gprs recharge card of Rs 9 nd everyone selling this in Rs 10
Good afternoon ,
I have to notify that i am purchasing Rs 9 gprs pack every time and the shopkeeper give it to me in Rs 10. when I am asking for my one rupee back then he say to me that this is of 10 rs. if you want to take then purchase otherwise you will see other. And he start this scheme on every card. If the Std card of 27 or 29 then he take 30 rs.
so my request nd complaint which ever you want to take it. I'm saying that you increase some MB in Net pack and make it if 10 rs because every time i take this my 1 rupee is lapse so do in regular way. and my other complaint is about the deduction in MB in 9 rs card and 19 rs card I am regular customer of your company, what do you want i switch to another company. remain that much amount of data in 9 nd 19 rs gors pack.
Outgoing calls not getting
I am using prepaid service of tata DoCoMo. from today morning I facing issue of out going calls not getting my mobile. my no: 8121531522 and I also new sim purchase. please please please activated sim.

My sim got blocked as I was not using my sim from few days.. so plss help me how can I get back my network by same number please.

I have a problem of not using *123# as i had only 20day on purchase . So please ans my no. When i am calling no one talking to me.

My sim got blocked as i was not using sim from few months, so pls help me how can i get network by same no? Customer support staff was not able to assist in this regard as i was not able to contact them.
Balnce and data deduction
My no is 8950534014 and my 800mb data is deducted in 20 min and my balance is also deducted without any usage. I used only whatsapp please see the matter.

I was using tata cdma from 10 years, now I changed service to gsma tata DoCoMo. I am using this no at Palghar pin 401404, just 30 km from Mumbai circle, suddenly your co. introduced roaming charges, We regularly visit to Mumbai, it's a 70 rs roaming free charges for months, it's heavy charges, I request you have to free to all existing customers, bcz they are join your net due to one circle Maharashtra, now you say according to TRAI Your co. imposed this charges.
Plz explain them What about your existing customers who joined your co due to one circle, it's too costly 70 rs. For 30 km. Sirji, Your co representative say our area Palghar- pin 401404 area under poor net connectivity, due to that many times mobile saw unreachable, or call dropped, Then why your co charges same as city charges, why your company not given free miss call alert, why every time customers have to bear. Sir, Tata is reputed co., India going on Digital India, how your co. compiled foreign co.
I hope you will solved such problem most urgent otherwise customers will move to other network & day by day co...make loss...& service became poor... This is right time to introduce co.strongly...increase quality & charges. I am your old customer with local person of Palghar, If you need any help to improve net or else plz contact, We definitely ready to help such of TATA group of co on our level best.

I recharged to my number Rs.24 Unlimited pack for 30 days but now it is showing me only for 3 days please send me the correct validity days. And the main thing is everyone can able to mail her/his compliments so please pick the customer care call its my kindly request to you.

Deduction due to incorrect subscription
From last 3 days my balance is getting deducted due to incorrect subscription, first rs 5 then rs 89 and now rs 50. mobile no 8237537511. this is ridiculous request you to refund my amount.
I havent got full data pack
In *141* it was said that after recharging for Rs135, 2GB data will be provided. First 1.25 and remaining after some time but u have only given 800MB what nonsense is this!

Operator reference no. is 100005609379492. by Paytm but didn't get my data pack & your customer care executive cut my call & now, your customer care number is saying 'busy'. 1. your sales representative give me the wrong information about post paid plan, when i have purchase the plan, the plan was different. so i have got the extra usage internet bill.
2. In my area no 3G connection shown.
3.last month i have called to customer care for 3G activation 1GB for my number, he told me in your number 1GB 3G 199/- activated. i have asked 2 times to customer care representative, after 1 month i have asked to representative he told me their was no pack activated in your number. really i am frustrating in your services. this month i have used 3G internet, so i am getting more bill. really i am frustrating in your service. i have switch to another network.
Didnt received the extra data benefit
I've recharged ₹47 for 350mb of 3g data but i got only 300 mb. I didnt received the extra data benefit.

Its been three months, I dont receive msg or cannot sent msg, I called the customer care several times they cannot help.
