I had placed an order for a laptop through paytm on EMI based. After transaction SBI shown the amount has been debited from my acct but paytm shown payment failed. I spoke to SBI card care they told the transaction has been done. Now the merchant asked for card statements in PDF. So I request you to sent the statements of 5th Nov 2015 on my email ID. I shell be ever grateful to you.

I want to warn all the ppl incl. The SBI account holders, to nevr use Sbi credit card, as the post purchase support services is totally opposite to what u might expect from a top bank like sbi. I wished to would have never used their services. Its pure mental agony and headache when they start charging u taxes, on ur purchase, that u have never heard of!!!!

I could send sms FP to 56767 2 days back then I got sms in return " we shall contact you shortly - SBI CARD" but I could not get any response from Customer Care so today is last day for Flexipay & pay in EMIs offer there No fast response shortly mean 1 week ? please do needful, thank you. contact 8686503666.

i am manoj patel and live at khokhara ahmedabad 380008. Last two time i visit my nearest sbi branch khokhara but service is very bad. i want change my no. I am go two time in sbi but my request is not completed. When i am go at time, always server down and i am back.

It is to bring your kind notice that I was recharged Rs.55/- through freecharge site which is recently tied-up wigh Snapdeal, with my SBI Card. During recharge, I entered my card details. After entry, my card details have automatically saved with freecharge site without showing a command do you want to save your details?... which is not appropriate to the SBI Card Customers. Further, it is also bring to your kind notice that I wants to purchase an item from snapdeal on 19 Nov 2015. When I went to payment mode through SBI Card, my card details except CVV No and expire date were also shown in the Snapdeal site which may lead to hack my card details by any hacker. Hence, it is requested that either other site like online purchasing, online Recharge etc....may direct to obtain your permission to utilize SBI cards without saving card details in their sites or software has to be developed at your level to prevent illegal activities by the hackers, online purchase, recharge sites.

In this regard a reply may please be given to me.

My credit card was blocked. The same was communicated with the customer care. The reason given for blocking the card was that there had been no transaction for a long time. The same was not understood, However it was assured the same would be activated within seven working days. Reference no. 1-3836827578 dated 20 Nov 2015. Request if the same could be activated.

I have already submitted my duly filled KYC and address proof PAN card copy all are are self attested and one pp size Photo one set was dropped in drop box in delhi, two times sent via mail to kyc renewal.But i am not getting my statements to my new address since three months. I do not know what is happening.

I had purchased Mobile on flipkart on EMI basis, and amount paid Rs. 11699/-through sbi credit card but due to defective piece of mobile I had returned the mobile to flipkart and same amount credited to my account. (as per shown in amount in sbi card statement) But till date inspite the amount refunded by flipkart an amount Rs.11699/-, The EMI of Rs. 1051 is cutting since I purchased the mobile. I requested you to see the matter and stopped the EMI immediately and refunded the whole amount which excess cutting through EMI.

I am having complain regarding my online transactions of 18000/- on 30 nov 2015. when I call back for transferring 18000/-rs back into my account then your EXECUTIVE told me that your total amount(18000/-) will be transferred up to 15 Dec. 2015 and she gave me AKNOWLEDGEMENT REQUEST NO.1-4003833358. Still I don't get my payment and on 15 Dec and when I call back related to this, your other executive told me that your request should not be proceed because you didn't provide any written application. In such a case what should I do??...and please guide the staff to provide CORRECT and USEFUL information only.

I hold Debit card no. 622018001670*******. It has only starting date. AUG 2009. It does not have an expiry date. It does not fit into several payment formats. Why are you not responding to my problem. It is a serious matter of fraud. Again a fraud has happened on the same card number even though it has been blocked. Plz there is withdrawing big amount from my card. Plz see to it as a very serious matter as I think something is wrong within your branch or employee. Plz confirm your billing department. Plz understand my problem seriously. Visit my residence soon related to inquiry. Why are you not sending statement and for e-statement I have registered my e mail id long days before but still there is no problem.

I was issued SBI Visa Credit card No.4377486564279121. My name was wrongly printed as SURA SUNANAR BABU instead of SURA SUNDAR BABU. I made a request to toll free number to change the name but it was not done so far. Please change the name correctly and reissue credit card at the earliest.

I am the credit card holder I paid Rs .15000/- on 13/5/2015 and bank statement also highlight in clear by 16/5/2015 . But SBI say to me our cheque are bounce. But my bank is given me certificate the amount is debited in my a/co. And I submitted all document to SBI service staff. Every time are calling ask me your amount are pending. Pls solve the problem.

I have dropped the cheque worth rs. 7360 /- in SBI Bank Howrah Maidan Branch ( G.T Road Branch ) at 24/12/16. But the cheque have not been cleared. I have sufficient balance in my account also. As per SBI Card customer care executive they did not received the cheque. This same problem have been occurred in November month also. I have also visited to the SBI Bank credit card department head office in park street Kolkata, as per regional officer ' I have to stop the payment for the missing cheque & reissue a new cheque in December month against 2 months ( November + December ) payment '.

Please solve the matter urgent. I can't make my payment via cheque.
