Recharge amount got deducted
Did recharge of rs 100, recently but whole amount got deducted. plz tell me the reason why n credit the amount back to my mobile 8090078738 else I will escalate the issue to TRAI.
Executive not providing good service
I have 3 Nos. Of tatadocomo but I am facing network problem on them. So I called on cc care on yesterday at 198 no. There was an executive who not making my complain so then I said to him that please my call transferred to senior. Then that person are very argumentative and not transfered to my call to senior and also disconnected my call and after that also not connected my 198 complain no. Which was also did something in my 198 complain no.
So I think this no. Is in rejected list. So after all it's mean your executive not providing good service. Which is not good for your consumer. Please take any action on him. And tell me what action you have take on him. Please help.

My call is disconnected again n again.
I had recharged 9 rs pack in which I will get unlimited on net local calls free aud the recharge was successful but still u r charging me on local Tata DoCoMo calls. It is really a bad impression u peoples are putting up and after calling for complain u people first don't answer the call and after some time my call is disconnected again n again.
Poor net connection
My Name is waquar & I am from Nishat agar, wassaypur Dhanbad (jharkhand). I am irritated with the speed of net connection. I recharge with data pack of 66 but i cant use it because network connection is very poor from last 1 week. Plz improve your internet services otherwise i will leave Docomo network & will port my no. In other networks... Plz improve your services.
Wrong information your employee
I am live in buldana city in Maharashtra. I have one SMS to tata Docomo this SMS was about 3g data so I call customer care and asking him that 3g network is available in buldana? Hi Say's sure then I recharge 3g net pack @118 Rs. But after recharge I have not use 3g net so I again call customer care and this time hi Say's 3g not work in buldana Maharashtra so I request tata Docomo provider or manager that you are check my conversion records and punished you employee and convert my 3g plan in 2g @76 Rs. And replace my 43 Rs. Otherwise i can complaint your company in consumer Cort.
Regarding new number changed
I approached tata docomo office person named Ms shakila Banu 8015265739, and I confirmed a number 8807750505. I gave all the details as they requested, 2 photos, adress & identity proof atm card Xerox. They gave me sim card & said it will be activated after confirmation. Now the number 8807750505 which I asked was changed as 880771010. again I approached them they said they will rectify it & change the number from 8807710101 to 8807750505. Up to now they did not do anything to change it. I request you kindly to do need ful as soon as possible.
Not happy with your attitude
I personally contacted the nearby showroom and requested for the cancellation of my photon datacard of no9282222539. They connected me to the customer care department and I made my point clear to do thee cancellation of my tatadocomo photon card. But to my surprise I received a sms stating they are not cancelling it. I was shocked. Then again I filled a complaint for cancellation. So for I haven't received any phone call or information regarding the same. I didnt expect such a attitude from such a reputed company of yours. So please do the needful for the cancellation of the above said photon data card,
Change number to postpaid
I want to change my prepaid sim to postpaid. Please how to change and whats the plans postpaid tell me.
Recharge balance follow up

Reminder 1 regarding complaint
i have already sent my complaint. but there is no reply of complaint. i have done the recharege of 65 rs. and it will get 100rs recharge in special offer(123) at that time no validity is display. and after doing my recharge it displays me a validity of 30 days. how's that possible.
Data pack benefit not given
On 03.3.16 i have recharged Rs.199 after seeing tata docomo app offer for my no. 8150006394 i.e recharge for rs. 199..and you will get 2gb 3g data, 1/2 p.sec. for 30days and 50 rs.talktime for 90days. but after recharging the amount i didn't get such benefit., i received only 550 min.local and std call minute., but i don't need this offer. i have talked with your executive mr. sharath, he told that you will get the benefit within 48 hrs, and another executive told as you are ported before one month only you will not get such benefit. but i recharged after putting my contact no's in docomo app. If you will not give such benefit that's OK..but my rs199 amt should be refund within 1 hour..if i didn't receive any reply from you..then it is not difficulty to me to switch to another network.

My balance 42 rupees deducted today without any reason. please refund my balance and customer care 198 can't get connected. pls refund me.
Balanced data internet automatically got zero
My balanced was more than 400 mb + suddenly got 25mb and also when I contact to customer care he said it is 400+ BT it is not. I asked him to ensure BT he said u can check when I checked there was no balance. give me my balance back or I will upload the conversation of customer care executive to social networking sites with voice and also claim for that legally to the consumer court for sure.
Non refund of prepaid recharge
I have recharge for Rs.50 on 11/03/2016 on next 2days my prepaid balance is zero pls help me out for refund of money or recharge the same amount pls let me know urgently tx.
Regarding net and customer care
My net is connected but am not able to download anything from Google store I have net active and balance. Another complaint is am I called to customer care they answers the call but not spoke to me images of that they are chatting with their colleagues and saying that today's coffe is good. Is this the way to answer a customer. If I again call back u are not connecting to customer care if this happens again ill change my network. So look into my request and seek to my problem. My prob is net is connected and am not able to download anything from Google store.
Non-availability of wifi internet service
On the prompting of one of Tatadocomo representatives, I had changed my post-pay tatadocomo Internet connection (which I was holding for many years) in favour of wifi internet connection on the ground that the same would lower my cost while I would continue to use the same unlimited services a before. After a few months, since the last couple of months, I am terribly inconvenienced as the dongle works not only too slow, but also even before the middle of cycle, I am told that my limit of usage is crossed.
I want details of my usage in day-wise and minute-wise break up for the last two cycles including the current one to see how the limit is crossed so soon, although my usage pattern continues to be same as before. If I am convinced with details of usage, I would continue with the service; else I would have to seek appropriate redress.
Post paid sim lost
I lost my sim in my residence it is post paid sim even through the bill is coming. still now I paid 3000 in my area n signal. please deactivate the sim lost.

Diappoinment with tata Docomo agency response
I was really satisfied customer since tata to tatadocomo. always a revolution in offers and service. my mob no 9035895687 using since 7 yrs. Recently migrated to post paid. given money of 359 and taken a 499 plan its almost 4 days documents not submitted by agency to tata tele service. They promised to activate in 1 day. deeply saddened by the development. pls cancel my postpaid app and refund my amount. pls take action against the agency. I respect the tatadocomo exe no 7411307216. Telecaller no 8867348272. pls take action and close the agency.
Docomo is cheater company
Today I checked my offers on 3g net pack about 2 GB @ 255 and I do recharge but I received only 1.5 GB. while I called to customer care they disconnect my call and blocked my number in customer care.
Nobody listening.. its a cheater company.

Before recharging with 189 data plan today. Data balance was more than 125 MB, but after charging with 189 data plan, 1 GB to be added, but total data bal. 1024 given in spite of more than 1125 MB, please add the remaining balance to mob no. 8962006100.
