Hi.
I have user of past 5 years in airtel i have 3 numbers . I have recently dth service requested for connection, one of vendor called to me. And asked for schedule, i have told for come given timelines, but he was not came. And one day came at my with reference guide on call he find, he was holded connection, just dth box with out connection put in home. But in my mobile showing service is activated, i was called that executive today evening he reached home. Saying it can't possible give to connection , and he was done with out my intimation activated my dth service, This is not good bad experience. And the vendor say I am seeing daily 100 of customers like u, do u want to complaint on me. Ok you can do. You can tell any wr,
Waste And stupid guy talking like these type of words.

I don't want connection, i want to deactivate immediately, i going to complaint in consumer forum on that vendor.

subah Maine recharge kiya hai 8484890079, lekin activate nahi hua. Customer care ko call kiya lekin customer care se bat nahi hoti baki ki faltu service ki janakari Dete hai. Very cheap service.

I have sent quite of few emails to Airtel to do the needful in my case but they don't even care. I had been paying my bill & suddenly got to know my no. has been inoperative due to payment fail but I never received payment failed notification on Airtel Thanks App neither got any intimation from my bank. I have my bank transaction as evidence which I have already shared in my email. Please do reply to my email.

Dear sir/madam
we have installed your xtreme fiber broadband connection on 6th April 2021 and allotted number 04514007411. And at the time of installation the agent has told as that the calling service will be provided within a month and still replying the same. without using the service we are paying you the amount. which disappoints us very much. As my neighbors are insisting us to switch over to another service provider as earlier as possible. Thanking you and looking forward for your swift action in this regard.

Village dvdhai post office koti pin code 248197 vikasnagar dehradun landmark junior high school dudai. this village is facing a lot of problem in network. solve my problem quickly. i have filed complaint many times but no solution yet. network team Messages again and again that the problem has been resolved, if it is not happening, then I get the SIM port done, I have installed its booster network in the village.

On 12th of july i got the connection of airtel fiber.

My wifi worked fine on the date of installation. But on the second day it stopped working and your team failed to resolve the issue for the next 14-15 days. I called your local engineer but that guys was soo rude to me I can't explain infact he misbehaved and abused me. I was registering the complainant online and those guys were closing the complainant again and again without even visiting my place.I have already complained about him.

I have also called the customer care number multiple times but still your team didn't provide the resolution till 14-15days. And in the end the promised me that they will provide me the extension in the last days. And when the last time i called him i.e on the day when my plan expired, they said that they won't be able to provide the extension due to some technical issues.

When this issue will be resolved? can you please help me with this.

I had paid post data card d bill on 16/12/21 Reference No 135015241804, through google pay to airtel money, total bill 749 rs after discount i paid Rs 730/-. But still am receiving the calls that payment is not done. also I had cancelled the data card and made it to Mobile sim.

Kindly resolve my problem
