The bill of my airtel mobile no 9815962798 has 1836 rs. I had called airtel customer care on 1st Feb 2015 than Mr. Amit received the call he told me that your bill was Rs. 920 till date. The very Next day I received the bill amounting Rs 1836 Rs. Mr. Amit told me that I have 240 MB unused Internet. Now My bill showed Rs. 1836/-.Then I called Customer care on dated 02.02.2015,08.02.2015. They told me that actual bill amount is only 920/- and the mistake was their own side. I am requesting you inquired about phone call details and deducted unnecessary amount from the bill so that I will able to Pay the bill.

Dear sir i continuously call on ur complaint no. 198 since 6 month but my issue are still on (speed problem ) and your customer care dept. enter my complaint on every call but no benefit, im so frustrated. 6 month is not a small period so pls do something. And ur Care dept. have very bad knowledge of ur services and they have very less detail even ur senior dept. hv same condition. i dont know how they satisfy ur customers. Pls do something and resolve my issue fast. Thnx i hope u will.

As per I know in this plan I will get following things:
1. 1GB 2G data
2. 600 local/STD calls
3. 100 SMS

But I didn't get this 1GB 2G data activated .

I am Airtel customer & having postpaid no. 9650740600. This is CUG connection of Delhi Jal Board. My office address is Room No. 116, First floor, Varunalaya Building, Phase II, Jhandewalan, Karol BAGH, New Delhi: 110005 AND RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS IS 2235, Raja Park, Shakur Basti, Delhi 110034. At both places the internet does not work and it keeps on showing...connecting...connecting...for a very long time, After 15-20 minutes internet network comes and again it disappears and same process of ...connecting........starts. Pl resolve this problems otherwise I shall take p th complaint with higher officer with the request to review the earlier decision of keeping airtel as service provider. Delhi Jal Board is having many thousands connections.

Further addition to internet telephone connection of my office is also giving trouble and network does not work in my office, address given above. Sir I am holding a very important office of PS TO CHIEF VIGILANCE OFFICER and a working network of telephone and internet is absolutely necessary. Pl attend the complaint on top priority.

All my friends have Airtel 3g plan of rs 99 for 28 days validity for 1 gb. But when I ask for the same to your customer care representative they said it is not applicable on my number 8130924848 mai kya kourav hun aur wo pandav hai. If not possible for you pls port my number.

Sir on this 11th march i have made an internet 2G recharge of Rs98 -1GB for 28 days . For that day it was an offer on our number but now i got only 500 MB and that for only 14 days . Your customer care number dont have any option for doing internet complaints . Sir please provide me rest of the 500 MB for rest of the 14 days as i have no fault in this airtel have give me this offer on my number.

I MD of SRI Bansi Jewels which was having corporate connection for 3 lines 080-42032568, 40968656, 41466391of 900 calls. In any single above line I was able make all the 900 calls has been changed to individual line without my knowledge and I have taken separate broadband connection for single number 40968656 of 725 plan there told me I will be getting regular bill for corporate line of 1180 and separate bill for broadband of 725 or single bill of 1900 to 2000 of both connection. but know I am getting separate bill for all connection like 266 ,363 ,543 and know corporate connection also have gone which was I was able to make 900 calls in any one above mention number.

Pls make corporate connection n single billing system or else I am wishing to cancel all the line and the above changes have been done without my knowledge so pls do the need full.

Dear sir,
I am having Broadband connection of Airtel, my landline no. is 01244281117. In this I have experienced that many times server was not available and since two month it is totally out of order. I have made requests to Airtel regarding the said problem but it remains unsolved. Every month they are sending bill. Without availability of server it is not possible for me to pay the bill. I therefore request you that necessary action may be taken to disconnect airtel broadband connection.

On morning of 3rd April 2015 I had call your customer care executive ( Aarti ) to deactivate my SMS plan ( RS.1 per day and 10 paise per message) she told me to dail *129# and answer 5 which I did successful however later I realized that my calling pulse rate plan ( 1sec-1paise) is also deactivated.

I had immediately called 121 and had word with (Amarjeet) to activate my calling plan again but she was not able to satisfy my query and had transfer the call to her senior Sushma, she was least bother to understand my problem and give some solution and had given me 9987234865 no. of Amit W and said to talk to him regarding my problem.

I was never able to get in touch with (Amit) as this no. was linked to 121 again in afternoon I called 121 and with coincident Amarjeet had picked up the call she took my mobile no and assured that unit manager will call back to me and I should trust on her words.

I had waited till night but unfortunately had not received any call from airtel then called 121 had word with (Sumit) and explained him full scenario he transferred my call to his senior and the line got disconnected.

Again after sometime I called 121 this time (Rahul) picked up the call I explained him all issue and he transferred my call to his immediate supervisor (Hardik) he just continuously said "SORRY" we can't do anything as we don't know which plan it was , the policy is been changed, airtel doesn't has database to see what was the earlier plan, we can't activate the earlier plan only solution is every month you have to re-charge of Rs. 21 to get 1 sec - 10paise plan or take the post paid plan.

I am penalized that my earlier plan is not been activated and it is pointless that I have to bear extra money now 1 sec-2 paise plan with Rs 21 re-charge every month.

I am been using airtel network from last 10 years and should be treated as valuable customer, in entire above situation I want to escalate that there was incomplete information provided to the customer and no proper guidance was given by anyone. Simply I had to waste my time , money and energy to talk to your staff with no resolution.

