Hey airtel your service is very rough because network signal is weak, fluctuating of network, voice craking and unabe to use internet I will request I kindly check and provide the good service. if u not provide good service I will port my no.al of in this areas people... vill.dildar karnah, dist... kupwara, tehsil....karnah(tangdar), pin code..193225, land mark..near jamya masjid shareef dildar road..karnah.

In karnah valley of kupwara distt j and k internet speed is equal to zero.Speed of 3G 4G is very slow in Baghbella , Gomal and Tagdhar areas of karnah valley. We cannot watch youtube and Airtel Tv because of buffering 10 time in a single minute. We r waiting for JIo network. If Airtel will not correct it then every body will switch To Jio. This will big loss to Airtel. So correct speed before installation of Jio.

I have paid 992.00 + 992.00 i.E. Two times deducted from my account but still now not activate. Wrongly i have done 2nd time ,first transit id 836087 and second id 437799849 and txn id 180119862674 but mobile not activate and refund my money to my account i.E.992.00

My mobile number is 9602811243. In the month of November 2017 I paid my bill of Rs 1223/- and the same has also been deducted from my account on 24 Nov.However, I kept getting messages that no payment has been received. After failing to get a satisfactory answer from and customer care, I was forced to pay the bill again in Dec 17. Hence , I have paid the bill twice. I would request you to check your records and return the excess amount charged. Thanks

I have called to your 121 representative for recharging my mobile number but there is too bad response from team. I have asked to tell me plan available in my phone and they guided me to recharge with 349 for 70 days but as I can see only 28 days validity showing after recharge.

Dear Sir,

My no. is 9910819202 . I was supposed to receive a benefit of free data of 5 GB as i am currently having wifi connection at home. Also i am using 5 airtel numbers in my family. This is very disappointing that every postpaid number in my family is getting the benefit of extra data other than the no i provides above. We are paying almost 3500 per month and getting no response from you after claiming for free data on the above no. The other nos like(9810236899) is getting almost 5 GB per month where there is no use at all. Is airtel service so pathetic that they cant even resolve a small issue raised by their valuable customers. If this issue is resolved its okay, else i may need to disconnect my airtel wifi connection and the other 2 airtel nos. also.

I have done recharge of 398rs ,I have skim of recharge of 398rs and get 1gb 4g per day and unlimited local calls for 84 day.but I didn't get this skim .We get only 5gbi internet for 28day .Sir plz take action on it.and give me that skim thanks.

Dear Sir/Madam
While making payment of my monthly bill of Rs 1918.40, i had by mistake paid Rs 19184/- by my debit card. Immediately i contacted the relationship officer and requested him for refund of the balance amount of Rs 17265.6 to me. But he informed me that after deducting the current bill also a sum of Rs 15115.60 is excess and it will take ten days in refunding the amount as complicated procedure is involved. I am failed to understand this 10 days procedure. When I have paid by debit card in a second why you take 10 days in refunding the excess amount. Please answer and expedite the refund and make it instant.

My airtel post paid no is 9882291883. On 10th of Jan I made the bill payment of 654Rs for the the month of Dec. After making an online payment of 654rs . I noticed that payment was reflecting in other user account id mobile no 9625703575.

Soon i had a conversation with Pushpa(Airtel) she advise me to have word with 9625703575 mobile user and request him to speak with Airtel authorities to reverse INR 654 from his account to 9882291883. Which was transffered to user account of 9625703575

As per my conversation with Ms. Pushpa(Airtel) I had a word with user of 9625703575 and requested him to have word with airtel authorities to get reverse my payment from his account which was done on 10th Jan 2018.

He spoken to Ayush(Airtel Chandigarh) and requested him to reverse INR 654 to user 9882291883. He denied to do the same. Whereas Pushpa (Airtel) from the same company ensured that it can be done.

Can you clarrify? Who was correct and why the same organisation team is not well versed with SOP.

This is unaccepatable and inconvenienced caused.
Kindly reverse my payment as other user have no objection.

My post paid mobile numbers are 9995261460(customer ID.1326045703) and 7356130895(customer ID.1326045708). I am daily receiving many messages mainly from bank bazar and bit.ly. BANK BAZAR AND BIT.LY IRRESPECTIVE OF MY REPEATED REQUEST TO STOP SENDING MESSAGES, DAILY SENDING SO MANY MESSAGES. I have already unsubscribed their emails but there is no way to unsubscribe their messages. All their messages are either fake or misleading. It is requested Air tel not to allow these firms to send messages to Airtel customers through Airtel with out the consent of the subscribers. Please treat this as very very urgent. It is to state that the service of Airtel is very good. except so many unwanted messages wit out the consent of customers.

Sir, my broadband connection No. is 48917221. my billing cycle is 26 to 25 of the month. I wanted to surrender the hence i talked, for last two days, at your customer care No. 18001030121 and requested to disconnect the number with effect from 25.01.2018, number of times and i was told to be on line and the call will be transferred to the concerned department and made to wait for more than 10 minutes each time. i, therefore, request you to pl disconnect the above connection. i will not be responsible for any bill after 25.01.2018. kindly do the needful and ensure that the call center should not harass the customers in this fashion.

I am having airtel broadband with landline connection No 044 48566061. My internet speed for the past three four months is very very slow. Dear Sir,

Yesterday (29/01/2018), I have recharged 549 plane by Net Banking and the delivery report was success and it was working till the last night. So Today Morning, as usual, I connected the internet,, but I got nothing. No Call, No Msq And No internet.

So I call the Airtel Mobile Customer Care and had a conversation with them. In that conversation, they said 549 plane was not recharged on my mobile number (9954929870). I tried to convince them that I was saying the truth. And they instruct me to send a report to this website. And end up the conversation.
And right now, again, I am saying the truth that I have Recharged 549 plane but I got NOTHING. I have a prove that could make you believe that I am saying no lie. I may send you the delivery report and Internet Banking Sheet of that day.

I trust in your sincerity and It is my request to be kind upon me and solve the problem.

I would like to bring to your information that your network is pathetic! It has deducting money from my balance without any information and valid and reason since a dozen recharges. The data connectivity not working thereafter. It's been a high time complaining to your employees. It's time to switch from such a disastrous mobile network. Thank you for your services!

I have been using WiFi connection from a long period of time and the service was really good. But from last 3-4 days I’m observing that my connection is really slow. I can not access my Facebook google, pls do something regarding this. Or else I’ll surely try some other connections. Thankyou.
