You call ourselves India fastest network, F**k off poor executive respond. My sim is 4g as well as phone. Network shows 2g and 3g I tried calling many times they don't know to handle customers always repeating the same things. Go get a life. Phone number 7086817914 high time to change the sim.

I have recharged my mobile number with 169Rs/- but still my balance is not credited. Your customer service is upto the mark, am not able slove my problem by contacting them.

I hav recharge rs 50 but it was deducted all without making even a single call. I try to contact customer care but not option was given to press. So waste of money n time.

Actually yesterday i recharge Rs.199 unlimited calls, 1.4gb per day at the time of 6.30 pm and the total 1.4gb internet will be finished within 35 mins, there is no any intimation about the consumed percentage of data., and then i will contact the customer service they are not responding me correctly even though there is no good respesponse of customer service. I am regularly using the same 1.4 GB but not in airtel, simply vodofone gives me internet and customer service also. but this is very irritating response i really hate airtel. dont spend your money into this network. I am going to change my network.

When I presage your Airtel 4G Hotsport No8826349087. He took my Tata Photon and said your Airtel device automatically active with in 2 hour and Tata Photon disconnected automatically. No bill raised by Tata for till date but Tata Photon give massage me to pay bill Rs.472/for the month of March 2018. Please check it.

My number 9717621073 was changed from prepaid to postpaid automatically. I have not submitted any request or documents for it. Neither Airtel store or customer care is telling anything clearly. I want help in this regard immediately.

My number as stated +919686959346 was working till a couple of weeks back. I am currently residing in UK and the number was still in use for social networking for instance whatsapp. A week back the number was given to some one called Prashant from Chamrajnagar. He has been misusing the number by messaging most of my contacts. My privacy has been violated and all my bank accounts are linked to that number. All important messages regarding transactions and so are been sent on that number including my social media passwords and one time passwords linked with these cards.

Please look into this account so that he doesn't misuse it any further. If any transactions are made by the same person it will be due to fault of your switching of numbers without my consent. Regards. Looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible.

I am an airtel user and experiencing poor network since i have ported my sim to airtel. It is been more than 1 month i am trying to complaint customer care but my problem is not resolved yet. Either resolve or i would probably change my network connection.

I think it is really sad to address that before i had purchased the sim i use to be a huge fan of airtel but since i have own it.. From that very day i am facing network issue.. And sometimes it is even harder to use 2g. So kindly help me get out of this rubbish.

How many times i have to complain for the same issue? I am continuously paying my bills on time but your Network Issues are the same and it hampers my work. Now even not giving 2G speed, though it is 4G. Now i want permanent solution.

Either i will post all my recordings publicly or will go to consumer forum. Request you to resolve it as soon as possible,else i have to take legal Action against Airtel. (9616666603).
