Wrong recharge
Today 27-07-2016 afternoon i have received one message from tata docomo about talktime recharge and i have done it then the recharge was activate is net.

I recharged 127rs in online airtel money app its showing recharge successful and cut my money of 127rs bt in my mobile its doesn't came. plz contact me as soon as possible.
Lots of problem in network

Dont use Tata Docomo
Tata Docomo gives very bad service. They didnt mention any where black out day. on 7 th August i got msge that sms are chargable but when I called then there is more deduction on call rate.
Dont use Tata Docomo very bad service. My 82 rs deducted on 7th august. I didnt checked charges on call rate because I recharged tata to tata free call.
Fake company and fake special
Docomo has the fake special .... And don't have a costumer services. I recharge but didn't get balance. I want to port from DOCOMO to Other telecom operator.
Complain about fulltalktime
Please find the attached file. Here i attach a photo which taken from your site i recharge according your site plan of top up Rs 101. But after recharge 101 i don't get full talk time. Second unknown scheme has been activated on my no. I make call customer care then he tells me after 101 recharge your call rate becomes 36 paisa per minute. But before recharge i already have 30 paisa call rate. Your customer support suggest me make a mail to Listen @Tatadocomo.Com for your complained. So plz deactivate my new activated scheme and provide me full talktime of Rs101.
Deduction of balance
Recently talk with customer care executive about my bal deduction. He ensure me that my bal have been refund and to check my bal but no bal have refund its still the same. Please ensure first the commit.

Reduction in my balance
This is to explain my discomfort regarding reduction in my balance. And also its not the matter of one time. Fed up with such a disaster! Just getting a recharge done and then without use it becomes zero! Kindly fix the problem as soon as possible or else ill get my sim converted to some other company.
Call barring problem
My num is 8123060695 from aug 14 my sim incoming calls r not coming. i recharge my num on 15 aug i didnt get the currency. i call 2 cc they told me u got currency and do dis procedure #35*1234# after that it shows call barring problem or imi wrong code. after dis procedure if i call to my num THIS NUM IS NOT EXISTS comes. if dis problem is not solved i m going to change to another network.
Amount deducted rs110
I recharged past three days rc110 and talk time within hours fully deducted with out calling to anyone... and customer care executives give the reason that it still dint get updated.

Reverse amount me
I recharged for Rs. 77 on 29th or 30th July 2016. I was to get Rs 43 TT & 250 MB data. During this period I never make any call, my Talk time became 0 balance. It should be reversed to me.
Docomo plan is not working on my number
I have 123 recharge tata to tata offer for talking but it's not working on my number and my main balance is over.
New user offer not given
At the time of buying new docomo sim i was told about new user offer of Rs 97, 1GB 3G data by the company. But i have not got it, please give me this offer because i am a new customer.

Balance and validity issue
I received message special offer pack it will recharge on 23 will get 46 tt and Rs 30 validity. But only 23 and 3 days validity. What about balance.
Pre to postpaid migration
The worst network I have never seen in my life. Organisation people doesn't have any common sense and even they don't listen there heads properly. Better to don't chose this network it's my suggestion.

Executives working in your store were so ill mannered
All the executives working in ur store at Regent Road, Tollygunge, Kolkata were so ill mannered with the customers. They have really misbehaved and not willing to give all the information required and saying server down on 3rd sep 16 at working hours. There is no manager present in the store plus the executive says he is the manager in absence of the actual manager. Info provided by the executive were not clear n not transparent. I would like the head office to see the cctv footage if they hv cameras installed n look into the matters n give me feedback regarding the ill behavior of executive asap in my mail id.
Wrong recharge.. no balance received
I recharged my docomo balance of rs110 and I got msg that recharge was successful n bonus balance will be credited within 48hrs. I paid to retailer n came back .. After 10mins I got msg that my balance is debited because wrong recharge done by retailer.. N my balance went nill, second day mng I went to retailer but he denied to pay back and docomo also not willing to refund my bal id:100006694293546. If recharge was not done Why I got msg that recharge was successful. I came back home n saw msg that my balance is nil again. Plz refund my balance.
158Rs deducted from main balance
158 Rs was deducted from my main balance. When i spoke to the customer care executive, he said i had used extra internet. But i still have 2.83mb left in my data pack. So why did this happen? i want refund as u cant charge from my main account until my data balance becomes 0.
