free service for call logging.

I have raised a complaint through toll free number on 05 Sep'18 and the technician (Virender Kumar) visited on 06 Sep'18 as per the attached Job sheet which was handed over to us by the technician. The technician has to replace some parts in flushing system as mentioned in the job sheet but since then he didn't visit again.

I tried to call him many at times but he always make false promises. Its been 15 days and the complaint is still opened. I feel tired calling the technician so just thought to share the pathetic service provided by Somany.

Request you to look in to this matter on priority and resolve this issue at the earliest.

There was a crack on the commode. Not resolve my problem, plz give the suggestion.

Bought two commodes for my parent's house from a dealer in Sakchi, Jamshedpur- 831001. The dealer name is "Shyam tiles."

One of the commodes has a defect. The water is not entering the flush tank. Got it checked by 2 plumbers, both said it is product issue and that they cannot repair the issue. I called up the dealer. He asked me to book a complain with customer care. I did call the customer care number on Monday 4/02/2019 - 18001030004 and lodged a complain. The ticket/complaint number is 160192.

The issue is I have not received any response even after lodging the complain with the customer care. Now whenever I try to call the customer care and feed in the complain number and wish to talk to the customer executive the call gets cut. I managed to get another number from the dealer of some person named Vishal, who I believe is associated with Somany. The issue was explained to him as well. But now even his number is continuously switched off.

My question is if the company cannot provide basic quality customer care then why operate and sell your products? What kind of a customer service is this that the customer doesn't receive any call back and solution even after lodging the complain. What am I as a customer to do?

Now do I get immediate assistance on this issue or do I realize my mistake of buying your company's product and share my experience in all available social media and every possible platform where I can so that the word on the poor quality of your products and customer service is well spread and so that no one else does the mistake of going and purchasing your product.

Please revert immediately and look in to this issue and get it resolved, and reinstil the faith of your customer/s in your products and customer service and satisfaction. Hope to hear from your end very soon.

I purchased somany vistoso premium decorative wall tiles ( 300*450 mm) Rosta wood light & dark. Qty : 80 boxes for fixation on outer walls. To my surprise, about 10 out of 80 boxes were found to contain partially broken or completely crushed tiles when boxes were opened. The concerned dealer namely does not give the replacement for damaged tiles. Kindly help.
