I am using my Airtel SIM card since 2009 till now. But somebody else has also been issued with the same number as of mine. My many calls are going to that number. So dissatisfied with it.

Sir, I am using Airtel broadband connection with landline 0120-4992542. I want to surrender it with immediate effect as an alternative broadband is already engaged by me. It was impossible to reach Airtel phone service 121 equipped with this landline no. So this request on line please.

Hello sir, i purchased Nokia 6.1 plus. It had an offer of Airtel 1800 cashback and 240GB additional data. I have got the cashback but no additional data.

Airtel network is getting worse and worse day by day. We are facing network issues. Internet is not working properly though we are using 4G plans and calling service is also getting worse. Its a request to Airtel company please fix this problem.

I have made online topup via netbanking thro yr web. on 4th Dec 18 for mobile no.9442242273 for Rs.199/-( (Bank recov.ref.77263834731) and the booster for Rs.23/- (Bank recov.ref.1074813661041) topup and the booster was not activated. Kindly do the needful.

I had placed an cancellation request on 22/6/2018 for the broadband num 7259442963. the SR num is 86029678 and the bill is been generating from june to till date and by unknowingly we have paid the bill for 3 months that is from (june 737rs), (july 440rs), (Aug 470rs). for which we have not used the services.

So please kindly refund my amount of all three months. As i have spoke with your executive he is not willing to do it... so not a problem. As we are with you from past 20 + years in your network num 9845271874 in the name of j chenna keshava murthy. please refund my excess paid amount. or else sorry to say that we will be porting all of my numbers to other network... really this is the worst experience which i have experienced with you. please revert back to this mail.

What is going on with the speed of Airtel 4g it seems slower than 2g its speed gone while playing any online game causes the unwanted dissatisfaction .... And also while writing this comment it still giving the same.

I want to port my sim airtel to bsnl.. My sim gonna dead on 14 and i don't like new validity pack. So please port my sim airtel to bsnl thank you.

I was using jio sim card since last year i was happy because it has no connection problem and the speed was amazing too and i've had watched airtel ad more than 100 times so i gave a chance to airtel started using it since september 2018 but here the tables were turned, till that day to today it is giving me headache because suddenly anytime the connection gets lost. It's could be still bearable but when it shows network error when i m playing PUBG its really really annoying it does this 5-6 times a day or maybe more. And the complaint nu. 121 never connects never i've tried it more than 50 times.

Now i've decided I m going to port the my airtel sim to jio and encourage everyone in my family and friend circle to do so.

Hello, i am rahul bhavsar 10 year old customer of Airtel and i want to highlight very very bad service which m suffering now i purchased new sim postpaid 9172088886 from vasai east nr fire brigade branch on friday 7dec 2018 noon but still sim activation not done.

I visited branch 5 time and wasted more than 1 hr every time and mentally tired but no result dont know whats going wrong with airtel. i am unsatisfied with service of Airtel will suggest to everyone please dont go new mobile connection for Airtel.

i want to take strict action which i am suffering last 2 days please activate this sim as soon as possible.

Since last two months I am not using the number 9606662555. (Post paid billing). You have already disconnected the Internet, outgoing and incoming calls from September 2018 onwards also. I have requested in your Airtel office near Rajajinagar I block office to disconnect. If you convert the same number to prepaid I am ready to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.464/- i.e. one month bill. Till this date I am not using above said no.also.

The normal download speed on your network is 300-400 kbps but when I start speed test on speedtest.net it goes 2.5-3 Mbps. And again come down to 300-400kbp,s when I stop the test. You guys are intentionally slowing down the speed very bad on your behalf.
