We (Taubys home bakery) had purchased 10 tata walky phone (Numbers-6900301 to 310). out of 10 only five no has been started (6900301 ,6900302,6900303,6900306,6900308) and rest 5 no yet not started (6900304,6900305,6900307,6900309,6900308). We had called to customer care also they replied on (2 june)... somebody will come from tata for verification. Since nobody has come and not any call from tata guys please start my tata no as soon as possible (its on urgent basis).

I have buy tata docomo sim card 2 years ago and regularly use 3g data pack.there is good give internet service but last 2 months 3g service not good working at night. So I call customer care kailash dalvi to receive my complain but he say I am not receive your complain.

On 26-May-2016 (26-May-2016) Rs. 499.00 has been TRANSFERED to INB Tata Docomo TATADOCOMO_RECHARGE. the reference No. of the same is IG0CBCCDF5. through mobile msg it was provided to me. but till date neither any recharge has been completed to my number that is 8871662687 nor Rs. 499 has been refunded back to my account

I got a recharge on my postpaid number on the 10th June, 2016 which is an unlimited recharge and on 11th June 2016 the very next day I received a message again that the amount has been exhausted and the net had slowed down. I again had to get it recharged today. Please look into it immediately.

Good evening SIR, I have to inform you, that I got call from your Docomo sim sales rep. whom mobile no is 8015093237, she told to me that my mobile no was selected prize worth Rs 5000/- and more benefits if I was purchased new TATA DOCOMO SIM. The new sim rate is Rs 350. My mobile no is 9443751182. She also call one more time and send ration card copy to through whatsapp. Request you Sir that information is true or false? Please send me reply to my email id which this kind of information is fraud or not

Poor network, due to low coverage I missed my calls also unable to access 3G internet. I am facing this issue from last 1years. 1year ago the network strength was good nd 3g network also coming but now not. I called to customer care no 198 but they are also accepting these issues are happening from their end. Please resolve this as soon as possible. If you didn't resolve this problem then me and my friends gonna port to other network providers.

I have a billing issue my plan is cruze 100 plan after excess use my bill is 400 to 450. But from 2 month there is no use and still my bill is going to increase from 200 to 415 and my current bill is 415 in 225 is content download charge. My phone is a simple feature phone there is no internet service on phone but still i pay for download charge. i want to port my number in other company if u not resolve my problem. kindly help me.

My net connection no. is 918404476. I wanted to deactivate net connection. So I called the toll free number 11800266121. After two days I received a phone call from tatadocomo calling for reasons for deactivation and canvassed for change of tarrif plan for which I said big NO. Not required. But to my surprise I received a message from tatadocomo "Hi we are not porcessing the cancellation equest for your photon No.9245466185 as per your discussion with our photon care expert". This is really embarrassing. why they are doing like this? My net connection may be deactivated immediately.

Recharge of Tata DOCOMO Mobile 7205478490 for Rs.65 was successful. Operator reference no. is 100006449700787 by Paytm but didn't get my main balance so that give me net balance 350 mb. If don't get my money back . I'll register a case against you.

I am not able to get incoming calls by any number n I have tried to do all things whatever told by customer care executive.......but still I can't get incoming calls. solve this bullshit problem of ur network.

I am recharge for 299, offer 299 recharge 1GB 3g and 299 full TT but not Credit 299 . balance credit only 130 . customer care information not OK for 3 time.

I m using Tata Docomo Max Wi Fi Data card. I have recharged 4 G plan but it is too slow. So, help me 2 get out of this.

My docomo no incoming call not working properly. only get unwanted noise for this I tried to talk customer care but not respond them wata hell ur service very poor network waste of time.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm Siddhesh Sawant, Using Tata Docomo prepaid service on Number 8983478386.

Before earlier days, I had applied for MNP of Tata Docomo to Airtel, but your MNP retention department called me to continue the services with less Call rate facility scheme of Rs 25 Paise per Minute for 180 Days. and Officially I got a message for the same. But Since three days I'm getting an intimating message on my phone, that 25p/minute plan will expire on 8th of July 2016 which is today.

So I need proper resolution for this by today itself. Either I will forward this mail to Consumer Court help desk Under Fraudulent Case and False Commitments from Tata Docomo Telecom Service.

Hi, I decided to come from airtel to Docomo because it have best network I sent a porting message from airtel and I got the porting I'd and I submitted documents to Docomo on June 29th till today the sim was not activated and there was no response from docomo y number is 9901656988. sir please port on me and give Best network

I received a message that you got the offer of rs93 1gb data 30 days, but i have got 700 mb and only for 7days. So what can i do data docomo is cheater.

My number7204901157. i got a msg like RC108 to get 1gb internet for 30days but the actual vaildity only for 7 days. In that msg it mentioned the extra benefit will get with in 48hr. so that only am go with that offer but am only got 7days valid only till now am not getting the extra days. i got that msg on 15th july i did that offer on 16th july its not only first time. So am not satisfied with ur offers y u guys were cheating.

I have complaint about your service so many times but it is not solved yet. If i am paying your service cost
then i should be get your service for that i have paid amount.I am facing network problem from that i am not abel to use your 3g service.If i will get service then i will pay your bill other wise i have to discontinue
from your network.
