I opted for new connection for my Ipad bearing No, 7899503503 on 10-10-2015. Address verification, validation of my documents are also done. I have received sms that everything is done successfully. But, i cant access to net. Please resolve the issue.

Mobile no. 8511910909 having prepaid connection of Airtel . Presently facing the problem of not getting any information regarding expiry of STD CALL RATE reduction. Earlier I was getting the alert for same. request to start the service immediately in greater interest of user. Regards.

I (Sandeep kumar, 9990344044) am a employee of DMRC and i am using 99 fix rental corporate cug plan for dmrc from more than 3 years. before some time one of your representative contacted me and he told me about a 3g plan for rs. 250. for one g.b. data and after that unlimited 2g data. Now when i activated that plan my 1 gb 3g data exhausted in just 15 days, and rest 15 days are a big trouble for me, in rest 15 days my gprs is not working even in 2g speed. it takes me to the great frustration.

So it is my humble request that please make my 2g data speed as normal as others after my 3g data exhausted. And if it is not possible please deactivate my all working data plans.

I am using Airtel 2G micro Prepaid SIM having Airtel mobile no. 8133067753. In this SIM the speed of network is so slow that even my gmail does not loads and opening a web page either takes 3-4 minutes to open or fails to open. I am having 3G dual SIM supported mobile set. Another BSNL 3G network found good speed but in my Airtel mobile no. 8133067753 I am unable to get 3G network speed. In this regard I request you to take necessary step and to let me use the 3G network speed with immediate effect. This is for your kind information and expecting your speedy action in this regard.

The bill of my Airtel no. Is 150Rs. I had called Airtel customer no. On 21 oct 2015. He told that I used extra internet that is 32MB ( 321Rs extra) but I can't use extra net. Now I have been extra bill because of extra use of net Rs 348.21. And my actual bill amount is 150/- and I am old customer of this number and the mistake was their own side, I am requesting you inquired about extra use of internet. So please give take necessary action regarding this and please remove the existing amount from the bill.

My no. 7503550768 I did complain for fake commitment complain id. Is 64185426 for further complain i m not pay my bill till aug to oct bcg I have been many problem in started my postpaid plan and u given 600 min but not given me 400 msg. In august when plan is started I have facing problem like not given me proper speed 3g and not given me 600 min thats why. Why I paid my full bill amt I am not paying my full bill that y u given me concession on my bill amt bcg I have facing many problem in started plan.

I am airtel user my number is 8050329149 my plan is corporate plan as per my plan they told to me 299 and 600 minutes free and 1GB 3g data 2G unlimited but now offer is not there the airtel people cheated me.

I am Sabari Manikandan having a broadband line for past six months. I m paying Rs.1200 per month. I feel this amount is being costly and so I request u to provide some cheaper plan or below Rs.800 per month.

I have purchase corporate Sim 9967611330 at Mumbai during my posting at Mumbai Dec 2012. I have been transferred to Nagpur on 13.01.2013. After my repeated request you are regularly charging roaming charges from me however I am using the sim in the same state. However your call center person many times promised me that this will not applied in the next bill.

You are requested to stop the charging roaming charges and refund the same to me since feb 2013

Im living in UAE from a couple of months and have not used my no since then but its my first no and all my Indian contacts have this no i cant stop it now ive been using this no since 8 years. Please refer your letter dated 30.10.2015 regarding refund of check no - 539410 , date - 20.10.2015 of HDFC Bank towards refund for aforesaid mobile no. To whom so ever it may concern,
today I called one of your employees named Nisha Fatima in delhi. When I placed my complaint, she was too slow that she almost wasted an hour of mine. After so much of problem caused by her, after some time she even stopped talking to me. I was again and again trying to reconnect to her but she was so irresponsible that she didn't even reverted back. I felt so angry that I just wanted to slap her if she was in front of me. I want you to please take some very strict action against her as this kind of irresponsible behavior will not be tolerated. Please do take adequate steps.

I actually installed a new child connection for Airtel Dish Tv in ashok vihar phase-4. I didn't knew what all I will get if I get this installed. The person in charge told me that I will get a months connection free as well when I get the child connection installed. But after I got the connection installed, after 3 days I got to know that this thing was not at all valid. People like these make false promises resulting in causing problem for consumers. Please do take adequate steps because such kind of problems are intolerable and remove the trust of the consumers towards the company.

I waited 7 days for them to respond to a request for a new Micro SIM (4G). i have asked for the micro SIM(4G) from your company on 4th Nov 15 they have promised me to send it Within 2 days. i took a followup for the same by Customer care executive on toll free no.(121), but i have not yet received it. Please let me know when will i get it finally. If i am not going to received tomorrow it from your side then i have to think of other option. This is really ridiculous!

My mobile no 8755976111, I have got a msg from airtel company on 20th October that on rs 126 you get 1 GB data, when I recharge my cell number I get only 340 mb.. And when I call customer care they told me u don't get this .. Plz give me full MB...I save this msg but unable to show u.

Hi Guys,

I have a Postpaid Airtel Connection which number +91-8010507024 in Delhi Circle, I received my bill this month which bill no is 146137378 I and found that some extra charges for Add on of Data has been mentioned in the same which is totally wrong, I had requested for the Add on of 2GB 3G internet pack which was assured to me by your executive that it has been activated and I will get the data for use but I haven't got any extra data except my plan package which is 2GB but the charge for the same is added in my bill. Also the same add on package is continue this month for my number but instead of 2GB + 2 GB = 4GB (Plan + Add on) data, its only showing 2GB in my account. And I am sure I will charged for the same once again.

So would request you to kindly look after the issue and resolve same for this month bill amount along with the current billing cycle for data plan, so that it will be easy to pay the bill without any pain.

I will look forward to hear from you.

My no is 8106630329 my post paid plan is 399 earlier 20 days back i changed it from 299 to 399. i want to make it prepaid . i asked 3 times to convert it to prepaid from post paid in airtel office but they didn't now they gave this id to cancel.so cancel my connection of postpaid and make it prepaid as early as possible.
