I serviced at Alankar workshop at boring road Patna. Dealer was too rude to talk and servicing advice while delivering my SWIFT ZDI, Reg no BR 01 CJ 8728. I booked for servicing on 03.11.2018. My car was too dirty both interior & exterior although I paid 1500 for interior only. Also when I talked about a lot of problem dealer rudely talked and told me that the problem was of earlier. Although there was no such problem. My arm rest was still loose, interior & exterior not up to mark and for this the servicing cost is totally idle and unfair. I am totally disappointed. My first choice is maruti suzuki. I have purchase seven car of maruti suzuki nov. 2011 to till date. ALTO K10 VXI, WAGON R CNG, Dzire LXI, DZIRE VDI -2, SWIFT DZIRE VDI MODEL, BALENO becouse maruti suzuki cars maintenance is very easy and no costly. Easy spare parts found in market and better average.

But this time your service is very bad. Detail as per below:-
I have purchase New Dzire LXI 2 nov. 2017.some accessorize not available till date as a mud guerd and mud flap. show room person tell me that maruti suzuki not send it. And hi security number plate i was pay all amount to maruti suzuki showroom when car purchase time. I was purchase music system make MGA to maruti suzuki showroom amount 13500/-

This music system is very bad voice. I request to showroom person please change it. But they have no change it. I have check it with other dzire company fitted music system in front of show room person. Difference is clear and show room person accept it. But my music system not change ant reverse my amount.

Dear Sir,

My name is Chittaranjan VN a public sector bank employee. I am an Ex-Serviceman having the privilege to purchase car through CSD Depot. I have had a Maruti Alto K10 (vxi), 2010 model car with me. It is intimated that during the month of Aug 2017 your sales manager Mr. Adarsh of NEXAINDUS Kasaragod sales department collected my mobile phone number and started to call and met personally me many times as a part of marketing customer. He was using to meet me in the bank where I am working. To attract me for purchasing Ciaz car from your esteemed showroom I had been promised to give the following offers even though he knows that I am a CSD privileged customer:

(a) Exchange offer for my Alto K10 (vxi) 2010 model car upto Rs. 50000/-
(b) Being a Bank employee offer of discount Rs. 10000/-
(c) New year 2018 offer of reduction for Rs. 20000/-

The sales manger was promising for the above offers repeatedly in front of my bank colleagues and manager in the branch as well as over mobile phone. He further told that the offering period extended upto 31 Dec 2017 only and is applicable for CSD customers too as he got permission from his superiors. As he induced strongly with the above offerings I deliberated to give advance for Rs. 11000/- on 18-12-2017.
Actually I were not in a mode of urgency to buy or exchange a car presently. Due to the attraction of the offers only, I gave advance to Mr. Adarsh. Then I had been informed that Mr. Adarsh was hospitalized due to severe back pain and further interaction to be made with Mr. Praveen.

After paying the amount of Rs. 8.56 lakh in the CSD Depot, Kochi on 17 Jan 2018, I obtained the purchase order for your showroom. On 18 Jan 2018 I handed over the purchase order to your office through Mr. Arun (Indus True Value, Kanhangad). On 02 Feb 2018 I received the vehicle. Hereafter things diverged. I had been conveyed that there is no provision for granting the above offers to CSD Customers, hence you will not get the offers as promised above. If it is so the sales person or the respective dealer cheated me by promising false offers.

Thereafter no congruent reply was received about the offers promised before purchasing (by the sales man) Maruthi Ciaz. Apart from the CSD customer privilege your NEXAINDUS Kasaragod sales department promised further offers which had already been agreed by the NEXA officials through writings.
As per the purchase agreement the old car (Alto k10-vxi) was sold for Rs. 1,44,000/-. When claiming for the exchange bonus it was intimated that Exchange bonus (Rs, 50000/-) included in the cost. But it has not been mentioned anywhere in the documents or vocally before exchanging. In this regard a false document was handed over to me by Mr. Ashwin Shenoy while our personal meeting. The document was referred with
wrong Engine/Chassis No. Latest one more purchase agreement with wrong date of delivery has been sent to me. I have not been handed over with original sales documents so far. Whatever the documents given me were with evasion type. I collected some documents from the bankers which are not coincide with the photocopy given to me.

