Bill too high in Sept 2015
For my postpaid mobile number 9971325522, generated bill for Sept is 8400+. There seems to be some error. My normal billing pattern are in the range of 900 to 1,000( INR). I haven't done any kind of abnormal download or too much data uses. Please correct the bill ASAP.
Complaint about my double data offer
There is a scheme on my new handset moto g 3rd gen nd i recharged for 299 but double is not availed to my number. I want my data back immediately.

Regarding internet usage
I Bhuvnesh kumar sharma using your airtel no from last 15 years. But last few days I am facing problems you customer care executive committed many times to resolve them but not responding. My problem is that I am using & enough only 1 gb program but bill is taking with 2 gb & 3gb. Kindly do some work on my problem.
No service received
my phone number is 9002086529 i activated rozgar seva @ rs 30 per month, money is deducting during three month but no service received and the customer service is also always busy.
complaint against extra charge of duplicate sim
there is Rs. 25/ the charges of duplicate sim but they will charged Rs. 100/ to me (at snsar tel. com. Yamunanagar). why they do like this. why they charged extra from customers.

I will receive the bill of 2534 even I already have 100 mb in my account on 15 sep 2015 for the resolution agent raised complaint for waiver on 15th sep in ccare. Airtel Complaint
I am using 4G hotspot no.8130347675. At the time of purchasing plan it was told that i can use internet services at a good speed upto my plan and after that i can enjoy unlimited data at lower speed. But now they had issued a bill of Rs. 9918 due to which my net services are barred and i can't use net services. Please waive of this amount and help me asap.
GPRS, internet, SMS services not activated
I have purchased RA11CUG200 plane SIM from your esteemed firm. On 11.09.15 the same was activated only for calling on 15.09.15. Though I have contacted your customer care so for my connection has not been activated in GPRS, internet, SMS services.
Manual and tele address verifications have already been completed. I opted this plan for my official use round the clock, as I am working as a Asst. Commissioner in Railway Protection Force. I request you kindly provide the GPRS and SMS facilities immediately without further delay.

I receive a fake call from airtel no 09559207123. he asked me about my credit card detail.
No one is able to assist us
We are using two fixed line numbers of airtel from past 3 years (011-41053053, 48053053). We want to discontinue the services of 011-41053053, I am following your executives from last 3 days for this minor request but no one has responded till yet, this is really awkward thing that no one is able to assist us ......If it is non of any ones concern then unfortunately we have to discontinue both the fixed line.

My Mobile No. is 9987904909. I took airtel Government plan of Rs. 99/- p.m. My previous plan is changed by airtel without confirm intimation by me. So i respectfully requesting to you please activate my previous plan and disconnect the current/present plan. Please do it as early as possible and send the monthly new bill of my old plan for the period of 27/08/2015 to 27/09/2015 bill vide previous plan before 27/09/2015 to my e-mail a/c. After due date Airtel will be charged penalty on bill amount. I will be cannot entertain the penalty charges. (i.e. Government Plan- Rs. 99/- p.m.)

The amount has been debited from my account but the talk time not credited to the above mobile no. Kindly credit the talk time for rs. 150.00 to above mobile no immediately. My contact mob. Deactivation of mobile no 9866178599
i had post paid rental plan of rs999/- on my mobile# 9866178599 till 26sept/2015. as i have informed to customer care to deactivate advance rental plan as i am migrating it to prepaid on 24 sept 2015. but still i am getting messages towards advance rental plan on mobile is due for renewal on 27/09/15 & an amount rs 999/- will be charged on 27/09/15 in my subsequent bill. As i converted postpaid plan to prepaid please see that charges are not added to my bill.
network problem

Reducing internet charges from the bill
Respected whom so ever concerned,
I am a college student. I have been using Airtel for many years. Last month I got bill of rupees 1884 because I used airtel nternet of 264mb. According to me Airtel have charged me a lot. As I am a student it is not possible for me to pay so big amount of bill that too I had just used 264mb. I do like Airtel and I am a loyal customer of Airtel from many years I do not expect such generation of bills from Airtel. Kindly do the needful and remove all the internet charges which I have been charged for.

Complaint for Internet
I am using internet past 45 days the land line no is 0821 4244070 and past 15 days the internet is not working. About this i have given complaint through 121 and my complaint Ref no is 59943652 in this regard the technician visit the place and reported that the modem is not working and without testing the modem he reported that due to lightning the modem is not working. i'm sure that the given reason is false, kindly check it in a proper way and replace new modem which is still in warranty period.

Connectivity problem inside my house
This is to inform you that I have a post paid connection with you, number - 9845702835. All these years the connection was working fine. But for the past one month I am facing connectivity problem inside my house. I cant make any calls nor receive any calls. As per your retailers advice I changed my sim to 4G sim. But the problem persists. I request you to solve the problem at the earliest so that I need not change my service provider.

when your representative contacted he said no modem charges will be levied. but you did didn't do that. later your people told me that local as-well as std is free but it is not so. few days back your customer care people said that you can increase the speed @rs 100 only but my bill came as 1600. so i am surrendering the land line (04524255631) with immediate effect.
Cancellation of my No. 9686676503
I did apply for cancellation of above number at your outlet on 10-10-2015 in the morning. my cancellation no. is 65539716. I have cleared all my dues on the same day before cancellation by paying Rs. 2860/-. Again i am receiving calls demanding for amount.It is disgusting. Kindly update your systems accordingly if you believe yourself that you are supporting your customers like me who are in association with you from 2002.
Please see that the above connection be cancelled with effect from 10-10-2015. Kindly treat this as a legal notice for cancellation of said connection. It is hereby notified to you that I am not liable for any further payments in the event you make such claims. If any such claim is placed, the same will be at your cost and consequences please note.
Again, i have another No. 98458 33503, i did make the payment of Rs. 2100/- via net banking on 10-10-2010, i received acknowledgement sms for having received the amount. Even then you people call me again and again demanding for amount.
If this state of affairs continue , I intend to switch to other service providers , whom I believe good and appropriate than you
