Hi,

I am an Airtel user and using a v-fiber plan of your provided service for the number is 0120-4920669. my request to when i was install the the connection i was given money to the vendor but i did not give me receipt. wi-fi run two months in whole period of time and no one update my bill and due because Airtel did not update my email and phone number January 2018 to till date(2 july 2018). Now my bill is 3400 something till date (2 july 2018). This is Airtel employee mistake so why i am pay for there mistake.

Please give me the reason why Airtel did not update my email and phone number last 6 month. Please sort out this as soon as possible and let me know by email the reason.

I have lost my mobile with my Airtel prepaid sim.that is mobile no-8016210610. when this Sim 4g upgraded,then my adhaar card linking.actually this Sim bought when my sister document.but when 4g upgrade that time I will link my adhaar card no.but now my sim rearrange retailer said not match your document.my sister now in delhi. i can't arrange her document.please kindly help me as soon as possible. thanking you.

There is Network problem from last 5 days not even single line of network. I register a complaint Reference complaint number 86265579 (registered at 04 Jul 2018 at 7:00 am).

Now today at 6Jul2018 no technical person called till now, Waste service of Airtel am planning to move out from Artel.

This is to inform without my written confirmation/aggrement, the International Roaming charges were activated on my mobile number and while I was travelling to Germany, I stayed for 2 hours in Russia due to connecting flights for the dates 13th May'2018 to 18th May'2018.

On 24th June'2018, when I noticed such huge charges, I gave a call to the call center. They processed my bill for removal of duplicate amount charged. The call center guy gave a reference id no. 86072765 for the complaint number and assured that the problem will be sloved within 9 days. When after 9 days, I called 121, they argued and said that I had visited two countries, so the charges levied is 2999 +2999 and said to refer the website.

When I referred the website, it said that IR pack is avalible for 10 days for Rs 1199/- and for US-Canada & UK, it is Rs. 2999/-

My submission is :

a) I never wanted the IR packs as wi-fi works fine at airports. Why was this facility activated on my mobile phone? kindly show me the written affirmation.
b) SMS started flowing in without my permission/written agreement.

c) Even if charges are levied for two countires, it should be Rs 2398/- and not Rs.5998/-

Please make the changes in the bill so that I can pay the updated bill.

I was having a very good experience with airtel , my friends told me to change/ move to joi as cheaper plan but I don’t know what happened is my sim has been blocked/invalid (9958021187) but i was using it 1 week before , this is avery old no of mine , i want my same no. Back otherwise the same will be shared to others which my friends were saying to move. I dont want to do all the work for change numbers in bank accounts and get the kyc done on other no. And link aadhar with new mobile no.

I want my same no back.

I have done a recharge of 509 in my mobile number and I did not get any balance nor any plan got updated in my number when I called airtel customer care they are telling that the pack was only valid for OUT OF INDIA user. I have done the recharge from airtel site and it was not mentioned that it is only for international number. Still if I go and do a recharge it is still not showing that it’s for international number. I am attaching a screenshot please verify and I want my balance or the same pack which was offered to me. This is not acceptable atoll as it is my hard earned money and I have completely lost it. Please revert asap!!

Sir, i purchased airtel plan of Rs69 for 28 days unlimited calling but now its giving only for 20 days of unlimited calling. I did not gate the correct days of plan as mentioned in below it gives me only 20 days.

Ab kewal Rs 69 main payein Unlimited Local + STD calls Poore 28 dino ke liye sirf Airtel ke saath offer Ka Laabh Uthane Ke Liye Aaj Hi Recharge Karein.

Team, my no is 7411175035 my name is vaidheesh I done porting to idea to Airtel because I have trust on this company and reputed company but this company service is very worst I never go this agin I never suggest to this another person I register this no to my all bank account and for my job in this no only lots of money is there, I visited Vijaynagar Airtel office kengeri upnagara Airtel office thy peoples are very smart thy won’t work at all thy are busy in chit chat and personal work thy won’t concentrate on customer complaints, Still my no is blocked it’s not ready every time thy stre peoples are ignoring my complain thy won’t understand my problem.

Kindly help me to get my no back I won’t trust store people.

I am a one of your airtel prepaid customer & my no is 7503215569. I have a litterly bad experience with Airtel service. I dont know from where I have to started. Firstly I was using Idea postpaid service but my experience with him also not good due to extra bill charges. So I thought , I should port my no in Airtel. After that on 4Th July 2018, Finally my no was ported in Airtel after so many issues. So many issue I had said becoz ur executive said in prepaid may be ur no not port but I was insist him & in my own risk I said to him u go ahead with prepaid . And from day one I have Network issue automatic network show half, Actually mostly half network in my phone also I am not using internet, Its like I am using 2G network , Can U believe that. I am using OnePlusX Phone . I have only one SIM which was always put in Slot 1.

I think 9 to 10 times I am register my complaint in your call center , which you can see my call details & my complaint Id. Always your excutive said no issue from our side they refresh it only & said switch off your phone and again on how much time I had did that but still my prob is same . Can u belive that most of time I am mailing to someone & its almost Half an hour mail not sent still in my outbox. Now u tell me what kind of 4G service u provide to customer. Literally I am fedup now, And what u said in ur add Sb kch try kar ke dekho..... OMG its all lie infact Idea is better than Airtel.

Could you tell me when I am using my proper internet Or again I should go to port my no.

Hope so positive revert from your side otherwise you loose your one of Airtel customer, I know that U dont care about that if one other customer gone somewhere even no one care that I think. You also have a lots of business & other company also have.

Hi my no. Is 7718978300 i had reacharged my phone for a data pack of 2.8gb per day for 28days. While using my pack inbetween my duration suddenly it changed from 2.8gb per day to 1.4gb per day. The phone no. From where i recharged it still reflects as 2.8gb but on my app it shows and allows only to use 1.4gb. This is highly unacceptable. I have been a loyal user of the company but this is fraud. I want my complete 2.8gb data which i have paid for and also the competition for the days i missed.

My no. Is 9766027999 n post paid. Recently the no ported from Karnataka circle to Maharastra circle. Instead of merging the bills still demanding Karnataka circle bill even though I paid in time. Whatever I paid is being accounted as advance of Maharashtra circle bill. One Airtel company, same no.9766027999, same app but different bills, different accounting. We cannot put it in help n support of app, we have to choose from fixed templates only. Kindly resolve.

I am airtel user & currently facing problem network issue. It max. gives 10-20 kbps which is inappropriate for 4g user. India's largest network giving worst network services and lossing trust from customers by giving 2g services in 4g plan. Kindly request you to improve your network services otherwise user have only one option port sim.

I Have Made Payment for my post paid mobile bill on 26/6/2018 Rs. 962/- but this was wrongly made in Broad Band payment which i don't have separately. My transaction ref is 180626824674 made thro' Net Banking From My Indian Bank A/c which has debited the same on 26/6/2018 itself. So, Kindly verify this transaction and arrange to clear my balance Amount for this month's bill and let me know the details. Also see to that No default or delayed payment is included in my bill for this month. Pls Do me favor soon. Regret for the Inconvenience and Trouble.

This is the second time Airtel has deducted 99 rs from my main account balance. Airtel needs to refund my amount back.. What kind of scam they are running? For no specific reason my balance get deducted all the time.
