Airtel in my area network problem is there 3g network is only there even activating 4g network. for network I have to always go in bedroom otherwise there is no network connection.solve this problem.

My Airtel Landline No. 0421 4252852. was connected newly on 2nd Feb. 2019. For which I have given a chque for Rs.4220/-{ch.No750367, SBI,TNAU campus Branch, Coimbatore} to one Mr.Kumaresan your TIRUPUR branch staff, for six months in advance. Though the cheque was cleared on 15.2.2019 and credited to your account but to my surprise i am getting calls from your staffs regularly that I haven't paid the monthly bill which is overdue. Pl. look into this matter personally and verify at your end, instead of calling me often for payment. Regards.

I paid Rs 4189/six months rental for my broadband (04097821438) and landline (04048542072) last week. In your website I found that six months rental is very low than what I paid. When contacted I was told that the higher amount was,as per my option, for high speed internet. I received a text message on 18/02/2018 that I can opt for a new ARP as the due date for payment is 24/02/2018.I would like to have your advice in this regard. Regards

I have Airtel landline number 04048542072 which I hardly use as I am having a BSNL LANDLINE for several years. I am a senior citizen and as the number is familiar to all I retained it. Now I want to surrender BSNL. will it be possible to transfer the number 04024041223 to Airtel. If not please inform whether I can have only Airtel broadband connection and surrender Airtel landline. I m not liking your services. My amazon prime membership is disconnected without any information within the duration of 1 yr and my wifi disconnects in every 10-15 min. Speed is not good as we were experiencing initially.

My old number Missed somewhere before 13th Feb 2019.On that day I request Airtel Customer care Office executer plz block my Number immediately..They accept my request but sim was not blocked due to sim port request reason..that was not me...so please help me how can i block my Number and which person port my old number and how can we stop other person using my Number.

I have a Vodafone but some issues i switch to airtel then i go to agent the do all process but after 6 day old sim card i.e Vodafone off but my new sim card i.e Airtel not on (7030777951).

Dear sir/madam,

I am Mahesh Gandhi. I had two Airtel postpaid numbers 7666645967 and 9322861053. On 24 March 2018 I went to the Airtel store to disconnect one postpaid number i.e. 9322861053 because there was not so much use of the number compared to bill plan and convert another no. i.e. 7666645967 from postpaid to prepaid and paid all the dues remaining for both the numbers due on 24th March 2018. Today I have been informed that the no. 9322561053 is not yet disconnected from my name and bill has still been generated for RS 1817.

I visited the Airtel store where I asked for the help they said the no. 9322561053 has not been disconnected as per my request but has been disconnected due to non payment of the bill. The number 9322561053 lost network within 2-3 days of the disconnection request made on 24 March 2018 so I thought that the no. has been disconnected but now there is a bill generated and also a legal court proceeding to be held related to non payment of the bill. I request you to please disconnect the no. 9322561053 from my name with immediate effect.

At the time of recharge they said that the customer will get additional 30GB but they gave only 10GB for 30 days only.

I am sourav and i am really dissapointed to use Airtel network 3G run like a 2G and 4G connectivity is not exist. In our area I Recharge my Airtel number with unlimited pack rs 169 and u know what I get a 2G Connectivity network and this is really sucks. do something otherwise I port my num. in another network

I hate this app and i hate the airtel network and soon i am going to port my sim from airtel to jio. jio is way better than airtel. the network is so slow that my daily 900 mb is wasted. My no 9136516927.
