New connection of photon broadband postpaid taken on 19 november approx bt unfortunately it stop working from yesterday evening. I had taken 650 rs. Plan 3gb 3g and 2g unlimited, msssage came to my registered no. That u have used 3 g data as per ur plan is to enjoy 2 g reload200 or300 space 9200011394 to 9212008282 I have replied four times and every time my balance get less nothing happen and msg come mandatory sr field not passed u r not allowed to raise any sr.What does it means I dont know , please start my net photon.

I've had the most horrible experience with Tata Docomo broadband service. I have been their broadband customer since January 2015, and pay Rs. 1300 every month for unlimited 1Mbps plan.

Right from the first month, the Internet used to be down for more than 4-6 hours in a day. Every single month till January 2016, they have had disconnections every month . It is so pathetic that they do not even take action against it. I have mailed each and every person in tata docomo, they are senseless people. I have asked for a bill waiver and that also they are saying they will take 30 days for a resolution. I plan to approach the Consumer court really soon. I have all the proofs with me. Please do not go for their Internet connection at all.

I am ajit my docomo number is 7676125612 i check *123# in my  Mobile it's show 1GB 3G data 24 days validity. on 8th January i recharge in my main account balance but i get only 7days validity.  before i ask to 198 customer executive they ll call transfer to senior executives. In 48. Hours you ll get remaining data balance and extra 17 days validity till 21st but i m not receive any Sms. ur company 6 to 7 time i cal customer care they ll not getting serious so please refund my data as soon sir.

Hi to all Tata Telly-services appellate authority. My name Mr Mukesh Kumar Sharda I am live in barmer rajasthan area. Date 1 -2-2012 I have purchased 25 pcs tata prepaid walky in cash sales invoice from your authorized dealer m/s BAJRANG MARKETING COMPANY, prop.. mr.. arvind ji contact no 9214308314. Till date my walky not activated by your dealer. He tell me I have sell only hardware I mean walky instrument and walky activation issue is company issue.

Last 4 years I have fight to company by mail customer care point but I have not find any resolution. I have something thousand mails to listen @tatadocomo.com and 1515 @tatatel.co.in and dobig @tatadocomo.com, appellate.raj @tatadocomo.com. But all site only one replied plz wait and patient your concern is process and your concern forward to higher authority. but last 4 years not found any solution.

Plz tell me sir its problem is tata company or your dealer problem than why my money end in un-usable instrument. I have trust in TATA companies bcz the TATA TELE is large communication company. So plz don’t crush my faith and consult with your dealer and return my money as soon as possible.

I know my concern is from rajasthan area but rajasthan area appellate is not able to do this solution. So I Write to all india level appellate authority. I AM VERY VERY IRRITATED DUE TO LONG TIME PERIOD ISSUE. PLZ DO NOT IGNORE THIS MATTER I NEED YOUR KIND SUPPORT.

My tatadocomo number is 8087222240 and a/c no 989609428. I had received your bill dated 07/07/16 for the period 05/06/16 to 04/07/16. In this bill it has been noticed by me the data usage charges has been shown as 1712/ and shown as internet charges but I am not using any internet on this no. Pl look into it.

There was a request raised for an wave off in the last months bill. No response yet and now I'm helpless. It will be if there could be a redemption of certain amount as it's too high. I'm a customer for more than 7 years and as a customer loyalty there should be a way to rectify my concern.

Respected sir,

I am an indian citizen and have a bank account in IDBI Bank. I am using the Tata Docomo sim since 6 yrs. And the same sim is linked with my bank account. Presently I am in Dubai and not Receiving the OTP from the bank, because my sim is not showing any network. Kindly help me out in this situation. So that i can began my bank transactions as soon as possible.
