Yesterday we have visited airtel main office Jabalpur regarding change the airtel new sim due to old sim is not proper working. Office employee give the new sim for proper working but till time my no. is not working.

Today also visited the same airtel office Jabalpur and waiting 2 hours in office but in office no employee was available and always misguide the proper solution. We have launch complain in office but no body give proper solution. Presently my no. is not working. Kindly do the needful earliest . My airtel mob. no. 9755588833.

Respected sir,

On 3rd of this month I have recharged for 248rs in my airtel app and the plan details says 1.4g /day unlimited calls for 82days. so I recharged itbut after recharge MSG shows only 3g data no unlimited calls and also it valid only for 28days. I have raised a complaint against this and ur executive says it was mistake and we will rectify it within 24hrs. I waited for 24hrs but it was not done and I called they said wait for 48hrs and now ur executive says it was only for first recharge for 1time airtel customers why such incorrect information from ur side... don't cheat... it was 248rs not a 10rs... with this I have attached my recharge details complaints no. I think u will do necessary action against this... Pls do something now my balance is nil.

Your customer care not responding. without permission my service is change. i try many times but they do not responding. so please do the necessary. thank you.

My postpaid cell No.9840051212 is not working outgoing or incoming calls from Sunday onwards i.e, 08.04.2018. For your kind information I am senior citizen age of 73 years and I do not know fully aware to operations of computers/laptop and cell etc., as latest technology. This leads to me I won't get calls or contact our friends/relatives etc., Whenever I operate the cell for contacting there is a word is coming is "NOT REGISTERED". I do not know what is reason.

Kindly restore the existing facility forthwith and make the connetion is working without further delay. This will leads to mental agony and frustrations day by day. I will expect your reply and actions forthwith without further delay. For your kind information there is no dues from on my part to Airtel. Moreover This postpaid is my family including I am using broadband which please note.

Dear sir/madam,

I am Rajendra Kumar Gupta and so far I was having fixed line connection under subject. Now as I shifted temporarily from Delhi, I got the above services disconnected on 28/03/2018. My bill period is 17th. to 16th.. Now I have got the bill of Rs.357.59 for the period from 17/03/2018 to 28/03/2018. This time the bill is sent by SMS and not by email.

When I tried to pay the bill after entering the broad band no., it is showing invalid no. It may be due to the disconnection. I want to pay the bill on line by my credit card.
Please guide me how to make the payment.

I would like to inform you that i am using your airtel Postpaid plan more than 2year but in the month Of Nov-17 i have add one child plan as per special request by your airtel Outlet person Mr Imtiyaz in patna boring canal Road shop In The month of jan i have receive the bill of Both Number more than My exception
Mr Imtiyax has told me this Plan is Roaming free. But In My bill amount show roaming charge Rs-2400 and i have immediate contact 121 customer care and got information this bill amount wrongly charge pl wait for 7 days you will get revise amount bill again i call to 121 customer care no any satisfactory resposne com from customer care i have more than 12 times call to customer care but no body taking care of my issue ultimate in last i have visited airtel outlet where i have taken child Paln again same assurance got from outlet head, I will waiver your amount After three month. My amount is waiver Only Rs-600 and again and continuously. I receive My Monthly will every month without and Phone call or usage of network
Continuously i receive call from your airtel customer care for bill payment no body taking care for my issue.

At Last i am writing to you what is the solution of above mention issue Only because of one request from your employee i am taking pain Of rs-7000 Bill without use from last three month. i am mention my both number

Since last 7 days i am getting very low internet connectivity.i am using 4G network Like most of people using.But Now a days i am facing very bad network connectivity,some times i have to restart again & again to connect while i am living in city like Nagpur(Maharashtra).I hope company will review my complain will resolve soon.

I am facing poor net access on my 4g phone rather its 4g but speed is like 2g and also below its standard. my phone call id is not able to make a connection with other caller id.. other person try to connect me but lack of net, call are not fulfilled. the tower connection visibility on my phone is always less than 2 signals. the rating of your network is at poor, lacking, low standard, below average.

I want to upgrade my airtel sim to airtel 4G. But I can't send the upgrade message to 121 for that. Not only that. I can't send any other message to 121.