Overall commotion has there in the dealing. A foul play is being experienced by which the offers promised to me may be dissolved or not be allowed. To avoid further ratiocination you are requested to bestow the offers and be abstained the repeating that CSD price includes your promised offers. Documents from Govt of India Department of Canteen Stores only be agreed.

I would like to your attention that we purchased a Swift car in 2010 and when I try to sell it or give it back to true value for purchase of a new car than we found chassis number on the main area is not embodied or missing. Due to which I am not able to even sell it.

This car still has good market price value and good condition car. It's a complete poor manufacture and poor quality issue which is causing such agony and problems to us.

Kindly, provide some solution for this.

I am producing below the mail written to your above dealer.

The above car was serviced by you in the second week of Oct'18. During that time you have done body work, Windscreen glass replacement as well as replacement of front shock absorber housing which had to be replaced as the mountings had badly corroded. The vehicle used to make lot of noises before servicing & your team had pointed the reason as the shock absorber housing was damaged & thus the same were replaced both the sides.

Now after driving it for last 4-5 weeks, the noise has again started & its very disturbing while driving. I had approached your workshop again on 5th Dec'18 & your mechanic test drived but suggested that nothing is wrong & i should keep using it. In my opinion the workmanship was not upto the mark in view of Puja rush in Oct'18 when the servicing was done. Since I have paid quite an amount for the repair work, I am not at all satisfied with your work. Also I am of the opinion that unless the vehicle is checked properly, the same should not be used for safety reasons.

I am thinking of taking another opinion from other Maruti workshop & this mail is to just keep you informed on the work carried out by you as well as the feedback on your workmanship. I shall be out of station for next 2 months & hence will not use the car any more. But once I am back, I shall take up the next course of action.

I am also keeping the company customer care in the loop for record & future action in this regard.

Prior to the deal I was told that I have to provide Voter Card, Adhaar Card of present address, PAN Card and Electric bill, which i provided. However, I didn’t had a active Voter Card at the present address (applied for the same in Sept,2018 for which i have the receipt).

Shantanu Biswas assured me that the Voter Card is just a proof of your Citizenship and the OLD voter card will not hinder the registration process.

Just after receiving the money, Mr. Shantanu Biswas and Mr. Hirak started harassing me on the plea that since your Voter card is inactive, RTO, Kasba is not allowing registration as per RTO Rule, but the same can be registered from Alipur, RTO by paying a bribe of Rs.10,000, which I have denied to provide.

Again some Manager of Sales Dept. of Dewars, Mr. Samrat Nag, called on my mobile and told me that your voter card is not active so he will try to register the car at the old voter card address at Salt Lake, RTO where I stayed 12 years ago while in service with RBI. I did not accept the same.

I told him that in one side you are saying that the voter card is not active so cant be registered in Kasba, RTO and on the otherhand you are saying , that the registration can be done from Alipore, RTO at Present address with Rs.10000 bribe (same set of documents). Then how the registration it is not possible at Kasba, RTO. There is no transparency on the deal and i am getting any update of where my registration is stuck. I presume that my documents are not submitted yet and they want to churn more money out of my pocket.

Please look into the matter at the earliest. I want justice served for the harassment and non-transparency in the dealing. I will also report to Police Complain Dept, Kasba, Kolkata.

Dear sir, I am nandkIshor sudam shinde, send mail last week. We have got problems my car, S cross an accident 3rd  december in this accident herdashing this vehicle on stone car got rolled and exem though the airbags were not opened. The radiator got leak and also gas of a/c got leaked, we have asking claimed to workshops. However it seems that we have got the defective car from maruti. Car rolled this time i am using seatbelts every time my life savings seat belts. why i am paying for airbags it’s best alto car or tata nano only seat belts saving life. i am following your workshop daily, your company engineers service is pending last week. i request you look in to this matter as warranty complaint and please give the replacement this defective car otherwise we have another action against maruti suzuki. Expecting your early and positive reply.

