Hi, My mobile no is - 8972534642. Recently i ported my sim from west bengal network to maharashtra network. Present sim is Postpaid but before porting it was prepaid. I had a 3G data plan of 1.5GB valid until around 12th jan. Now i am unable to use the data. I want my money to be reimbursed or to be continued with data plan. I was clearly notified by the Airtel personnel that all the previous plans will carried forward before buying new sim. Now i want service for what ever i have paid for. No response to this mail considered as poor service and matter will be taken seriously.

my sim number 8890525388 which i am using for so many times and yesterday i recharge of 300 rupees. Today suddenly i got the message that this sim is not registered. May i know whats wrong with this sim. My main account on my airtel application is related with this sim n it is my main number.

I have paid an amount of Rs.770/- towards recharging of my above mobile no. (8978367627) & same was found vide your transid.285241383 on 16-dec-15. But unfortunately, balance was showing nil. Please look into and arrange to send back the amount into my credit. In the meanwhile, i have paid Rs.15/- & 220/- for my routine phones. I therefore request you, please do necessary immediate action & let me know the latest action.

Since sept 2015, my monthly bills for my mobile no. 989521866 are on the higher side. All the bills due upto 24 dec 2015 have already been paid. However, I want to see the details of the bills from sept 2015 till date ie., 25.12.2015. Pls email me the detailed bills.

I did recharge my airtel no.9878984502 with 246.Rs for get unlimted internet on date 13 december 2015. when today(25 dec) 2015 2GB internet expired, now no internet work on my phone. airtel company message me when i did recharge... Use FUP 2GB unlimited internet...but i m not use unlimited.....pls call me....fix it and give me extra benefit of this recharge. pls...i hope u will get me extra benefit of internet...Thanks.

Excess charges have been applied for use of internet by the company as the use of internet was very limited by 9004397137 this no.I want explanation for this extra charges. Wi-fI connection was also available at home still company has labelled this much internet charges.

i had receive call from airtel about a new sim card related to my number in postpaid i had taken a sim 9867866482 on 5 december 2015 but till now tht number had not activated he had taken 500 rs also but till now the number had not activated . i m calling on number witch i had taken the sim but he is not receiving my call so please activate my sim this is the number from whom i had take the sim 8898676278.

Airtel 4G Hotspot - Portable WIFI router - No.7358796771.
I have purchased Airtel 4G Hotspot portable WIFI router on 11.12.2015. For approval it took 8 days from Airtel. But the 4G Hotspot is giving only 3G output. I have raised a complaint with customer care on 19.12.2015 and got the compliant no 66812174 also. But till date no one has attended the problem. With this service, I am totally dis-appointed.

Already 17 days gone, No action from Airtel Technical team. For your kind information, please note that I am using Airtel service since last 12 years.
Hence I request you to kindly change the network connection to 4G immediately.

Regret to inform you that this complaint number shows as closed when no one from your department has come to repair the line which remains dead for almost 20 to 25 days a month for the last 1 year. We have been complaining to your dept and you can check for the number of calls made by us, It is unfortunate that you have not taken any action in this matter.

I am Buddhadeb Gayen and my number is 9932355079. Yesterday I recharge Rs 199 for 900 ATA Local min for 28 days. After recharge I got the sms that 900 ATA Loc min credited but I am getting 1.5 GB 3G net. I already complain to 198 care and Midnapore (W.B) airtel store.

Hi, I am an airtel user and using a police prepared plan of your provided prepared service for the number is 9971858221. my request to the authorities is that why fake offer is shown on special offers and I didn't get the whole benifit after recharge 2 time's.

I am holding a post paid connection 7093701964 which is working ok. When I took add-on connection as advised by your company representative by paying additional Rs.99/- billed in to my post paid account I had new number 9959777197. Ever since we had so many calls from strangers. I realize that this number was used by some one in Tamilnadu. In one months time this number was disconnected from out going calls. When I checked with call center that there is a payment pending. Till date I have done my bill payments.

Today after calling customer care I came to know that this number was used by SANJEEV KUMAR. Who might not have paid the dues. For that I have been penalized by disconnecting. If you can not correct this problem I may have to choose another service provider. An hour before a call from Airtel informing me to pay Rs.1533.08. I consider this is an harassment to the customer.

I request you immediately stop the sms and calls pertaining to the previous customer of this number. I shall expect a prompt reply from you.

My airtel 3G mobile no is 8870154493 recharged on 15/12/2015 for Rs 459 but i have receive 2G only this is very slow i want 3G. On 22/12/15 compliant no is CGPSC21222770338 But till now this problem was not settled. So i request you connect the 3G service.

Earlier I had taken 1099 plan with 60GB at 2mbps speed and later it has been changed to 1499 plan of 100GB. But now the offer is going on for 75gb of 1099 plan so please transfer my plan to this new offer which has 75GB in 1099 plan. Hope you would take my request and do the needful.

Am having problem in internet speed am using Airtel 4g Dongle its not even working in 2g speed my plan is 999 postpaid. When i inquired in customer care they told for 3g you will get only 800kbs-1mbps speed. In Airtel outlet they told Network issue.

The bill of my airtel mobile bill is charged extra of internet. On 20nov. 2015 I had called customer care for disconnect the data plan and ha said the plan is now disconnected on your no. After that next month bill shows rs 540 of internet charge extra. Then again I call customer care for details he told that you had used data after disconnected but after 20 nov I had not used net at all. Now my current bill shows 1057rs including 540rs of internet and my outgoing calls are also barred now. So please check my bill details and sort out this wrong charges added to my bill so I can pay my right charges.
