Bad quality of tiles delivered by Somany dealer, had to return most of the ordered tiles but the replacements were not good either. I asked for refund but the dealer is not returning my advance payment.

I was purchased somany floor tiles from Nirmal Marble, Nabha(147201), Punjab. He told this is a Premium Tiles..but he delivered to us Commercial Tiles (Second Class Tiles). He cheated in tiles sticker....He placed premium tiles sticker on Second Class tiles while Delivering. I have purchased 2 nos of UNIEK 2nos S trap Bathe sitting from Lakshmi Ceramics Coimbatore. Flush water reaches only half of the basin not covers entire area ( Up to front part of the unit). Complaint no 27029. Somany Plumber have checked it and the local Somany representative told that there is a molding problem with the particular lot, will be replaced after some time. In anticipation of the replacement the bath room could not be used for sitting purpose. Find it very difficult with Toilet rooms under lock. Please do the needful.

Sir, I have done somany fitting in my bathroom. There is some problems in mixer. I have booked complaints (completed no. 84053 & 84057) dated 29/9/17. But no one coming for attending.

Worst customer care. First of all no body to talk when you call on CC and it keep on telling press this that. There is one option to select to call back, once you press that immediate after the machine says it can not arrange a call back. Worst service, fake fake, fake.

I have purchased 3 vacuum toilet pots in Mt new flat at Karnal, Haryana. Out of three one is not working properly as it is not flushing the dart in not cleaned. I had to flush 3/4 times. PL replace the pot.

I am taking Somani Tiles from Somani Dealer Jeevan Ratan Enterprises, Shop No. 3, 4, 19, 20 Shekhar Planet Bombay Hospital Road, Scheme No. 54 Indore, M.P,452010 Mr.Vandan 9039916999 from October 2017. Which is not yet fulfilling the order given by me till date & Time. And sometimes the phone does not even answer any of the phone calls. The message does not answer when writing. I think such a dealer raises questions about your company's reputation. This complaint is not for me that I will not get any other company's goods or any other dealer, I want to tell you that we make the house once. Whatever is involved in it, we want to remember life by saying good. Do not want to turn your friends or well wishers to the other side due to such a dealer. We do not have any complaints from your goods yet, but we are very upset. Even after receiving follow-up, the customer does not get the answer, then your mistake also makes you feel that the customer is not happy with your service.

I request you please try to understand my complaint. In this sense, I am related to you that you are a Make in India product and we are from the Army family and we are also wholeheartedly Indian. so please kindly look in to the matter & do the needful or the same.

Very sad to inform you that your dealer m/s Smart tiles, Chandigarh is giving worst service to your customers. He not only charged heavy price but very to rude to customers and his behaviour is stupid. He is not only defaming brand of somany if you people not correct him than purchase a lock for your project.

Very bad experience with Chauhan enterprises somany dealer in Bareilly.Bealert defaming the brand name of somany. I won't suggest any of my friends to purchase somany from Chauhan enterprises bly.

Telephone complaint no 127679. Tiles are all bend and finishing is not good. Unable to get proper level of the flooring because of this. Send someone for site visit.

I bought 9 packs of No 628 tiles.After finished the work, the tiles seems to be different shades & colours. The dealer told he is not responsible. The next day I remove all the tiles. Very worst experience. Mainly the customer care managers not respond to my calls. waste of money. please reply

I purchased two nos. of western pan and cistern is defective. Service technician is not available after repeatedly complain. Complain no. Is 135051. Suggest not to go for any somany product. Other friends also told about their poor quality of product as well poor after sales service. Good luck.

I had ordered english toilet seat from your company last year.Its been one year that the seat is not working properly, there's some kind of water leakage. I had called hundreds of plumbers to check it out but every single plumber has complained about the seat.

I mean what the nuisance issue is this.I must say. Before this,I had jaguars in my home. This is the first time I have tried yours interior and this is heck.I am really upset about it. Its a request to please note my complaint serious and work on it asap.

I am sorry to state that I never expected this pathetic & bad after sales service from your reputed company.The tiles were set during the renovation in Oct'18 , but in March'19, we observe the
Scratches & the glossiness started fading away & the tiles of the entire area started becoming rough.

I approached the above mentioned dealer (Mr.Arpit) & on my follow-up he called many times but nobody from Somany Tiles contacted us to hear my grievance.

Than I got the contact of your Marketing Person, Mr.Rohit (Mob. No. 92685 75313) & started communicating with him. He visited the site & confirmed me that the tiles are indeed defective.
Accordingly, he arrange the QA Inspection from your company for Quality Inspection.Afterwards your QA Person Mr.Ravikant Mishra visited the site. To my surprise, this fellow don't know how to speak to ladies & started talking to my wife in the most stupid manner. He said to my wife that the glossy tiles are always prone to stratches & roughness and rather we should have bought Matt finished tiles.

