We as a customer of airtel want full fledged network as we pay a lot. But we are not getting network to call or msg as well as internet service is very poor in our locality since 1yr. As we paid a huge amount for Airtel packages ,so it's your responsibility to look after this matter . I complained earlier but there is no response and no improvement of network from your side . As a customer of Airtel I am facing trouble a lot. Please solve this matter soon and provide some good service

I'm facing an issue from this morning saying " No service" in my airtel sim.

I have important calls to make and today when I recharged my mobile ...neither did I get a message saying it's recharged nor I'm able to call anyone please help as soon as possible. I am losing so many of my important calls I hoe you'll understand and address my issue as soon s possible.

Sir,
I have been facing network problem since a very long time. And for this my internet connection becomes too slow. I have even logged a complaint in the airtel thanks app and still there has been no change in the internet connection. Please look up to this matter as its really frustrating and i am facing difficulties in attending my online classes and everything else.

My landline NO:044 49567571.The broadband services were frequently disturbed since last three days. (ie since 21/06/2021.) This is the time students are writing exams. Particularly on 22/06/2021 it was NOT working from 12 noon to 17 hrs and Students could not upload answer sheets after exams are over. Pl.ensure uninterrupted service.

No eSIM Facility in Port Blair. i hafd tried converting my physical SIM to eSIM a lot of time but it did'nt work, as a result my No. got deactivated. later I was informed that eSIM facility is not available in Port Blair. please let me know whether this facility will be available in Port Blair in future or not.

Hi,
Today morning i.e.(5-7-2021) recharged my Airtel phone with Rs.449/- through Phone pay. In phone pay the transaction shows failed but amt got deducted. I took the mini statement from the bank and checked, yes the amt was deducted. Then i visited Airtel Office, they said to send a message to 121 @in.airtel.com. which i am doing. I hope my money will be return as the customer agent said.

It came to my notice today for the past 2days my line has not been network and my number is 08027054002. I don't know the reason behind this act. I submitted my NIN as at when due and I got a reply that it has been linked to my number. Pls urgent restoration should be done if my patronage is still needed. Thanks

Mr. Rajkaran is the airtel engineer. He has been telling me for the last four days to visit my home to resolve my internet problem but didi not. He has stopped picking my call even. What to do? Why we should choose Airtel who employs such irresponsible and bad people. How will my problem be resolved now. Airtel can not treat customer this way. It's horrible.

I am your customer having id 3006052542 airtel hd services. I want to change my hd set top box services to airtel extreme hd set top box. Your service provider gave us a wifi connection regarding this but extreme set top box not provided from last 12 days. They committed me to exchange my set top box but now they are attending calls but not provided till now. At present their phone are switched off. Their behavior and way of talking is so bad. It's a harassment by service provider of our area. Please do the needful.

So poor response from airtel complaint site.

I am very disappointed from your network. as whatever you people were doing the advertisement they all were fake, if you were unable to provide proper network in towns then how you will able to provide to village side area. I have ported mu number from vodafone to airtel but i am facing very bad network in my area, (city) and there no any solution from your side.

We are told that in recharge of 249 rupees we will get amazon prime included. But from last two months we are not getting the perk as amazon prime video claim link is not opening. This is my complaint regarding 249 recharge. In which we are not getting the perks which been told us earlier.

I have recharge 78 pack 5gb data after finished one day 1gb free data but why internet is very slow. data balance is still 4gb.
