Very poor network in our area (keenatampalli), Pin code :- 517422 but open network always shows good network. No network at all from past 2 years no 2G 3G 4G. We have to go out to Find network finally we will be connected either 2G or 3G. From the past two days its too worst. Try to improve today only or i want to port to some network.

My complaint Regno:85954852 still not resolved by your network.my self deeply disappointed about your services. I complained about 4g network issue on 18th june and complaint fwd.Only 3km away from down area (olavokode).I have this issue last 3month back.i suffer lot because of your network.if not provide any solution for this issue definitely I will change my network.pls call back.pin code -678009, dhoni road near ummini school.

I have purchase a corporate landline/broadband connection one month before, at the time of purchase we had submitted our all Corporate documents with our GSTIN NO Detail, for mentioned our GSTIN NO on our airtel bill which i havn't received till yet. But i got the message for our due bill through SMS on our registered Mob.no. with due date of 22 july. Now i want that issue my Airtel bill with our gstin no detail for avail input credit . kindly issue us our Airtel bill soft copy on our registered Email id i.e: info @vtclimited.com, ASAP, SO we deposit our bill W/OUT any delay, before LAST DUE DATE.

This month am going to pay bill but don't want to be as a Airtel user because of some inconvenience from you. Am expecting positive response from you. On 11 July 2018 I recharged my prepaid Airtel account 9915566406 from my Airtel app unlimited pack Rs 199. There was the amount detected from my account but pack not activated. Customer care said the cut amount received in 10 days but till no any response.

This is with regards to my phone number – 9986000331

Recently I got a call from Vodafone company with better plans than Airtel and hence I submitted my documents to them and I paid 100rs for processing fee.

I got a call from Airtel Relationship Team in 2 hours and they offered me the same plan which Vodafone offered me 499 with 100rs discount for a year which will be 399 with Amazon Prime membership for free for a year.

I was asked to send a cancellation message to some number and I got a confirmation message as well. I was happy that the issue was sorted and I will be with Airtel. However, on 19th I got a call from Airtel Customer Care from the number (09972216581) and was informed as Vodafone is trying to port my number without my consent. I was asked to send a message again (Refer the below screenshot) and I got a confirmation message as the port request is canceled.

Today I get a message as per the below screenshot. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY WAS I INFORMED AS I WILL STAY WITH AIRTEL?? WHY WAS I INFORMED AS THE PORTING REQUEST IS CANCELED? NOW I DON’T HAVE ANY NETWORK TO MAKE CALLS??

YOU GUYS DON’T WANT TO RETAIN A CUSTOMER?? CUSTOMER CARE REPS SPEAK LIKE DEAD MEAT AT NIGHT.. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. I WILL DEFINITELY POST THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

My alternate number – 8762258231. Some one call me ASAP “with a fix” and “not to apologize” as I cannot be without a contact number. If not I will be switching to some other network

How and where do i complain for the very pathetic and almost non existent 4G network? Everywhere i go ir travel, it's the same. These airtel office also knows only about sales n marketing but never any knowledge about why their area the 4G is network is so slow n poor.

Airtel Executive Mr.Kumar visited my house on 23rd of June 2018 in the evening and after fulfilling all the formalities he took a cheque for New Land Line and Broad Band connection. But till date no response from AIRTEL OFFICE. Everytime I call the customer care they simply say sorry for the delay we will get back to you in 24hrs. It is more than 3 days and still no response or even a message from AIRTEL OFFICE. I would like to know why this abnormal delay by your good office. Kindly take necessary action and solve the issue.

My registered mobile number is 9810756862. Company is not able to provide a even a modrate data connection in a particular locality. I called the customer care helpline many time but only fake promises and deadline have been made by the executives... I need a friendly opinion for the matter that the company is able to provide services or not.. My past experience with airtel is good but since last one year airtel made me feel helpless.

निवेदन है कि आपकी कम्पनी में कार्यरत मिस. ज्योति जिनका नं-9917731130 है इनका फोन आया कि आप अपना नं पोर्ट करायेंगे? मेंने मना किया उन्होने कहा क्यों सर कोई परेशानी है मेंने कहा हाँ परेशानी है मेंने अपना एक नं पोर्ट कराया था कराने के बाद मुझे सिम नहीं दी गई और उसका बिल भेज दिया मेरे को आपके यहाँ पोर्ट नहीं कराना है. लेकिन ज्योति ने कहा में आपकी समस्या हल कर दूँ तो आप पोर्ट करा लेंगे मेंने हाँ कर दिया मेरा नं 9458401063 की नई सिम दी और समस्या हल कर दी एक नया नं पोर्ट कराऐं मेंने कहा ठीक है मेरा दुसरा नं 9319113964 उन्होने पोर्ट कर दिया. कुछ दिन बाद ज्योति जी का फोन आया कि आपका बिल ज्यादा आता है तो आप फैमली प्लान ले लीजिए फैमली प्लान समझाया मुझे अच्छा लगा इसमें तीन नं एड हो सकते हैं बिल आपका 1049 रहेगा और टेक्स अलग रहेगा मेंने कहा ठीक है ज्योति जी ने तीन नं लिए

1- 9319113964 में तीन नं एड हो जाएंगे
2- 9319455559 यह एड है
3- 9458401073 यह एड नहीं है और दूसरा फैमली प्लान में कर दिया है कं के फायदे के लिए जो गलत किया है
4- 9458401063 यह एड नहीं है
1-2 का बिल फैमली प्लान का आता है
3-नं का अकेला फैमली प्लान कर दिया है
4- नं वाले को जोडा ही नहीं है

यह मेरे साथ मिस ज्योति ने कम्पनी को फायदे की सोच मेरे को धोखा दिया है. आप से निवेदन है कि यह समस्या सुलझाने की कृपा करें अन्यथा मुझे न्यायालय की शरण लेनी होगी कुछ समझ में नहीं आ रहा हो तो आप फोन पर बात कर सकते हैं पर तक चारों फोन बन्द ना करें. में समस्या के हल का इन्तजार करुँगा.

I am facing problem of making call to my son residing at Banglore from date 20th july 2018. they have given me service request no stated above with a date 26th july 2018. but I am really sorry to inform you that your people mentioned in the SMS that service request has been resolved which is totally wrong. how can your people can resolve the same without taking my concent, needless to add that I am facing the problem since 20th july. Now again I have made request explaining to Mr Jaspreet and he told me that old service request
will be opened my new no 86815992. Please look in to the matter and resolve my complaint without any further delay.

Dear sir/madam

Today i called in a airtel customer care. Date 30/07/2018 and timing approx 9.00pm. but your customer service is very bad or not a professionalization. i am speak with your agent udit sharma regarding my current teriff service and also speak with SARFARAJ AHMAD. but SARFARAJ AHMAD is like a bullsht man. he is not a manner how to speak with customer. he is very roudly on call using words like "tang kyo kar rhe ho kyaaa jankari hai "very bad for airtel.if the airtel want to gave the good customer service for the your user. then please take the strict action against agent like SARFARAJ AHMAD and my request please give the resolution for this complaint..

Rs.448 recharged online (airtel.in) on 30.07.18 but this amount not recharged... very trouble is online transaction. plz solve my problem.

request you to dis connect Broadband Internet connection number 08214268845. July month bill is pending and it will be paid. On 18-7-2018 we have visited your airtel office and have placed a request for dis connection. untill now nothing has been done.

In my area 4G speed very poor from one month , I restart/reboot my mobile, also check my setting & reset my setting many times but no any progress or improvement in 4G speed. pl. check network strength in my area and solve my problem.
