I did not get the correct amount of data which is shown in below mentioned message. The offer is valid upto 6 jun but the customer care executive is denying

Dear sir/madam
it is airtel no 7023100509. we want to stop the internet or sms and deactivate this service from our postpaid mobile. this complaint we already placed in head office but the extra bill was continued in the month of april and in may 2015. please take action immediately .

my airtel fixedline no. is 07554017396...i got broadband connection 1 month before. the airtel executive who told me about plan gave half info about the broadband plan, he told me once i may this much amount i will not have to care about bills for 4 months ahead...due to which i m getting billed unknowingly... the plan i considered cheap is actually proving to be expensive for me.. i m feeling like being cheated.. please do something in this regard & take proper action.

we have taken a cug connection from your company and also a 4G connection with 5 no of dongle provided by your representative sales man to us but still now it is not registered neither your company representative come to our office to activate our 4g connection. Now it is requested you to please deactivate our 4g dongle connection .

last month i got dsl of 5 gb @rs299 and some of the technical problem i could not use that dsl.i made complaint to customer care198 at the same time and i got viewer from 198 officer.i got sms also about that matter. but in the same bill they did not less that amount.pl execute that matter and solve my problem

know i am the user of postpaid no 9250192678.plan 224 ...my previous plan 199 changed the company but not inform me. then i will call the customers care executive so he tell me airtel company send u message on December but ur mes not received me so thats reason my billing amount increase, its ur mistake so tell me the solution of this matter.

i am facing network problem in my area( alwal, mangapuram colony phase 1&2,500010 , hyderabad)
i have called to customer care and said the problem that, i am facing network issue on 21st may but till now i did get response form ur side niether my network issue is solved. i request u to solve the problem as soon as possible.

I had paid my monthly bill regularly but even though I keep receiving calls from customer care saying that I have not paid my bill correctly the details of the cheque payment is che no is 0035 amount is rs 1323.00 from hdfc bank dated 29 April 2015 which I have seen in my pass sheet that it has been passed the cheque is honored. Pl z do the needful as early as possible & confirm the same. Also let me know the current bill & due date so I can pay the bill for this month.

The bill of my airtel landline no 07314090608 which has a multiple connection with this plan. I was being charged an extra amount of Rs300 in a bill, last year. I did not pay that amount 300 and paid rest of the bill amount on time each month. from last year till the month of April 2015, this amount has turned up to be around rs 765, adding late fees of Rs100 , each time on the amount 300 which I did not pay, please waive off this amount 765, after which I'll pay the rest of the bill amount for the month April and May2015.Also, I have registered a complaint for the same , they gave me a waive off offer only forRs300, which is not acceptable , as I'm not going to pay the unnecessary late fee amount on rs 465 , which was added on rs300. Please waive off the complete amount 730, else I would like to disconnect my airtel connection. My complaint no is 55796370. Please take it as urgent issue.

I purchased airtel 4g connection which was activated on 3.05.15. The device was supplied by Mr. Suresh. Despite my requests, the bill of the device is not being provided to me. I paid. Rs.2300/-. Moreover, the device/connection is not working. I am facing a lot of problem as I have not been able to access to this connection. Nobody is responding. I request you to take immediate action failing which I will have to resort to legal measures.

Due to lack of knowledge I used my post paid no for net just for 3 hours i was not aware the consequences. your department has charged me near about Rs.2400/ for using of internet on post paid. i am very very sorry. in future i will not use my post paid for net. i request your good self to kindly pardon me this internet use amount.and the rest of the amount will be paid as and when your pardon me. i once again request you to kindly give a chance me to remain you member.

My mobile no. 9840545258. In that i have received a 2nd continue message at 11.17.51 time on 05/06/2015 like this "for recharge Rs.66 =70 talk time and extra benefit be give within one hour. To confirm that i call 121 piathinithi ............... and again call 121 piathinithi Shanthi. They both told the message not given to me and the benefit not for me. why they give wrong information. please check and give me a suitable reply to my email id. message read by me and they told not given. why this discrepancies happened . please give a suitable reply to me.

I am your customer since 15 years and satisfied with your good services. Recently i changed my mobile and got huge bill of Rs.2,362,dated 22.5.2015. I shocked when i saw this message in my cell. Usually my bill was Rs.500 to 700 paid since long time.

I contact your customer care persons about this query and they advised me complaint to this address. So Kindly concession the bill up to my regular range of billing. I am waiting your positive response regarding this query as soon as possible. If not, i have decided to change another company's prepaid network.

We have 10 connections in my name and my companies name besides other individual employees in my company at my address. There is a signal problem in my office and we need to boost the same.

I have applied for a landline connection with internet and i have asked for fancy number but your people did not inform any number and they have given the number as 43865803 and i have raised a complaint to my nearest airtel show room anna nagar (next to Santosh super store) and 121 also on (12.06.2015) monday but till now no response. i need fancy number by tomorrow otherwise i will cancel our airtel connection.

i am an air force officer.last month i came on posting to delhi and i am staying in brar square, naraina, delhi cantt area. a lot many army/ airforce personnel live in this area. after arrival at this place, i checked with many people about which mobile network was working good in this area and i was told to go for Airtel. and i purchased my new airtel mobile sim no.9599838200. for one week, it worked very well but for appx last 25 days, suddenly the airtel mobile network in my area has become ZERO. approximately 1000 airtel mobile phone customers/users have suffered. somebody told that it has happened due to the removal of mobile tower from this area. i also gave a complaint on airtel 121 no. but it brought no changes in the bad network situation. can u do something about it or shall all of us change our operator like Vodafone or idea, as their network is working fine in our area. if possible call me back. thanx.

Cancel my caller tune immediately and from past one and half year i Am calling to customer care number but they are not at all bother about this complaint. If at all caller tune doesn't gets cancel i will disconnect my landline.

I received ur msg that my postpaid plan has been changed and monthly rent and call rates are more costly from the coming month. That show ur monopoly if u change my plan according u, i will get it port as my wish, this type of behavior with customer is absolutely deceiving.

HI I am an airtel user and applying for new post paid net data connection bearing no 8800825592 and prepaid to post paid no 7042093334 for this i am already paid the total amount some of Rs.2550 for data and Rs.250 for (Security money) prepaid to postpaid connection on date of 25th june 2015. But till the time both the services has not been provided.

Hi i am the user of your broadband connection as well as voice.My landline no-0755-4057662 and my registered no-9300312533. I want to know about the data usage that how i have consumed in last 7-8 days. As i am getting 12 gb data with 2mbps speed, i called the executive to know how much data i have used ,he told me that i have used approx 11.5 gb data but it seems to me that i didn"t use 11.5 gb data, So i want to how and when i have used the data .

I applied for broadband connection on 24.06.2015 but till now you didn't provide any connection. My Account No-7021152254. and fixed line no 07884018072. Now i don't want your connection because of your bad service. So please refund my activation money. I filled all details in "airtel.in/onlinerefund". So please refund my money in my account.

my 2 months bill was 1759 ..... one of ur airtel service member came to my house and gave 759 of discount, so i paid 1000rs then he told that now every thing cleared but again the customers cares are calling me and asking to pay the bill 2300... so plz take my complaint ....this is the num 9700366867
