Airtel has very bad service. They lied to me and recharged my DTH but after that i cam to know its wrong offer.

जो ऑफर मुझसे बताया था वो नही लगाया दूसरा लगा दिया ।मेने कई बार शिकायत भी की पर उसका कोई रिप्लाई नई दिया ।।और बाद में भी मुझसे ओर भी रिचार्ज करा लिए । अब क्या किया जाए मेरे पास इनकी रिकॉर्डिंग भी है । क्या में करू एयरटेल बन्द कर के कोई और कंपनी की DTH कनेक्सन लेलिया जाए।

Sir/Madam,
Several times i was call to your customer executive but they still not attend call they are busy so, can i know this when they attend their customers call what they should they do they cant receive any calls they can not satisfied their customers what foolish executive sitting on job i can ask this question and what service they can provide to their customers i ask this question to Head of customer of airtel digital tv network.

Airtel has a very third rate service. They closed my dth channel although i have balance.

I have selected my own pack and communicated too today afternoon but not implemented till now . I understand rush of customers but after all I am a customer. Company should be quick.

From last 4 days your customer care numbers is not available at any cost. I tried it so many times i very bad experience we are getting... Very poor quality u are giving to us... Please arrange a call from your side.

I am using this above connection fo the past 7-10 Years. Recently as per the TRAI guidelines , a SMS message was received from AIrtel for change of package as per our wish

I have changed the package online on 31.1.2019 to Rs 301/- per month of my choice and the reference number given by Airtel for registering the package request was 262969 . I have also called customer care on 2.2.2019 and confirmed thatt the request will be effected in a few days ..However , now while going thro my package on line it says Rs 3215/14 per month. As I understand without my consent Airtel Digital TV changed the current package of Rs 301/- per month to Rs Rs 3215/14 per month and also started deducting every day from my account balance . The Airtel Dth customer care number is simply waste.No help from them ,their operative system also not customer friendly not suitable for common public.I tried nearly 50 time .no body come forwarded to help. I have decided to cancel the connection.

Pehle mere pass Videocon ka DTH tha phir Mene last 3 sal se Airtel use kar Raha hu. Mera Ghar sardhana or meerut ke bich hone ke karan Mai sardhana ke distributer se connection lagwata hu or wo bar bar mere sath dhoka karta hai. Mai apne DTH TV ko uski validity samapat hone ke bad recharge nahi kar pata hu... jis Karan mujhe asuvidha hoti hai or mujhe fir se Naya connection lena hota hai. last 3 sal se mere sath yahi ho raha hai ki mere no pr Kisi or ko de rakha hai or Kisi or ke no ka mujhe dete hai yeh pehle se hi activation kre rahte hai... agar mere 9837737982, 9045904589, 9627576786....no pr koi bhi connection activate hai to. please aap usko jald se deactivate kare nahi to zaruri kanuni Karyehawahi ki jayegi.

सभी भाइयों से अनुरोध है की कोई भी भाई एयरटेल डिजिटल टीवी नही लगबाये क्यू की ये बहुत ही घटीया बैकार मक्कार कम्पनी है बोलते कुछ और है करते कुछ और है और सबसे ज्यादा झूट इनके कस्तूमर केयर झूट बोलते है क्यू की मैने अपने एयरटेल डिजिटल टीवी मै आज से 4 दिन पहले 255 रुपये डलबाएं थे और जब से ही एक ही चैनल आ रहा है और कस्तूमर केयर के पास फोन लगायो तो बोल देते है की 20 मिनट मै चालू हो जायेगी कल से अब तक कम से कम 50 बार कस्तूमर केयर को फोन कर चूका हूँ मेरी आप सभी भाइयों से अनुरोध है की कोई और कम्पनी की DTH लेले और भी बहुत अच्छी कम्पनियाँ है वो तो एयरटेल की तरह झूट नही बोलती है धन्यवाद

I am calling continuously from three days to airtel customer care 12150, for activation of 1 month custody, but today the costody will on, from three days my dbr was taken. please refund my dbr my customer id 3022426851.

Your response is very poor. You don't want to help, only take a payment from us. Your company is only cheating me and not give preference to consumers.

When will you add svbc2 Tamil in Airtel DTH? (we large group of Tamil customers are expecting it for a long time) This is not first time we are asking about it but no response from your side. We have no option other than moving to other operators who have svbc2 like Videocon Tata sky sun DTH. Will you consider as early as possible?

I have book on line for a new connection on 12th March'19. My ID No 3028725967. When ever i call the customer care centre each time they say it will be solved by today and it has been forward to the distributor and no response at all from the distributor or from any service engineer.

I suggest that the company should look into the matter and take action so that the customer should not face problem.

Airtel dth Setup box not working. My airtel DTH box is not working from 20 days. I'm complaint airtel customer care every day but my problem is not solved, at steel airtel customer service is very very poor. Because my STB box 2 time chenged and that during time my 200 hundred rupees lost. I wanted my money back because I did not use it. I request to you please take action on high priority.

Very bad service of airtel. I always try to contact customer care but there is no response. i am very disappointed with the airtel.

I have complained many time to customer care.. Even thay registered my complain but still tht is no response or action has need taken.. Since 8 days m unable to watch.. Its a worst feeling for me.

I Rajendra DTH accnt No-3024756628 made my DTH channel pack and including NBC charges of Rs 153 total i have paid Rs 350 on 31 Mar 2019. But now i got SMS that rental is Rs 430 and they disconnected. On 23 and 25.04.2019 I talked to call center and they told that our officer will call you to solve this but till date nobody called.On 31.03.2019 when i recharged i got the SMS that Validity 01 APR 2019.
