मुझे इंटरनेट स्पीड नही मिल पा रही है मेने कितनी बार कस्टमर केअर पर कॉल किया लेकिन मुझे समस्या का समाधान नहीं मिला.....
ओर sim को 4G करने पर तो incoming calls or outgoing call दोनों बन्द हो जाती है. यदि इतना बड़ा वडोदरा शहर में इतना घटिया नेटवर्क सुविधा है तो गाँव मे क्या हाल होगें.... आप से आशा है कि मेरी समस्या का समाधान हो जायेगा.

My name is Ravi singh Airtel tv customer id is 3014501930 .it is registered with name of vibha singh. I observe in last 3 or 4 days everyday between 9 to 10 am tv says your tv is unable to receive signal while weather is clear or connection is also ok .after 10. Am it has remain play the channels.

Also I have tried many times in your customer care no. And wish to talk to any executive but no. Has no option to talk with executive, what is this? In earlier days I have told to your executive only basic plan you have operate in my id but now a day it shows kids subscription.why? I have not done it. I request to you please resolve all problem and installed basic subscription in my id.

As I have already complaint many times at your customer care regarding the network issue in my locality, but no one is taking it serious and no action is taking after lots of complaint, they just register my complaint and ask that they are working on it but no solution is arrived. As I m facing this problem from the last 8 months.

My network is that level of poor that I can’t even send a what’s app message and your company is claiming to be the fastest network. I am living in faridabad (pin code 121003).

Hii , my name is amardeep singh. i recently got a call from your airtel company member, that i can change my vodafone postpaid number 9988015663 to airtel prepaid number. he came to my house and port my vodafone no. To airtel no. On his prof his name was amandeep singh .can you please check his id prof through my no. And take action against him . How can he use his adhar on my number, i m a govt. Employ my all sms or bank detail come to this no. Please check and deactivate this number.

I reached lots of time for the one reason ..network issue and speed . Even my last ticket is still open and under working state as per last update with customer care agent.

Since last two days my mobile is giving me hard time ..most of time I can network status as “ for emergency calls only “ or no network . Manually I used to registered even it unregistered within 10 minutes .For that I restarted couple of times and remove battery and SIM twice but all fails.

I spoke to customer care today and she ask me to restart again after she done some reset from their end but still my mobile network is not working . It is not a location specific but all where I am facing the same .Second thing I observe that my data is working fine even there is no calls landing to my mobile .

I am using postpaid connection since last 5 years having company provided airtel dongal and home broadband with number +1204168349 and does not want to change with others vendor despite of lots of offer ..but this type of issue force me to give you last chance for your quick resolution .Today I tried to reach your AIRTEL HCL Office –sec 126 but nobody was there might be due to Gandhi jayanthi .

NOTE : Please ask me to contact with expertise ..basic troubleshooting done lots.

Hello Airtel,

I feel ashamed to be airtel user, very poor service you people are providing. I have registered my complaint regarding the network issue on 12th sept and they promised me to get it solved by 16th but till today as its 3rd oct i am facing same problem . No one is here to resolve the issue and the network team gave fake status that they tried reaching me out and i didn't pick up their call.

I want immediate actions to be taken against my complain else in 24 hrs i will port my sim to other network.

I have subscribed airtel dth prepaid. it is announced that 3 months free netflix connection will be provided for airtel premier members. i have tried to utilise the offer. but netflix is asking debit card information. pl. activate netflix on my tv.

I have experience of very bad network connection in my airtel. Ya 2g k like nai hai. I advice quit Airtel connection.

Hi Team,

GAMES WORLD was automatically activated on my mobile#8750066007 with this cheating activity by your network and Rs.35 (multiple times) deducted without my permission.

Today, I checked my balance and got to know its only Rs.5 remaining, this is a very irresponsible move from your side to deceive customers and not at all acceptable.

Please deactivate it with immediate effect and refund all the deducted amount.

The speed of airtel is very slow all the time net speed is 4kbps i hav never seen my net speed above 100kbps.

I have changed my prepaid connection to postpaid 4g sim (my no. 9901542535) on 1st October from airtel office, Wilson garden. Even then from past two days receiving calls from 918105204433 stating that u will not be able to use internet services without 4g sim. kindly check the same and update in the airtel server.

I've registered more than 3 complaints regarding to Airtel network service since September. Not once any of my registered complaint was resolved. I'm continuously facing internet service problem to my 4G handset with 4G SIM even after fulfilling all necessary requirements to use 4G services on my android phone. This is the last complaint to this company (India's fastest network) if u r not going to solve my network issue i'll Switching my network to other distributor. After complaining many times they do not take any action. It has always week network signal.data speed is very poor. M using this no as my primary no since.. 6 or 7 yrs... But its time to say good bye. Due to his week network n a lots of problem.

I am disgusted to say that despite going to your gallery on 26 September 2018 and registering my number 7738685353 for disconnection for which I was assured will be done within 7 working days. However, it is observed that nothing has been done. Your staff has been making unsolicited calls to me to continue with the number. Just now I talked to on Mr. Rajesh at 121 who was not at all helpful but also arrogant. I have to state that I am a 64 years old man and cannot run to your gallery every time I am asked to. I once again request you to cancel my above number with immediate effect. I shall not pay anything if you intend to continue beyond the stipulated period of seven days which is over on 02 October 2018.

My airtel sim card is locked. please I want to unlock my sim number 8680095813.

Airtel is making fool of their customers. They are misguiding customers and their executives are complete fools they don’t know what their scheme is. I also want to mention their names santosh sahoo who call himself a senior executive and ranju kumari who is also a senior executive. They misguided me with wrong information.

Airtel shame on you. Do good for your customers otherwise they will left u. Solve my problem as soon as possible. I am very much disappointed and dont force me to take further action.

I'm experiencing poor internet service since 2 years for my airtel no. 7358672401, cnctng airtel customer care regularly bt i am not satisfied with a genuine reason or their service... still facing the same problem. What to do.. should i switch to other network? Believing in India's fastest 4Gnetwork.

We are encountering internet issue from past 12 days. Multiple complaints has been launched during this period with NO resolution. Turnaround time for each ticket is minimum 8-9 hours. Every time we open a ticket in the morning which is attended by the technician in the evening. Even though complaint is not resolved, ticket/complaint is closed every time without customer review. We have also spoken to your senior representative, but NO action.

Mobile Network does not exists at mention address. survey no.72 (palodia via thaltej,ahmedabad). Hence i want to shift to other service provider. Further for your information, many persons at this area have already shifted to other service provider.

I have requested to disconnect my broadband connection on September 6, 2018. your customer care said that my billing is stopped and in 7 days the box or modem will be taken up by your agent and I have also provided my landlord no. to connect her and take the modem or box. on next day I have called your customer care and asked that my connection is stopped or not and your customer care said that the connection is stopped. I have paid the bills up to 2 September 2018 and but one bill come to me of Rs431 and I have only used up to 6 september 2018 and 6 september 2018. i have requested you to make stop my connection and I have got calls from you that we will give you a paln of Rs 499 but i denied because I have shifted to rajasthan from delhi.

So why should i pay for whole month because I have requested you to stop my connection and your customer care said that connection has been stopped. airtel is really a fraud company you check all recordings also which you record. I have always said no when a call is come from your side to continue your connection it is your fault or a mistake is done from your side. why should i pay more because I haven't used the internet. please pay attention to my problem and pay attention to your customer care services.

I will give the company 0 rates and Airtel has the worst customer service and a fraud company. my landline no. 01146561370 on which I have taken the connection.