I got an major accident from my car on 7 sep 2018 I submitted my car to delearship (one up motors) lucknow on 8 sep 2018 and they have given me date of 30 Oct 2018 to handover a car keys to me. Today is 25 Dec 2018 now nobody is giving me a status of my vehicle up32jb7999. I really disappointed from one up motors especially from Maruti Suzuki.

Maruti breeza steering broken while driving breeza on 20dec night. we were driving our maruti brezza no MH06BP3945 suddenly steering of our vehicle were broken and come to our hand by gods faith we stop vehicle some how else their would have been huge accident. worst safety standards by maruti we have given vehicle in showroom simran motors alibag and requested for vehicle replacement as such incident is very dangerous but no response from maruti yet about replacement. they are telling we will give part replaced but taking in to consideration they way steering of running vehicle is broken we are not confident about driving that vehicle again.

So kindly replace vehicle else we have to move to consumer court. worst safety standards by maruti, all brezza owners please get checked ur steering it is very serious incident. all executive from maruti doesnot take it serious eg ravi pimpalkar maruti Tsm for this area he is not receiving our calls nor he is serious about issue. please solve our problem immediately else issue will raised in media about safety standards of maruti.

Sir I bought wagon R car last year.. reg no TS09ex5979.....the time has come for third service... but the service center of Mitra agencies in Hyderabad, Telangana located at l.b Nagar ring road, they are asking me to pay 1200 for engine oil, 250 for oil filter, 450 for AC filter, 300 rupees for miscellaneous charges, 287 for labour charges. this is unnecessary cheating of Maruti customers.

I told them that it's my third free service and I changed my engine oil recently from friend who operates a car garage and engine oil is very new But he's not listening and cancelled my third free service.

Cheating customers like this will down the image of Maruti company. I request you to resolve this issue immediately.

Worst experience over and over again. On 25th Dec I took my Dzire for 20000 km service in AUROFIN Bowenpally Hyderabad. I reached the centre at 8.00am. But till 9.20 the front office was empty and NO ONE to attend me. Once I raised my voice they apologised when I threatened to complain. The service was pathetic, car not washed properly, coolant not filled, brake noise after replacing pads and delayed delivery. I will NEVER recommend ANY ONE for Maruti any more. I previously owned Ford car and 10 years service was great.

I would like to let you know that my car has been creating problem from day one and same has been noticed by Murari Suzuki and recalled the car for reconditioning. As the said car had some problem in engine but it's very unfortunate that car is still in similar condition and no improvement.

Sometime back, my car was heatup and samething I reported to maruti service centre

They towed my car to their workshop and taken month time to reconditioning the car. My car had engine problem from day one as maruti gave me defective car and fitted substandard equipment in engine. My car is under warranty and your said service centre is charging more than Rs. 80,000/- for reconditioning of the car and same time they tried to claim this amount from insurance company but failed to got the claim as it was manufacturing defact and engine problem so insurance company refused to process and clear the claimed amount against engine repairing.

Please note that my car is under warranty and it's heating problem but maruti is imposing unethically charges on me to recover the money on the name of reconditioning and ceased engine. Is there any reason to cease engine as said service centre towed the car and they didn't mentioned in their job card? and they took a month time to report this problem and trying to make the money through unethical practice.

Please review and look into the service methodology as said dealer had dubious intention to make the money through insurance and this kind forgery services practice.

Being a owner of this car I always handle my car with proper care and service guidelines but service centre is trying to panalise me through their unethical practices which is not correct.

Looking forward for your immediate resolution on this issue.

My new ertiga vehicle no. TNO1 BF 8877 deliverd on 03.1.2019 by the AIE CARS, CHENNAI. car was dirty with muddy interior and exterior. after my request to clean it no body was keen to do the same. after my denial to take delivery, i was told things will be done. after 3 days of waiting the car was dropped at my home in the same condition as it was dirty originally. even the dealers customer care was not responding to any of this issue.

i want immediate and vigorous action to be taken by the company toward this dealer who is sure to damage
the good name and reputation of maruti brand.

My swift ki o gave to DD motors mayapuri new delhi for first paid service. After my vehicle average km down. I registered a complaint but til now average not good.

On date 22.1.19 again my vehicle sent to dd motors mayapuri new delhi for checking. DD motors issue a certificate your vehicle 23 km /l. It is possible that petrol version swift give 23 km. I contact many time dd motors persons but no given positive response. Pl help otherwise I will go to consumer forum.

