From 1 year I'm paying bills for no use and this is not the first time I'm giving a complaint here this is the third time if you Airtel people don't deactivate my sim postpaid 9108984389 I'll not pay the bill do whatever u want but now I have paid the bill this is the last I hope this reaches you fast as possible.

In my village not Airtel signal 3g and 4g and always calling Airtel customer there tells increasing the tower but in my village not net speed plz agree the statement. I want speed.

Hi,

I am Prashant Das. This is totally unbearable that airtel highly named company, deduct amount via sending a message that i activated a value added service which i never did.

Isn't is a joke for me that your customer care executive can't do anything to refund for your customer except guide him that you did it so you have to pay?

I know this is very little amount but i am talking about please don't do this again. I never expect that Airtel don't believe if customer is saying something to you. You Guys shocked me that's why i am texting you.
If you could refund the amount then i can say you care for customer if you don't then it's okay to me.
But if this is going on constantly, airtel will lost the customer in future because i've already declined my one number because you didn't response on that too.

I have lodged many complaints regarding my Mobile No. 98335 22012. It is more than 18 months but no remedy. The call centre staff Say we are sorry for inconvenience " stero type language. Their 2 staff members visited my office where I donot get network. They went but no call after. I am really feel sorry for it. Please donot go the this way. Learn to provide service.

I have notice 2 good things about MTNL Complaints 1. When complaint is solved they confirm the Telephone Subscriber & close only when he/she say he or she is satisfied. 2. They Number the complaint eg if I complaint today it is No.1, If not solved.

satisfactorily & I complaint again they No. 2 and so on. The higher No. gets Red flag & they ask their staff as to why Customer is complaining repeatedly & they are answerable to higher ups.

In my case the complaint is taken in routine manner. You are reputed Co. take it in right manner to survive.
Today it is service which counts.

As a trusted brand i had port my old sim to Airtel , number had activated to Airtel but from 3 days No network and they said to change my Sim with a New one so i had a new sim bt still no network it says emergency call only i had contacted Airtel store from wr i hd purchase Sim no issue from thr side.. all problem are From Airtel and the customer care specially sohail sheikh he say hes supervisor of Maharashtra region.

Help me out.. still no network in my Sim.

I am not able to use my internet properly. 4g/3g services are of really poor quality in my area. Moreover i am not able to conplain though open area network of airtel. No action has been taken on my complains in past. I had complaint about issue several time.

My number 9995309565. my offer was "Never Before Offer! " Rs 289, unlimited call with Roaming and 100 SMS / day along with 4GB data for 84 days on Airtel. But on recharge i got only 1 GB also offer valied for 42 days only. this is disappointing!!

Not only that, I called Airtel executive but I couldn't get a positive solution. so kindly look into this problem. please do not mislead people with wrong information. i had a very good expectation from airtel.

I port my no. From Vodafone (rajasthan) to Airtel (Himachal Pradesh) .8239921986. now Airtel company has been blocked my no. I was using this no. In working condition from last six months. Now Airtel blocked my no. After saying that documents are not completed.

Please activate my no. Or do any help, because this is the no. Which is linked with email id and adhar. I'm not able to form many forms. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I have to take legal action.

I have been charged 3 times for the same service provided by you .in the same period.International roaming 03/9/18 2999/-, 03/9/18 3999/-, 13/9/18 2999/-. I have asked for International roaming for from 3/9/18 to 24/9/18. pl rectify my bill and Oblige.

मुझे इंटरनेट स्पीड नही मिल पा रही है मेने कितनी बार कस्टमर केअर पर कॉल किया लेकिन मुझे समस्या का समाधान नहीं मिला.....
ओर sim को 4G करने पर तो incoming calls or outgoing call दोनों बन्द हो जाती है. यदि इतना बड़ा वडोदरा शहर में इतना घटिया नेटवर्क सुविधा है तो गाँव मे क्या हाल होगें.... आप से आशा है कि मेरी समस्या का समाधान हो जायेगा.

My name is Ravi singh Airtel tv customer id is 3014501930 .it is registered with name of vibha singh. I observe in last 3 or 4 days everyday between 9 to 10 am tv says your tv is unable to receive signal while weather is clear or connection is also ok .after 10. Am it has remain play the channels.

Also I have tried many times in your customer care no. And wish to talk to any executive but no. Has no option to talk with executive, what is this? In earlier days I have told to your executive only basic plan you have operate in my id but now a day it shows kids subscription.why? I have not done it. I request to you please resolve all problem and installed basic subscription in my id.

As I have already complaint many times at your customer care regarding the network issue in my locality, but no one is taking it serious and no action is taking after lots of complaint, they just register my complaint and ask that they are working on it but no solution is arrived. As I m facing this problem from the last 8 months.

My network is that level of poor that I can’t even send a what’s app message and your company is claiming to be the fastest network. I am living in faridabad (pin code 121003).

To airtel no. On his prof his name was amandeep singh .can you please check his id prof through my no. And take action against him . How can he use his adhar on my number, i m a govt. Employ my all sms or bank detail come to this no. Please check and deactivate this number.

I reached lots of time for the one reason ..network issue and speed . Even my last ticket is still open and under working state as per last update with customer care agent.

Since last two days my mobile is giving me hard time ..most of time I can network status as “ for emergency calls only “ or no network . Manually I used to registered even it unregistered within 10 minutes .For that I restarted couple of times and remove battery and SIM twice but all fails.

I spoke to customer care today and she ask me to restart again after she done some reset from their end but still my mobile network is not working . It is not a location specific but all where I am facing the same .Second thing I observe that my data is working fine even there is no calls landing to my mobile .

I am using postpaid connection since last 5 years having company provided airtel dongal and home broadband with number +1204168349 and does not want to change with others vendor despite of lots of offer ..but this type of issue force me to give you last chance for your quick resolution .Today I tried to reach your AIRTEL HCL Office –sec 126 but nobody was there might be due to Gandhi jayanthi .

NOTE : Please ask me to contact with expertise ..basic troubleshooting done lots.

Hello Airtel,

I feel ashamed to be airtel user, very poor service you people are providing. I have registered my complaint regarding the network issue on 12th sept and they promised me to get it solved by 16th but till today as its 3rd oct i am facing same problem . No one is here to resolve the issue and the network team gave fake status that they tried reaching me out and i didn't pick up their call.

I want immediate actions to be taken against my complain else in 24 hrs i will port my sim to other network.

I have subscribed airtel dth prepaid. it is announced that 3 months free netflix connection will be provided for airtel premier members. i have tried to utilise the offer. but netflix is asking debit card information. pl. activate netflix on my tv.

I have experience of very bad network connection in my airtel. Ya 2g k like nai hai. I advice quit Airtel connection.

Hi Team,

GAMES WORLD was automatically activated on my mobile#8750066007 with this cheating activity by your network and Rs.35 (multiple times) deducted without my permission.

Today, I checked my balance and got to know its only Rs.5 remaining, this is a very irresponsible move from your side to deceive customers and not at all acceptable.

Please deactivate it with immediate effect and refund all the deducted amount.

The speed of airtel is very slow all the time net speed is 4kbps i hav never seen my net speed above 100kbps.

I am from haldwani, Pilikhoti badi mukhani.

Dear sir,

I have changed my prepaid connection to postpaid 4g sim (my no. 9901542535) on 1st October from airtel office, Wilson garden. Even then from past two days receiving calls from 918105204433 stating that u will not be able to use internet services without 4g sim. kindly check the same and update in the airtel server.