It's my humble request to activate my earlier plan ( Pulse rate plan 1sec-1paise ) at earliest.

as my net connection was not working in the month of september 2014 & december 2014 for 15days each so, i requested for deducting the bill amount by 736/- .one of your officer commited ( MR AJAY CHOUHAN 8109258832 ) for that ,but it is not done and still pending , TODAY a call from your migrain department ( 1409807994 ) regarding change of plan of Rs. 599/- to Rs, 699/- i accepted and waiting for new plan still it is not done. BOTH THE COMMITMENT SHOULD BE FULFILLED URGENTLY & OBLIGED

a call from Airtel came on ny no with the pack of rs399 including 1200 local minutes 500mb 2g net and 300 local sms, I this pack was fulfilling my all needs so I agreed to port my no in Airtel but morning when my connection started I came to know that you have activated pack of rs 249 with only 500 local/std mins and 250 local sms for this pack I haven't ported my no in Airtel I want my 299 rs pack on this no 7385691913 I had called customer care and visited Airtel gallery couple of times.. IF U CANT DO ANYTHING THEN IM SENDING A PORTING REQUEST TO YOU AGAIN PLZ ACCEPT IT I CAN'T USE THIS PACK FOR 90 DAYS. PLZ TAKE SOME ACTION TOWARDS IT

my no. 9897203140 recharged with Rs.44/- as tarriff reduction making it local & std @40p/min & landline @2.5p/sec voice pack and Rs. 150/-in which i got full talktime on 27 april 2015 but same day Rs. 44/- was again deducted . I recharged it from Airtel authorised showroom in sanjay place agra I tried there for the revert of the deduction but nothing happened. I got this no. for last 15 years and got 3 more connections of Airtel. I am cheated so u r requested to see the necessary steps. Thanks

I am owning number 0120-4242989. Due to non payment of bill broadband services of 0120-4242989 barred on 28/02/2015. I call Airtel on 121 in April for knowing my outstanding bill, they told me that total amount I need to pay is approx Rs. 6500/- in which bill of 2 month for barred services is also included. On 22 April 2015 I get call on 9871259912 and lady on other side told me that she is calling from Airtel and being a long time customer of Airtel company want to continue with us (That lady had complete information my account and bill detail) For this Airtel reduced my bill to 3830/- after which I need not to pay any bill. I get call from same lady on 23/03/2015 and I told her she can send person to collect bill amount which is 3830/.- On 24/04/2015 person name Nilasish came to me. He taken cash 3830/- and told me that my services will be activate with in 30 minutes. Same day I get SMS of receiving of bill on 9871259912.

On 25/04/2015 all services of 0120-4242989 again active for one day. Same day I place a call in customer care and log a call under non working of category. Person visit to my office and connect wire. On 26/04/2015 all services again barred and customer care told me that my outstanding bill is approx 2800/- . and I need to pay approx 1200/- only to unbarred my services rest of the bill will be wave off. I told customer care regarding all incident happen to me, they told me that they take care of this any update me very soon. I am continuously calling on 121 regarding my complain but I am not getting any answer.

Please reply me that
1. how can some other person for whom AIRTEL is not responsible know my all details from AIRTEL account ?
2. Who told some lady to call me on behalf of Airtel without company permission?
3. From where she get authority to adjust bill on behalf of Airtel.
4. Who will take care care of responsibility of fraud happen to me regarding leakage of my personal account detail and bill information from Airtel?
5. If company is not given permission to adjust bill why company accept partial payment from client ?
6. How lady who call me on phone know that 3830/- is amount which is needed to unbarred services?

Me and my family is very long term user of Airtel. If such kind of information leakage and fraud communication done with me I will think again with my relationship with airtel to retain my personal inforation and such kind of fraud happen to me. Please take care of this matter because this is making a very BAD image of AIRTEL in market.

I ,Robin Aggarwal , got my number 7015710986 closed with request no 54107868. Now ,at the time of full and final payment , by mistake I paid Rs. 7391.17 instead of the actual payment i.e. 3695.17. So., I paid extra. As per the final bill the amount paid extra is Rs 2998.24. So, I Kindly request you to do the needful so that I can get my money back. I will be thankful to you.

I am now in roaming and I am using rs 599 plan of Airtel and I am having 680 roaming minutes available to me...the cycle starts from 11th of the month but it is showing my unbilled amount 732 rs till 14 . according to me I haven't used 680 roaming minutes in last 4 days then also how can an additional amount of 732 can be shown to me after those minutes. I called Airtel executive also for the same reason but I couldn't get the reason how it is happening.so kindly pls tell me the reason how it is happening and also the billing procedure and the diff between unbilled and billed amount.

I vipin have a postpaid connection of airtel with no : 9561255022, initially I had a plan of Rs:299 but the january bill I received was of Rs:1700 den in next month I received a bill of Rs:2880 I have sincerely cleared the bills in time and when I paid the bill of Rs:2880, the airtel executive told me to change the plan to Rs:999 and said that now the bill won't exceed the limit, so I changed my plan too. But again this month I have received a bill of Rs:5000 which is unacceptable for me. So I kindly request you to look into the matter and reduce my bill so that I can continue the relationship with you (airtel).

Mobile No. 9998147644. The above mobile is in use since 2007. I am shifted to Pune in 2012 and as there is no response form Airtel Gallery in Ajmera Complex, Pimpri Pune, visited many times. Hence do the needful with a request you to change the relocation of plan for change of state / circle i.e from Gujarat to Pune. The same number under post paid plan to be continued. Inform the procedure.

Is 9860902060 & my plan is 299 here which is 1200 min calling free, 300 sms free & 500mb net data 2g free but in every month they are sending me teh bill of net usage. i have compliant so many times but every time they give me complain no. But no solution will done till plz take care of this as early as possible
