They are not giving the solution why they needed, They told every time you complaint to listen@tatadocomo.com tells as like. Really bad service, 3G network also slow.
Gprs speed issue
My gprs plan is 3g but I have speed 2G plz check my number 9653650796 I have already 10 time call in your helpline 198 but not solved my problem please solved my problem.
Not get valid benefit
I had Rs 39 in this offer will get 28days and 500 MB and 200 minutes tata to tata talk time. But your company give me only 120 MB and 3days validity so please give me back my money otherwise give me 28days validity with 500 3G mb.
Today 6/12/2015 at 9.30 I had received a 3 benifit sms
Today I have received sms of 3 benefit at 9.30 date 6/12/2015. So I had recharege rs. 36/- for net at 9.00 o clock same day to sim in computer(mob.No 8149360625) but no sms get me for net balance 500mb 3g net validity 25days. But net balance not get and not any sms get please get me a balance.
Before date data pack closed
I have recharge from tata docomo no.8983535182.from 2 dec before these time my data balance more than 500Mb.after recharge validity extends upto 9 dec. but at these date i recharged 51 rs for 2g data for 28 days but today data deducted for today 150 Mb.not for old 3g pack....so refund my balance data as early as possible.
I want my full data
I will recharge by rs 121 in offer told u get 1gb data but i got only 300 mb data so I want my full data because the offer is heard by calling in 198 in offer zone. this is not specified the offer is only for under 90 days customers. please give me my full data there is no mistake if mine.
Refund of 200 Rs
My amount 200 Rs rupees debited on 13th december. Regarding this I called customer service, but I didn't get proper information. So if u refund money I will stay in this network, else I will look for any other networks.
Complaint regarding recharge
I got an offer SMS for rs 398 full talk time rs 398 and 1gb 3g data but I got only rs 325 and only 2g coming. what is ur hidden plan I am unable to access. plz give me my remaining balance tell me how I get to access 3g network for the same.
Cut balance from my account
My 52 rupees was cut from my account, give me full details. I am not satisfied by your executive. I have all ready 3 mb net pack but why cut balance from my account. please refund my balance. call me 8699890818. I am very sad. without reason u are cheating. This is not good company.

Balane 375mb 3G data for 28days not add my number
I had got a sms 3ks dam so I recharge 39/-rs recharge for 500mb 3G data for 28 day so I recharged it. But only 125mb data credit in my mo no 8149360625, balance 375 data (3g for 28 days) not credit after 48 hours. Please credit it in my mobile ( its sim is in computer ).
Net balance of 100MB provided instead of 1GB
We have recharged net balance of RS 127 for 1GB net and got only 100MB. When inquired at customer care they told us that your earlier 100mb request was kept pending and so we skipped your 1GB request and provided 100MB and my 127 Rs is wasted. how is this possible? I either want 1GB net or my amount of Rs 127 back.
Wrong information by customer care
I was given wrong information by customer care about my last balance cutting. She asked wrong timing detail of my call.

Network coverage is very bad some time network full tower, some times 2 sometime calling time voice cuts and not clear voice.

Your poor service
I bought a tata docomo sim (8109951135) on 29 december from kasturba market shop name krisna interprizez Bhopal but my sim is not activated till 10 January. I have also talked with your customer care & your distributor but I have not gotten any positive response. i have never seen this type of poor service before in any connection..tell me what should I do?
Did not get my 500 mb 3G balance data 72 hr after recharge
your massage are good but whenever i recharge it i cannot get balance data with in 72 hours it is many time with me and when i join customer care it is not connect with customer care and my connection is in computer and i dont have a mic. very big problem with me.

Weakness of this company is network problem. I have connection of this company but unable to get network in nasirabad raibareli and my working place gazokhar Varanasi this creates more problem in communication. so please provide network in nasirabad raibareli and gazokhar Varanasi these are in up east.

hi..i am narendra here on date 20/1/2016 i was recharge rs 281 benefit was after recharging 220 TT & 1.5 gb data but i only got 1 gb after recharging that time i was called in service centet 198 anyone who speaks with me she replys me your 500 gb data will add after 48 hours but until i dont get nd today i also called that no i get reply that days plan expire.

I have got a msg from your site on 23:01:2016. Bonus of 1023 minutes free for tata Docomo to tata Docomo. But when I calling tata Docomo number it will be charging why don't know. Please check and tell me. I kindly request for you.
DATA deduction
My Mobile No. is 7795646231, I am using this mobile no from the Last One Year & Internet also using from the last one year. From the last one i am facing issues related to Data Deductions, infect today withing half an hour more than 600Mb data deducted with any much usage. Earlier this was not the case. Please look into this if the same issue continued i'll go for other different network. Most of the time i'll off my internet. The moment i'll on it & withing few minutes data will be deducting like anything. I think some problem is there from Tata Docomo. Look into this on priority.
Roaming network of 3G have worst
REFERENCE MOBILE NO. 7417911126. MY DEAR Tata DoCoMo , the date of 28/01/2016. I Recharge a 3G of RC 255 but network is been same as 2G and its not working in roaming. why and most call drop in this network. have you 3g services in RAJASTHAN or NOT???. its defunct network. you should needed to have expanding network in roaming. last I will say to you, please provide network facilities to your customer in any circumstances.

I have reached 253rs on 6th Jan 2016 online but I haven't get any balance in my account but in online it s showing recharge successful. Please check this problem as soon as possible.

Non cooperation of customercare executive
My Tata Docomo number is 9230056820.My connection is temporarily deactivated for the last 2 months. I have contacted with customer care 4 times in the last one month and instructed them to deactivate my connection permanently since I no longer require the connection. Customer care executive advised me to pay the bill dated 17.12.2015. I consented and request them to deactivate my connection permanently and send the bill. But my instruction has not been complied and you keep on generating bill for the month of january when I am not using and instructed you to deactivate. I like to inform you that no further payment I will make since it happened due to your lackluster attitude. I like to inform you that I have paid the bill dated17.12.15. Kindly send permanent deactivation message which You are not sending for the last one month.

Getting unwanted calls from previous customer
Hi team,
I have purchased a new sim & the mobile no is - 9036261255 (Basaveswarnagar Bangalore), but getting call from few people that this no was using his friend & his name is Arun (Bijapur). Today morning around 9:50 am Arun called me from mobile no - 9036437889 & asking how you get this no. & telling me that he will lock this no, I am really got frustrated with this. Please help me out with this.
NOTE - If you are giving SIM card please make sure such things won't happen to new customers like me.
