Activate my Sim
I have ported my sim to Tata Docomo but it has not been activated till now. How long do i need to wait?

I didnot got my setting till now ,one if urs customer representative tild u will get setting by21 hr but it nt hapoen

Speed issue, net speed is slow
Every month after paying bill net speed is slow, too much timing google page is loading, too much time need youtube page is opening.... after paid the bill no problem. Tata photon plus net not running
i am been a new customer of photon net i had taken new connection of photon broadband connection till today i am satisfied with net but unfortunately my net stooped with a message in my registered no. that reload 200 or 350 space 92000111394 to 9212008282 then i will able to use my required plan but nothing happen. i replied to given message 4 times then msg came that the mandatory sr fields are not passed so u r not allowed to raise any sr. please send my net photon connection again.
False data recharge
My name is Anurag and I am using tata DoCoMo no.8147044610. Today morning I got one special offer SMS for 2.5 Gb 3G data for Rs.194 only. But when I recharged for Rs 194 in evening today I got 2.5 Gb 2G data instead of 3G.
Tata Docomo 3G speed issue
Network team unable to solve a problem with 48 hours. Raised a ticket to solve slowness issue which has not yet resolved by Tata docomo team. This is pathetic to issue Tata Docomo 3G connection. It is total mess.

On 16 feb i spoke to one your customer care representative about rc 149. He gave information, in rc i will get 101 rupees talk time and 1 gb 2 g data. But i got only data with zero currency. To speak about it i am calling from 16 february. But its not connecting to your CSR. So kindly consider issue.

Bad customer service
I spoke earlier to Shivappa manager and he promised that my plan wll not change. But today it has been changed I received msg. When I called I spoke to one of the worst supervisor name Shruthi and she dint help me instead disconnected my call and blocked my number so that I cannot call customer service. So I'm gonna raise a complaint regarding this that bad supervisors Shruthi to concerned team and I wan my old plan back as I was promised. Number is 8050807598.

I am number register for telemarketing no register my number 9043040283 Im call me for customer care and local show room no response, My number register for telemarketing or plan changes my personal calls all two month outgoing and incoming call barred.
Balance deduction
I hv recharged a plan Tata to Tata 10 paise per minute bt it is costing 30 paise n all my balance got nill. This is the worst feeling ever.

Port out for tata docomo
I had given an application to port out of Tata docomo on 08/10/2016 it did not happed till the 23rd. Then i was told to again give an application. I have again given an application to port out. your toll free no 121 & 198 is not working or are not interested to take our calls. Please do the needful.
Bad net service
I would like to inform you that Ur net service is not good. do u know what is 3g & 4g if not then please use Airtel net u will realize that Ur service is bad.
Recharge issue
I recharged my number with the offer for Rs. 33 on Nov 3rd but I could make call only for 2 days but the validity of the offer was for 28 days. I again recharged my number with the same offer on Wed, Nov 9th, but I am not able to use the offer or the recharge. Please fix this immediately. I am really disappointed by the recharge issue...
