My airtel fixed broadband number is 04449576447. I had added money to my airtel wallet 2 months ago to pay my bill but i was unable to pay. So i called all possible airtel customer numbers did all possible things they said. Since it was deadline at last so i needed to pay through my other card then airtel called me tat problem is solved. So when i am paying it now again the same problem is occurring. Plz fix the problem as soon as possible or else return my money. I am now fed up with this problem.

Hi.. I stay in Bangalore, Marathahalli. I have raised a complaint a month ago regarding the network issue in our area. We stay in Munnekkollala, near Sai baba temple. There are many 72 buildings in our layout but there is not a single point of network.

I don't understand why you are not taking this as a serious concern. I am just asking network for calls..leave about 3G,4G and all G's..but basic network should be there. we are not living in a forest, its the main city. please do understand my concern.

My Airtel Mobile No. is 9730839541. I have purchased a Rs.99 plan which has free unlimited calls for 28 days & its validity expires on 28 June 2018. Still Rs.16 was deducted from my balance on an outgoing call today only. Why? Please reimburse the cut amount to my balance.

Dear sir,

I am glad to say that I am not happy with the airtel service. Shortly, I am using the broadband connection with landline no - 07554925423. My ongoing package was of Rs.399 but now they have changed the package to Rs.699 without informing me and getting my permission . so I am requesting you to convert my plan back to Rs.399 if not I am not going to pay this month bill of Rs.825 and also request you to disconnect my broadband along with landline.

My self Harish Kukreja, I am the registered owner of the number 9096309999. My number was deactivated due to non payment March 16. I was told to pay the same and the number would be activated if it was before 90 days time. I visited your airtel store on 40th day of deactivation 52nd day of deactivation day and 63rd day day of deactivation enquiring for the same. I was told that a complaint will be raised for the same.

I spoke to the complaints at 198 but they were unable to answer me and didnot even bother to raise a complaint. Sir i would request you to kindly allot me my number back. hope you do the same at your earliest.

I am using Airtel prepaid from more then 7 years, I have recharged with 299 pack, which was promised to provide 1 GB daily and unlimited local calls. I am not able to get Internet service as per the 299 pack, Internet is very slow and it is getting stopped, I am not able to use 1 GB internet on my phone daily. When I am trying to call Airtel customer care, their is no option to speak to Customer care representative to complaint about the issue. I realised that Airtel is cheating users and simply looting their money. I am going file a case against Airtel for cheating and defrauding money from the users. I need a call back from the Airtel support team to my mobile ASAP, my number is 9959605754.

I am facing a problem of network issue in sidhbari near dharmshala himachal Pradesh (176057) last 25 days

In this region i am facing a calling issues as my calling didn't takes place as there is no incoming as well as out going calls takes places but the internet is working.

I called your customer care many a times but not get satisfactory solution just saying to change the sim card.i am purchased a duplicate sim card 2 days before but the problem is still there. Now the customer care executive told to wait as this is a network problem in entire airtel customer not a single problem to me. your customer care in himachal pradesh distt kangra rathen than to check your network tower they blamed on sim issues even they are not providing the complaint reference no.
idont think so

If this problem is not resolved we may to switch to another network but such type of response cannot fro airtel like major company.

I am using airtel broad band services for quit some times. my number is 0788-4086012. Couple of month back I have changed the plan, after that I got a confirmation from your office that the plan as been upgrade but still I am getting the old rental rates, I have complained to your customer cell many a times still there is no solution and they are bargaining for old bill payment.

when I am ready to pay my upgrade rental charges why should I pay a higher amount to your company. many a time I have requested your customer cell staff to connect me any of the manager, but never it was connect or i have got a call from any of the seniors.

I need a solution to this at the earliest or I will be force to go to consumer court. I will not be answering to any of your so called customer care re-presentative and waste my time explaining the history always.

Expect a senior member team to revert with solution at the earliest.

I have been getting the bills on the last date of making payment & have to call repeatedly for the bill and secondly the name should be BUTALIA RIPDAMAN SINGH, INSTEAD OF butaltya ripadamansinh, also the address should be corrected to 13AB, NANDANVAN INDL ESTATE, WAGLE ESTATE, THANE (W)-400604. Sir I have been charged Rs.37/- as premium number charges even though I have a unlimited calling plan of Rs599/-pm on my broadband no. 022-49749595, relationship no. 7035606340, user id 02297578044_mh. Bill no. 266758970 dated 27th May 2018. Please explain the premium number issue and why it is charged in unlimited month plan?
