Within 5days our hand set tata docomo mob. No 9235410000 is not working due to we hv lossing our sale day by day. Your are not give proper solution. If you are not give any proper solution within 24 hrs.. I will take legal action.

My old RMN (9410548130) was not receiving message and OTP number. hence i changed my RMN to9456547914, which is now registered with you but when i am trying to make payment through my debit card, the OTP is being generated at old RMN which i do not receive on my mobile. On 10-June we had send mail to you and got reply saying action will be taken. but till now no results and only harassing calls are coming to pay bill. So kindly deduct the dues from our security deposits of phone - 9246338898 and 040-65189898 and pay the balance as early as possible.

But today i am very sad about your wrong deduction about rs 1800 in my no 9034927255. I have closed my Tata photon post paid on April 15 in the Tata photon office in g.n chetty road t.nagar branch. I had paid the bill amount for that month abd for the next month still they call me say to pay the bills for May and June. When I called the customer care for nearly 20 times and told I have closed connection. They told that it is been converted to prepaid and due to that I had to pay who will pay after closing.

This is very bad experience i have visited ever. the customer service executives are not co-opertaive and again n again they are saying just one line "we don't have the sim that's why i can't give" arey if u don't have the solution for the harassed customers then why we will pay u? first thing there are very limited stores are available in kolkata, at first i went at salkia that one was closed then howrah maidan thn sector 1 that one also closed since last 4months. finally i reached at kankur gachi from here they are saying ki yahan nhi hoga.. Wow.

This is to inform you that, I am using your TATA PHOTON Internet connection since last 8 years. previously I used the tata photon plus connection and from the year 2014, I had used Tata Photon Max Wifi connection vide no. 9230080735. That I am facing some connection problem since last two month. That after several calling to customer care, they failed to give positive response to me. Today I visit your Ultadanga office in Kolkata, West Bengal, but they also failed to solve my problem. That, in the above circumstances, I do not want to continue the long relationship with you.

On 26 August 2017 in evening I done a self recharge of 28 rupees by cheking *123*mob. No.#my balance was then after deducting 28rs. From 59rs. Was 31rs. then I tried several times to make call to my family but yours system was down Idid not get an outgoing call to my family from TATA DOCOMO sim,I tired and stoped. And when i checked my balance it was only 1rs. I get shocked how it happened, i am angry also,i was not in believe that tata docomo can do this. I called to 198 and discuss the matter to the call center executive but my matter not solved. Call center executive said that i made a 2hours of call to a mob.no. this is a cheating and fruad by tata docomo. I want my money back or I will complain to telecom head of India.

On 26 Aug 2017 my balance was 31rs.left after aself recharge of 28rs. Which was done through by checking *123*mob. No.#and in the night when I checked my balance it was only 1rs. Left.how it could be when I not done a single outgoing call through my tatadocomo no. Your system was down in the night of 26Aug 2017 because I tried several times to make a outgoing call to my family.
