I 'm a member of airtel and having mobile number 8978340155. Due to unavoidable situations im not using that number (I have paid amount at your outlet even though bill has come excess). I have given compliant to our nearest airtel show room even though its not resolved. Now i understood that you people have visited the said address . I have recently added plan of Rs199 and now I am using internet services but I am unable to use my whole internet pack of 1.4GB although in my area the network is at good strength my internet speed does not go higher than 100k/s.

Why is this so? Please find a solution to it.

When i port my number airtel to vodafone. than after three month airtel company generate my bill. after generate my bill the stop my services in vodafone. i m ready to pay bill amount but airtel store did not give me proper information. i face this problem last 10 days and still i m not getting any solution.

so i can i more trust on this company and company employee. very bed experience with this company.

Hi,

i was a postpaid user of airtel 9224413342. I have changed to prepaid early this month. After activation of my prepaid i recharged my number using airtel app for rs 100. The amount not received in my prepaid account. The amount has gone to post paid account. Request return the amount to my prepaid account.

I have been using this number(9972608042) since 5 years,every month i recharge this 349 and its valid only for 28days and my friends getting same plan 3 months at a same price.

I m regular user of airtel I had recharge 992 for 365days before 2 mmo.but now I couldn't open the data it's says no internet connection...so plz how to get my internet connection. my number 9547849402.

Last recharge-13 Oct 2017 with sufficient amount to let my DigitalTV (Customer ID: 3002992154-002) work for an year under an yearly plan ACTIVATED by Me in person. The company activated my other connection too without my prior permission (004) using the topUp i did for my primary connection (002) for an year. Due to which my yearly topUp amount got exhausted within like 6 months instead of an year. Moreover, company also ACTIVATED some sports pack without my notice and for the same started deducing amount without my permission. Along with it they started some regional channel (sadabahar hit) too worth 49/- month on both the connections without NOTICE again. Now when i inquired towards the same over 124-4448080 (North) the customer care executives either don't have an answer to my issues or they disconnect our calls in between without intimation (at times keeps on hold for like 10-10 minutes without any request towards same).

I happen to call them 5 times in a row and each time receive a different answer to my query! And when I didn't receive an appropriate answer to my problem in anguish i asked them to shut all the leading plans they have activated on my DigitalTV ON THEIR OWN (without seeking my permission or bringing to my notice) or take away their such esteemed services from my residence, the executive asked me to leave Airtel services and take up TATASKY as an alternate.

In despair I asked them to get me connected to their SENIOR authorities to which their reply was a dead dial tone.......... What should be done, should i continue with such great services and waste my hard earned money or leave with a bad experience!!

The mobile network never connects, call the customer support is heck of a job, their response n reactions towards a customer issues is worst... talking to customer support is like talking to a currupt govt official (never bothered attitude). The call doesn't connect, n if by mistake it connects u cn never hv a smooth conversation..made me embarrassed so many times.. the Airtel claims to give good signal throughout the jungles but unfortunately can't even wrk properly in a city area.

if we complaint also the customer support will suggest happily to port the number...wow...are they ever working...?? Such a irritating service ppl.

I have got my mob no 9891571106 from postpaid to prepaid on 22 march 2018 at mehra airtel franchise, garhi cantt Dehradun. I have paid Rs 448 as prepaid amount on the same day but my phone is not activated with outgoing facility till date despite regular comlaint to above referred store. your company also farworded a SMS on my no that Rs 448 is loaded on phone on 23 march but still no action. Ihave also approached your company store at BINDAL BRIDGE Dehradun, Uttarakhan but still my outgoing is not activated. Request activate my no at the earliest please.

We want 4g service in our area, i.e VPO Tangnoo Teh. Chirgaon Distt. Shimla H.P. PIN 171208.

The population of airtel users are approx. 4000(four thousand). So we want a better network otherwise we have to move to another network like jio, idea etc. So give us a better service.

Respected sir,

I my getting useless messages of paying more bill. My plan cooperate 175 was working on my postpaid plan already but now its changed automatically without my consent and due to this I am getting messages to pay bill more than my plan earlier. This is the worst thing that I got about airtel or its services. So if it is not getting changed within a day I will be leaving airtel services or be converting postpaid plan into prepaid and will be porting airtel number into another company. I my feeling very bad that I am your very old costumer and you did like this with me. So kindly change the plan that i had earlier and I will be paying bill according to my old plan, not according to changed plan because its not my fault thats yours and if my plan is not changed to my old plan I will be moving legal court.

I am Renu Choudhary a user of airtel broadband no. 011-41523680.I was promised a rental discount of 25% and Rs. 100 other discount from May 2017 for 6 months and on December this same plan renewed but it is not yet applied.

So I request you to check my bill and correct it. And send it so that I can pay my bill since my no. will be disconnected.

The internet is not running from last two days this is giving to much problem to us as every airtel internet user is facing this problem. please look into this problem Asap.

Sir, I am airtel user since long time. On 26 march 2018 my phone showing 149 plan which having 1 GB data n free calls on *123#.

I applied for it but I got something different n customer care giving unsatisfied reply I have screen shot of it. Please do something or I am going to port this no.
