Hi Team,

I had very bad experience with the airtel broadband. My office work has suffered due to this..

There are no value of customer in Airtel (mailed/calls multiple (50 times) times on airtel customer-care on last 15 days, always getting fixed answer as "आपकी सेवा 24 घंटे मे हल हो जाएगी"

I am waiting for this 24 hours to begin. So please don't fool the customer more.

for last saturday, I received confirmation SMS to shifting. I am trying to shift the number from the last 15 days, but still not processed. I have received below SMS, before 15 days..

SMS --> Shifting request no 10057538198 for your Airtel Xstream Fiber no 014147865331_dsl is registered on 29/06/2022 03:11:40 PM. Your request will be attended on the preferred date shared by you. In case of any delay in shifting, please call us at 9560911911 between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please carry the wifi router and all accessories to your new location.

SMS --> Hi PAWAN KUMAR, your BB installation appointment with order ID 21-22258685729 has been confirmed. Our Engineer subham chheepi (07947498568) will visit your place on 2022-07-01T16:00:00 for the installation process.

As SMS confirmation, I have uninstalled the router before last 10 days, and am waiting for installation to new address..
I have called multiple times to your Engineer subham chheepi (07947498568) / 198 / 9560911911, but not received any solution... :-( :-( :-(

I decided to move on JIO with my other 6-7 airtel numbers.

Harra namaldiha, West Bengal Airtel network facing problem. Airtel internet speed is slow although airtel sim has full signal. Facing issues while calling as voice is not clear and too much of call drops, also problem in video calls. While watching videos there is too much buffering. Very much disappointed in Airtel and its customer support.

Dear Sir,

Reference my Airtel Xstream Fiber ID: 01197561099_dsl; landline No: 01140112922. Bill of Rs. 942.82 for the month of June-July 2022 was paid by me through State Bank of India Credit Card on 25 Jul 2022. However, I was again asked to pay this sum together with penalty for August. To avoid discontinuation of my connection as threatened in your SMS dated 06 Sep 2022, I had no option but to pay Rs.2003.64 immediately being the sum for both June-July and July-August 2022. I also visited the Airtel Customer Care office after that but failed to convince them although I was carrying a copy of my SBI Card Statement issued by SBI.

I would request you to please reconcile the discrepancy and either refund the extra payment or adjust the same in a future bill.

Your sales representative Manoj is damn irritating and stupid. He asked me to make the payment on the spot and then the installation never happened. It all wasted my 4 days. My money struck with you people and nobody informed me that the connection cannot be installed as ports are full. Are you people hiring uneducated stupid employees. I have faced very worst experienced with airtel broad band services except for the payments because it should be on time but they will give the internet connection after four days and after 1 week internet is not working when we are calling customer care no response, when the time of connection they give one number for emergency number to use when lost the signal or you face any weak speed as of I'm calling them from last 3 days mo one is responding even the customer case service and area incharge of airtel feels like we begging behind the airtel to rectify the internet they will come to collect the amount on time not for any internet problems. i am calling customer care area IN charge no one is responding now to whom i have to inform for the issues?

i had payment for postpaid mobile recharge on 07.1.2023 of amount 883.82 from net banking SBI and payment was successful but message came from airtel that Rs 883.82 has failed for airtel mobile 7007418185. It was refunded to source account within a day. But still now amount not refunded to A/c.

I have been a airtel customer for more than 10 years now.

Recently one of the salesperson called up and told me about airtel black and insisted that I get a new broadband connection as well and they will transfer my old broadband number to my new broadband connection within 4-6 days. Now on enquiring from airtel customer care, I am told that it is not confirmed and will happen after 45 days. Now that salesperson is not picking up calls.

The name of that salesperson is Rinku Singh.

Misguiding customers for luring them in for new connections to meet their target and later avoid them, this is their new strategy. Highly dissatisfied with the same and will definitely disconnect all my airtel connections asap.
