I was travelling from Avadi to tirupati. I take ordinary ticket which cost of 30 rupees. at arrakonam tc checked at that time I was at first class coach they taken me to office and illegally charged 430 rupees to their personal account and train was start moving and. I ran to catch the train with out taking the ticket from that TC.

Amount not refunded

Sir, i booked 2 tickets against PNR No. 6923466022 on 08.03.2025 from Rayagada to Rajahmundry. amount deducted my debit card is 2,385.92. One ticket confirmed and another one is TQWL - 1. TQWL -1 is not confirmed. Not confirmed ticket amount not refunded to till day. what is the reason to not credit my account. as soon as possible my request consider credit amount to my account. Transaction Id is 100005644271305.
