I was told i will get 28Kmpl from my Maruti Suzuki Ciaz (diesel) but i am only getting about 15Kmpl only. This is a false promise and cheating by the company.

I have purchased a new Dzire car from Poddar Car World on first week of October 2017. I have run this car only for 300 kms. It gives disturbing sound may be in the clutch or somewhere. I tried to lodge a complain in Poddar car world. But they are not responding. As its a very new car I want replacement of my car immediately. I'll not prefer for repairing.

Dear sir, i am customer of maruti suzuki. Today i go to service centre but not good response from supervisor at belgaum nehru nagar. so maineer work for my vehicle 2 and half hours i am waiting so not response your supervisors so i request immediately service my car.

I purchased Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZDI vehicle in 13 April 2018 through CSD Secunderabad through RKS Motors, Seuncerabad. After paying an amount of Rs 11,47,263.00, the dealer was supposed to refund the balance proceeds of Rs 4,006 due to me after deducting the cost of accessories. But at later date in May18, I was informed by the representative of RKS Motors to pay an additional sum of Rs 6180.00 paid vide receipt no REC18000738 dt 07 june 18 towards Advance Income tax collection for which they promised me that they would issue proper receipt challan payment receipts thereon for an amount of Rs6,180 plus 4,306 equal to Rs 10,486.

But till date neither, I was refunded the Amount of Rs10486 nor provided with Proper Advance Tax receipt.

Invoice - Rs 1142262
Total paid - Rs 1147262 plus Rs 6180 equal to Rs 1153442.

I purchase alto k10 on 17/10/2018 by unique moter in hisar. I paid RC payment on delivery time but after one month still I have not received RC and not received proper reply. kindly look into this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased Maruti Suzuki ALTO K10 Vxi vehicle on dated 07 NOV 2018 through SEHGAL AUTORIDERS PVT LTD PUNE - 411057. with following details:
Car price was Rs. 3,78,043 with Insurance Rs. 22,763
After cash discount and exchange offer my
car price is Rs. 3,39,544 with Insurance Rs. 19,580
So Refund amount from dealer should be ( Rs. 22763 - Rs.19580 ) = Rs. 3183

When i called and asked salesman to refund the insurance difference amount they refuses to refund me.
I request you, kindly look into this matter.

I have paid Rs. 11,000 on 22 Ja 20 to Poddar car Pvt Ltd, Khanapara, Guwahati and submitted all documents on 27 Jan 20 personally for delivery of XL6 Zita Red colour, till date no intimation received so far except verbal consolation. Please help me.
