I booked ticket on 24/01/23. Has been deduction my money but process failed. So please refund my amount.

I was travelling from Avadi to tirupati. I take ordinary ticket which cost of 30 rupees. at arrakonam tc checked at that time I was at first class coach they taken me to office and illegally charged 430 rupees to their personal account and train was start moving and. I ran to catch the train with out taking the ticket from that TC.