Hi, I went to Sky automobile Telibandha, raipur centre for servicing and routine check . It takes an hour for simply vehicle trial and after that i was waiting for more than 45mins for vehicle job card. Very poor customer dealing and worst service.

Its near to my home and i want company servicing that's why waited for nearly 1.45 mins for my vehicle. Kindly tell me what is maximum customer waiting time for routine services.

On date 3.2.19 a complaint lodge against dd motors maya puri, new delhi but till now no action taken. Pl intervene.

First of they deliver my car after 3 month. While they deliver my car they dont give any test drive to me, he say if there will be any problem please come back and we will solve it. so after drive some time i found some problem in my car and go to showroom, they say that this is not our fault for it u have to pay. so i say this problem came after u repair not mine problems. they says we will not do any work u have to pay for this. soo i left my car on showroom when they will repair i will take then paonta sahib goyal motors.

My self vinod bhagat using WagonR DL 12 CH 4207 more than 4 years. I purchased from Rana Motors Gurgaon and done all the Service here but the quality of the services is not up to level. This time i done my Service on 17 feb 19 total Value of invoice is Rs 5391 but as usual i am not satisfied with service. there is some noise from engine and front tyres problem which is still same for engine Noise and now additionally there is a vibration inside the Car. When i give my feedback according to the Adviser for this issue. I have to change my engine foundations and need to change Bearing of tires. I visit the other store he inspected according to him there is no need of change the Foundations and there is some setting with Front tyres Cllipers which is changed in this service. i approached to Service Adviser and requested for rechecking he told me to come with car i told him that i am not able to come please pick my car as picked for service but still there is no solution for my problems after becoming a regular customer of Rana Motors.

This is not happened in this service only this is happened in each service if you check my service record. No of times my car gone for rectifications of same issues and the service charge is always on the Higher Side. I had extended Warranty still my Average Service Charges is Always 6k-8k every time. Many time unnecessary parts changed i dont have faith that they do the proper service. i have complaint every times for service to dealer but only one answer is coming that Sir this will not happened again we will take care next time.

I think you have to take random feedback directly from Customer we are using this Brand for this Best Service and we are not getting this after paying much higher than market service charges there is no need to use this brand cars in future.

I Bose kumar, a resident of village Ghitorni owns a Maruti Brezza, registration number -DL3CCL4114. I feel sorry to state that the the staff of your service station is not efficient enough. I met with an accident on 25 December 2018 and call the insurance staff of Maruti suzuki to repair my car and i received my car after 2 months on 10 february 2019. While driving I observed it many times that the Car starting shaking once it crosses the speed of 100 km/hr. After that I again called your staff to once again look into this matter and they took my car again on 17 February and returned it again on 18 february. But the same problem was still there and my car again went to the workshop on 21 february. They informed me on 23 february that my car is alright but the situation was worse this time and it went again to the workshop for the third time of 25 february and i filed a complaint against this company with complaint no. - 1720035863 and gave a car to use it as a substitute till my car is repaired.

Then for the fourth time my car went to the workshop on 28 february and i got back my car on 3 March. I filed a complaint in the Maruti suzuki company and took it back the very same day. On 6 March i filed a police complaint and the company staff gave it in writing about confirming the problem and assured me that it will be fully repaired by 9 March. Then on 9 march i got a call informing me that my car is ready and asked me to take it and i informed them that I will come to pick it up on 10 march. Once i reached there i was furious to notice that my car still has the same problem. They even took the substitute car. When i reported it to them about it they started behaving inappropriately. They started abusing and got involved in physical violence and pushed me out of the service center. I called the copes and your staff was not at all ready to listen and asked me to take the car today or leave it here only. Being a heart patient my condition was getting worse and i decided to leave the spot.

I took a cab and came back home upon reaching i filed several complaints on your customer care but no concrete action has been taken by you. It is very inconvenient for me as all the payment has been done by me. I request you kindly look into this matter and if no action has been taken by you within a 2 days of reciept of this E-mail then i shall be constrained to refer the matter to the consumer forum. Kindly do the needful.
