Messages have not been activated on my number. Whenever i try to send messages they re not delivered.

I was fedup with the Airtel and wanted to port to another network but Airtel is continuously blocking me from leaving them. I use a prepaid number and i have no unpaid bills whatsoever. On asking their customer service gives no clear answers. As a last resort i have to go file case in consumer court.

I am Devdatta Sathe, a prepaid customer since 2013 having number 9860644485 (Airtel).

Today I have recharged my mobile for 499 rupees and avail plan unlimited talk-time and data for 70 days. Now in the status it is showing internet time plan 1 gb expires today. and pack validity shows expiring on 12 Jun 2017. Ideally, If I have recharged today, by the offer it should show 25 Jul 2017 expiry but it is showing 12 Jul 2017. Can you explain why and how to rectify the issue.

Do not suggest me to talk to customer care because, I never succeed in my life to get the customer care engineer on call.

I am a regular customer of Airtel since 15 years and never felt cheated except at this time. Your marketing executive mislead me into getting international roaming facility by claiming it to be free. When I received the bill the facility was chargeable. This conduct was unethical and uncalled for and even I thought of changing network.

I felt cheated by your entire team of customer care. For every other day I am complaining about the slow speed of internet but nobody taking responsibility and rectifying the root cause. As promised when installing the new broad band connection for Rs 1099 plan 130 GB Data at 40 Mbps but till date I am getting only 2Mbps. So many phone calls, complaint through customer care nothing works out frustration only the dividend I am getting. If at all it can not be restored to the promised speed please cancel the connection at once. The phone number is 044 48538386. complaint ref no 162965651.

I done 4G three months recharge of Rs 450 but the net not work properly. I done the 4G speed net and the speed is coming is 3G or 2G. Now what i do for 4G speed.

I m regular customer of your company , last 11 year me and my all family use the airtel network . Some year ahead airtel network running is very good condition, but when 4G started your network is very very poor,

I challenge your them ""india fast network"" company. I think very bad network company. I many time complain for bad network coverage in my home, but no one help me, no one solve this problem.

Please change your theme India's fast network to India's bad network company. I think now me and my all family change the company for good network at same no. Of the big festival dipawli. So please doing then good network for my residential area. I am waiting before dipawali festival.
