I have not subscribed WWESUB but charge is deducted from my account. So I humbly request you to refund the same.
I have charged over billing of roaming
Hii, This is shailesh Vaishya having tata Docomo no. 9920969410 valuable customer since last 6-7yrs, informing you that my outgoing is disconnected due to late payment. I am here with informing u that I have charged over billing of roaming since last year. it has been charged in every bill then I'll have to go to ur Docomo gallery and then I will get waiver. Its been running since so long. And every time your executive assure me that it will not b charged on further bill...bt all the time condition is same.
My outgoing have been closed since more than 2wks i am dealing in export business. I have suffered a lot in my business due to disconnection. Yesterday I have got call from ur executive named javed and rather he should solve my problem as for what he has been appointed, he told me that if u won't pay..it won't b connected. I m ready to pay my bill..bt have been suffered a lot...who vl b responsible for my business loss. Plz contact me as soon as possible.

I had activated for 15rs 2g data pack for 3days while i was activating also i got the message for validity of 3days but before the date only validity is been closed but i still had my data, I am very unsatisfied with your services.

Relating to erstwhile account number 918615501
1) your so called claim through your own manufactured statement of account is erroneous and contain misinformation and wrong claim.
2) The account is closed long back and payments made are more than the legitimate dues
3) Therefore what is pending at your end need be carried out by you only which is make adjustments in your books and to close the account.
Please tell your accountant to learn the billing cycle and adjustment process. If there is no service-how the question of billing, payments and raising claims shall arise. After all its regulated industry.
Its astonishing that you have not imparted applicable training to your accountants on billing, collection and accounting of regulated business and therefore they must be trained appropriately on Rule Book of Trai.
Finally, as per me, there is no outstanding on my account and request you to close everything with retrospective basis. Thanking you. account number 918615501.
Customer service is poor
My mobile no. 9045258292. My sim got blocked (puk number) as i was not using sim from few months. so pls help me how can i get network by same no? Customer support staff was not able to assist in this regard as i was not able to contact them.
I am not satisfied with the service now because it has became every time issue.

I had data pack but balance deducted
My rs. 50 was deducted at today night while using internet when ever at that time I had data pack too. Docomo deduct data very fast. I had tired to call customer care at198 but i was not lucky person to reach them.my no is 9893867801.
Deduction due to wrong subscription
Today morning by suddenly took my balance of rs.19. I don't know how it will be activated and kindly check it, for refund my amount. Really I was get upset.
25MB instead of 100MB
After doing rs.8 recharge for 100MB night data as shown in my phone on dialing *141# i received only 25MB. And when I on my internet my rs63 balance is gone. I need proper response now! 7795895070.

Internet connection not working properly
For this sub. I m calling for customer care 4 time but thay does not give me resolution. At last I m calling ur senior his name govrov and giris panchal and one girl senior tall me that side not problem problems is ur side but I am agree to one time problem so that say me that type setting done in my mobile but my 3g internet is not running good and ur customer care educative not help me properly and the speak so rudely so pls solved my this problems and pls say ur customer care executive speak with customs normally. Dont want any roaming concessions
Today i got one msg through my mobile for recharge Rs. 152 for getting full talk time. Unfortunately i have recharged via mobile banking. So i didn't get the amount. Kindly re credit the amount for Rs. 152 to my account. I dont want any roaming concessions till now. Otherwise you please credit the same amount to my talk time facility.

My number not been activated
Actually I had lost my sim card unfortunately. Then I have blocked today and brought same number but it was not been activated still now. When it will get activated and why not been activated still now.
Wrong recharge and did not get benefit
I did recharge of 145 in which I get 500 mb data only. While offer is something else. Tatadocomo is worst company in india. I want whole benefit otherwise I will have to go consumer court.
Benefit not credit
i have rech 93rs in my docomo number 9041677936 my offer is rech 93 and get 1 gb data validity 30 days but validity is credit 30 days 1 gb data not credit data in my phn 750 mb only.
Unwanted net recharge
Recharge done by me is Rs 5 but activation 95 and when i recheck the tollfree *141# no 5 rs 2G recharge option is remove my balance is not refund. how i will react to continued unnecessary deduction.
Tata Docomo Sim not Working
I am using TataDocomo Sim with Number 8050747643, from today evening their is no range for my connection i had changed phone then also same error is showing at last i had called the customer care & asked what happened their answer is they had blocked my connection for verification purpose. From last 5 years i am using this connection & now only they are making verification, ok if anything like that is their then they should inform. Suddenly without any information any Telecom company can block mobile connection like this?????

Wrong data usage charges
I have been charged Rs 370 extra in my bill for internet services. Although I have 2G data pack, but I have not used internet at all. I registered complaint on 19th April and my complaint no.is 533839625.Please look into the matter immediately and reverse the amount.
3g data validity
I have got a offer stating "special offer for u:Rs59 500mb 3g data validity 30days". After recharging on the same day with the same plan....i have got only 300 mb data that too for 3 days validity. please check.

Right plan but give wrong TT
This is my Tata Docomo prepaid mobile No.7842743671..I have recharged with Rs499 on 27 may 2016at 9 pm and got 300 TT & 2GB data for 60 days but Newly launched Tata Docomo 499 offer for all prepaid customers comes with attractive benefits of 2GB data and Rs 500 talktime for all existing and new customers across India. Rs300 not the notification any where in Tata Docomo site. Plz give exact plan benefit.
Call disconnection by customer care
I called for help on 121. i was not satisfy with him i ask for senior he was not ready to transfer due to waiting on the line even not ready to hold my line. He keep asking me for email though my internet was not working thats what i was calling for. At the end he disconnected my phone. which was hardhearted and felt insulted by ur company. plz value ur customer.

Regarding lapse of talk time balance due to ur radio link
Myself engineer shakeel ahmed khan having ur no. 08109296856 from Indore mp, I have called from my cell to 9425066790 at 02 jun 2016 at 12:44 pm and after 4sec i have disconnect it, even both ends disconnected , but ur call network link with radio link in fake way counted 3303 seconds otherwise, and ur network unnecessarily consume Rs 34/- from my balance. this is very unfair business, n ur customer care executive respond nill here in Indore mp, kindly credit the debited amount due to ur RLT Technique otherwise i will quit ur service.
Very bad customer care service, people are very rude from the very beginning, unprofessional, i m not satisfied ur cc executive in indore mp. they did nt respond properly.