Unfortunately when Mr.Ravikant visited my the site, I was not there at the site & as a matter of fact, the time when he was there, my wife & her freind was there & my wife's friend also told Mr.Ravikant to watch his words.

Afterwords, one more time Mr.Ravikant visited the site & then he confirm me that this problem usually takes 2 ~3 weeks & he further told me that someone from Production Deptt., will also visit the site.

Accordingly someone from your Production Deptt., also visited the site (I don't know his name) & till today I really dont know what happened to my complaints or what are final decision or the After sales service I can expect.

Since than, I am talking to Mr.Rohit on Mob. No. 92685 75313 & everytime he assured me that he is taking care of my complaint, but last week when I told him that my renovation work is finally getting over & I want to have clear decision for loss & the replacement of tiles.

Mr.Rohit told me that this is Somany Company & the compalint will take at least 4 ~5 months for final solution. I was very much shocked & surprised to hear his reply & wonder how a Sales / Marketing Person of the comapnay of your repute can say like this. I told him that I had complaint on 30/05/2019 & now in Aug'19 you are saying that you will take another 4 ~ 5 months.He said in Somany normally it takes 4 ~5 months to get the decision on complaints & I should not threaten him for consumer complaints forum.

I told him this is unacceptable & I will complaint to Somany Management or Consumer complaint forum, against he replied that do whatever I can do & I must not threaten him. Since last 10 days, I called on his Mobile Numbers but now he stopped picking my phone.

Please note that not a single call had ever come from Rohit Mobile or from any Somany personnel till date.
I was expecting that Mr.Rohit , Mr.Ravikant, your QA Deptt., Production Deptt., are responsible & sensitive enough to safeguard the reputation & goodwill of Somany Brand but after interacting with them for so long time & the way they have handled my complaint, I am really sorry for the damages they are doing to Somany Brand.
During tiling at the site, I had incurred not only the tiles cost, but also the labour cost as well as 3 ~4 days.I myself is in manufacturing company & I can understand that and the same thing I am insisting upon during my discussion with Mr.Rohit & Mr.Ravikant, but I really dont understand that no one in Somany is sensitive enough to hear the complaint. Rather they are saying shamelessly that in Somany we work like this only & wait for 6 months to get your complaint heard.

I had the worst experience with somany since i have logged a complaint 1 month back but till date there is no resolution over that , our ordering has been done as an commercial purpose but somany is not able to work or deliver properly. i have been getting fooled at Jalandhar where a guy named Mukesh Sumit Nanhe everyone is just getting things off through there shoulders.

Not expected this type of experience i would have with Somany , now from here onwards i personally request to not recommend somany for any work in future purpose. My washbasin sensor is not operational since the day i had buy but till date they are not able to solve this issue & almost it's nearing a month that this problem i am facing right here.

Somany i would request you to get your done 'coz customers have trust on this product to let us down

Few days back I have purchased Somany Tile. Today we have planned to ly it on floor. But I stopped because I didn't found the company's name on back side of tile and doubt about its genuineness.

I made a call to supplier Mr.Vipin Kesarwani (Mobile no.8171717565) and told about this.

He was also not aware of this and share the contact no. of Somany marketing person Mr.Kartik Sharma (Mobile no.7500378985). I discussed with him. He told that "Somany doesn't mention its name on 2ft * 4ft full body vitrified tile..." I am not satisfied with his reply.

Please reply, whether the tile I purchased is genuine or not. And if it is Genuine then why Somany has not mentioned his name on back side of tile.

I had the worst experience with somany.

I had taken my tiles from the dealer of "Somany at Greater Noida Site 4" and there was some fault in the tiles which I explained to them. I have 1300 sq. ft. The tiles were of purchase which is bend from the sides. But his manager is not ready to listen. and he spoke abusing language.

The way he has spoken against him, I am getting the FIR file done again and the request is that you should also prosecute him. It is because of such a dealer that the general's name is spoiled. May am an interior designer. And talking to him spoiled my whole day. Till date suggested everyone that somany brand tiles are best but from now on f**k off somany for my clients to waste.

Just 5 days purchase just fitting leaking water. please replace closet. inform the company 4 days but no reply.

Maximum tiles broken in packet, it is not good quality tiles, normal and i am not satisfied. so company take action for it quality and inquire our product.

Problem still exist since i bought in Aug 2020. Tech saying need to replace a part costing Apprx Rs750 + service fees as my last service fees is expiring tomorrow. Please do the needful and fix this issue. Regretting to have chosen Somany. Manish 9648319387
