I purchased this online from Amazon. Your manual says it will show red light while charging n green when fully charged. Now it is almost 18 hours n still it is showing red...not green. How do I know if it is fully charged?

Sir/Madam,
I have purchased online, one Wipro NS9400 9 watt B22D WiFi smart bulb on 26 Oct 2023. The Bulb connected only once after flickering/ blinking. But i have try to connect second time with my mobile, it's not flickering/ blinking. I have tried it according to manual given along with the product, but bulb not flickering yet. Required replacement with new one the same bulb. Please! Replace the same as soon as possible. My contact no - 9265323603.

Dear Wipro Customer Care,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a product I purchased — the Wipro Elato GD203 Iron — on 14 April 2025.

From the very beginning, the product has not been functioning as intended. Specifically, there is no flow of electric current, and the iron fails to power on despite following all standard operating procedures and using a verified power source.

Date of Purchase: 14 April 2025

Issue Identified: No flow of electric current (device not powering on)

I kindly request that you assist in resolving this issue either through a service inspection, replacement, or any other appropriate action under the warranty terms. I have attached a copy of the purchase invoice for your reference.
