Dear Sir,
I am your customer since 1 year and satisfied with your good services. My mobile no. is 9871920533. Recently i got huge bill of Rs. 2,247 dated 6.9.2015. I was shocked when i saw this message in my cell. Usually my bill was Rs.500 to 600 paid since long time. Bill of sep. month was rs 779 added in this bill because of i did not pay the bill due to some financial issue. but the bill of this month ( Oct. ) is rs 1468 which is so unfair. In this month two times you activated my net pack even after that u added extra usage of data charge to my bill. plz check it and revert as soon as possible and give me concession for this.

I contact your customer care persons about this query and they advised me complaint to this address. So Kindly concession the bill up to my regular range of billing. I am waiting your positive response regarding this query as soon as possible. If not, i have decided to change another company's prepaid network.

In my bill plan so many wrong charges are debited. Like data pack.. pls remove this kind of problem. Other wise I will close my mobile no and go for further process.

Requesting u to Activate double pack Offer (i.e. if one recharge 1st month 1 gb data then next month 1 gb free data offer by airtel) given by Airtel Internet for 6 Months for the below Mobile No. 9910374995. I was approached by your Airtel Customer Care asking for Portal request from Present Tata Docomo to AIRTEL. Their personnel collected the necessary documents and signatures and assured to hand over the SIM the next day but didnt return after.

In the mean while i have received messages that portal request was successful and all address verification done. Yesterday 3-12-2015 in the morning the SIM registration failed was displayed on my phone. I didnt know whom to contact for this and received a call from airtel:9652852728 on to my spouse mobile saying the portal was successful but as approached them today morning they said the request been sent and shall inform Later.

Actually the ported no is my office no and my SIM is disabled since morning, Kindly help in this regard or else can i go for new postpaid SIM with same no:7799023616. Please suggest.

My no is 9952777425. I am using this no in wi-fi. Dongal. My plan is unlimited. But after 15 to 20 days it is blinking green and internet is not working. Kindly do the needful or else I have to disconnect my number.

I got a notification to RC169 and get 1GB recharge, then I went for da recharge..but I got only 650MB data...nd the worst part is when I asked costumer care they said that they can't help in any way.

Hi,

I am Chandrasekhar Naditoka. My Airtel number is 8972534642. I recently ported my sim from West Bengal network to Maharashtra network. Before the sim ported i had some main balance valid until 2029, 3G data balance valid til 11th jan 2015. I was told earlier that the balances will be carried forward to the new sim after porting. I want my balances carried ASAP so that i can utilize services which i have paid for before expiry. No response to the mail is considered as poor quality of the service.

yesterday I got a promotional message on my mob no 09805685799 that Rs 49=300mb 2g, 14 days on doing a recharge 177=1gb 3g, 28 days offer valid today. But on doing recharge for 177.00 I got only 450 and got fooled by cos. Promotional message. Kindly consider my request n get me compensated.

i am resident of village kostha district sidhi (m.p). as a resident of this village i really want to request you please provide 3G services to my village as the country is moving towards 4G and in my village its not even 3G. IT will be a great effort from airtel if they provide 3G service here also. its a request from me to please provide this service as it will help village to grow and develop as internet is helping a lot in development of villages in india. here lot no. of people has started using smart mobile phones with internet service so better network will help in better development. kindly process my request as soon as possible.

I am using my mobile number 9968865260 from last 3 years. Initially, it was MTNL number then I port it to Airtel. But, on date 15/12/15 Airtel suddenly stopped my Airtel services at night without any prior notice. On next day, I called Customer care. They told me There is no problem from Airtel side. They give complaint No. CWBAR21216912197.

On same day I again talked with customer care, This time they told a new story that as I converted my Airtel 3G to Airtel 4G. But due to lack of Identity proof Airtel stopped the services. They advised me to visit Airtel Store. But I already submitted the documents at the time of sim upgradation. Also, I used that sim for 1 week. Then why they stopped the services after 1 week?? Airtel should verify these things at the time of upgradation. Also, This number is working from last three years. Tell me, was it without identity??

On 16/12/15,I went to Airtel store at Sector 29, Faridabad, Haryana with ID proof documents during my office hours.Then I met with person Kuljinder Singh. He mailed my problem to concerned department. He told me that first he will find the reason of stoppage of services then he will tell me that what to do. I gave him my colleague number and also took there land line number of that store 01294144238 for further reference. But neither he called me nor pick that landline number.

Next day, On 17/12/15, I again visited that store with documents. I told him that no body was picking phone and he also not informed me. At that time he told me that suspension is due to lack of document and you have to submit the documents from where you upgrade the sim. That was very frustrating because he wasted my one day without any action. He have to receive documents because according to customer care visit any near by Airtel store.

Then I immediately visited Airtel store at sector 21 C, Faridabad, Haryana and submit him documents. They told me service will start 4 hours. But after 24 hours there was no reactivation. Also phone number they provided me to contact was also invalid. So I again visited that store on next day. they again insure me that re-activation will occur till night.

But upto this time(10.30 am of 19.12.15) after 4 days, there is no reactivation.

I am incapable to do Banking, Trading etc. How will cover this loss????

Complete Airtel structure is third class including customer care, Airtel store. Please tell me Mr Airtel Smart, smartest only belongs to selling new connection, what about exiting customers??? Also concentrate on your customer care and Airtel store. Not in term of infrastructure in term of efficient staff.

Dear airtel,
I regret to say that as i was browsing on the internet to download some song videos, a certain service popped up immediately and i unnoticingly pressed some buttons and found myself being deducted of Rs 99. I did not notice the notification of that service as i was busy scrolling for the list of song videos and it popped up all of a sudden. Later i tried to cancel but no further options were left for cancelling. so such flaws need to be attended and may airtel refund the deducted amount as i had deactivated the service through the help of customer care. reply awaited along with refund of the deducted amount on this no 9862744244.
