Iron is not working
My Rico AI08 iron that I bought recently is not working. Its not heating up at all and I have tried multiple power outlets to rule out any electrical issues but to no avail. The iron is in warranty but i am not able to register a complaint as they are not picking up the phone. I want the company to either repair or replace the iron asap.
