Maruti is getting worse and worse regarding its service and customer care. Quality of spare parts as well as quality of service is deteriorating rapidly and is unable to compete with other car companies. I am writing this to share my experience while i took my Wagon-R for routine service.

Maruti has very irresponsible behavior, The dealer of satna, Madhaya pradesh use to make fool to their customers every time. i have maruti ertiga but when i have any problems regarding my car. Dealer of maruti of satna district from MADHAYA PRADESH wont satisfy my car problems and they wont response any query regarding equipment used and what they done in my car....and that problems started again and again. i want that my car should get good service without making customers fool.

I bought a new swift dezire car 2016 and September month Chandigarh industrial area phase I from Autopace. My car running 16000 thousand killomiter. My car start easily but car off silencer is sound . At the sound was very difficult then auto. I am checking the the Chandigarh industrial area phase 1 Autopace but Autopace not solution. Company is not solution my problem. I request for new customer not purchase for Maruti cars.

Having very bad experience with Stan service station at Mohali, Punjab, even telephonic feed back, no body bother.

7:10:2018 at 3am my vehicle ertiga was not started. So many times called to customer care but not used. I spent a night in road with out your service.

Is this a Road side assistance or just a gamic , was tried and got a revert from past 1.5 hrs from your team, worst and depressed. Shit down this if there is no help for your Valuable customers.
