I booked Ertiga vdi car on 23 June 2016 from Maharashtra Automotive Automobiles, Aurangabad. But not the Ertiga car has not been delivered since one month. It is so very late.

I took my car for service to authorised service center but it was done very poorly. The complaint was not resolved neither the car was cleaned properly.

This is to bring to your notice that I bought Maruti Suzuki Celerio Tour H2 on 16th March 2018 from Rana Motors Safdarjung Enclave New Delhi bearing registration number DL1RTC1477 As the model was a petrol variant I asked the dealer for a factory fitted CNG version of the same After which Dealer took my car to Go Green CNG Solutions in order to fit CNG kit in it which I was unaware of

I was unaware of the fact that CNG kit is not a genuine factory fitted one and I started facing lot of problems from the very first day and I had to take it to showroom for at least 2 times before visiting the Service Centre Further on 8th April 2018 I went to authorised Service Centre where I got to know that the CNG kit which was fitted in my car by the dealer is not genuine as the guy at Service Centre told my that they could not fix it as it is not a genuine kit He also told me that I might be facing these kind of weird problems like stalling of vehicle wobbly engine engine missing buzzing sound lack of initial bite etc I was so much irritated and then I had to make a Call to the dealer in order to get it checked at Service Centre Now I am so much traumatised that I will not recommend anyone to buy a car from the dealer

In view of the above you are requested exchange the existing fault ridden Celerio to a brand new one as I had start facing these issues from the very first day else I need to file a case against Dealer as well as Company in Consumer Court Further you are also requested to look into the matter and take strict action against dealer as he is cheating his customer Hoping for your cooperation

I have bought a MARUTI WAGONR from Bharat Auto Cars Pvt. Ltd., Mangalore (through their Puttur branch) in January 2018. It was fixed with MAXXIS tyres. After covering (driving) a distance of 2013 km (usage period 6 months on 27th June 2018) one of my car tyre (left side front tyre) has got burst while driving on the road. As there is warranty for the tyres, I contacted the car dealer’s Puttur branch and asked them to make an arrangement for replacing the tyre. Accordingly they contacted the tyre dealer for the same. But the tyre dealer has refused to replace it on the pretext that it is not manufacturing defect. As I am using the car in a good road, I doubt about the quality of the company’s tyres. If the tyre is not able to be used in an ordinary road how I can trust about other three tyres too.

As you are serious on customer care, I hope you will take this issue with the tyre dealer and make an arrangement to get the tyre to be replaced.

I just want to draw your attention towards services schedules of Maruti Suzuki Car.

1- I want to know why there is need to change coolant in every 20k service. In market there is oat based coolant already available which is having life of 3 lac km and other automobile companies are using it.
As per my knowledge there is nothing wrong in coolant which is used at maruti service stations. Coolant composition is used by company are almost same ie 50 % ethylene glycol and 50 % water. Price are also same.
Then why maruti is recommending to change it in 20k and other companies refer lac km?
2- Engine oil life service schedules are also enhanced by other automobile companies ie change in every 40k service but Maruti are still stucked at 10k service.

If your company will work on these then there would be remarkable step.
