How can i get balance and validity of my prepaid Tata photon, Can i get day to day balance update via sms or email?

Data connection not working although i have recharged my Tata photon, this not good service by Tata Docomo.

Customer care says recharge 140 rs and get full talktime but i did not get full talktime... only 111 rs.

It took 28 hours but so far I am unable to speak to customer care representative even their retail outlet are unable to solve my problems. I was hanged for 2 days but unable to browse. I called today but I was replied it take four hours to connect, worst service no call back service to customer.

I have requested to cancel my account no-98994888, postpaid code - 1102040003 Tatadocomo no 9238056001 permanently two months back. But the office sending message to pay monthly payment, though if not pay to deactivate, but not doing. so I request you to cancel permanently my account otherwise I will not be responsible for your negligence.

Sir, In my phone I have receive one massage and massage is Rs60=60TT+1GB 3G Data, val 28 din, (Xtra TT + Data 48 hrs me) but In my account the balance receive only Rs.58 and no 1GB why?
