Sir please block my credit card Sbi Card immediately because today morning one unknown call asked me the card details except the pin number. I think my card is misusing by someone else. Please block it immediately. If it is misused by someone else I am responsible to pay the amount because from morning onwards I am continuously calling the customer care number and sending message to block my Sbi Card. But there is no response from your side. Please do the needful immediately.

Hi request on customer care to cancel my credit card no.4377 4869 8526 **** their request no.1_750998064 & stated request forwarded, intimated. I further asked to release the FD. Now the card is not cancelled but sent the statement. Take n.a. & cancel the credit card & release the F.D.

I would like to request to you please cancel my SBI Credit Card. My Card No: 4377486205769***. Your A/C and statements are not understandable. The your way of communication are not incorrect and more excise of people. This will not workout. Either you have to run only deposit scheme or credit card scheme. Please refund paid my money. i got my credit card no:4377486524159***, blocked due to compromise of security in jan15. i wish to get new card, i had earlier also applied but no action. probably due to change in address. i am now permanently staying in this address; C-501, SAVVY SOLARIS, opp AUDA GARDEN, NXT to BALAJEE RE, MOTERA. I Subrata sardar my credit card application no.1809801000597 applied on 30/03/15. But till now i have not received my sbi credit card. How long does it takes to process the application and deliver the card. This is really very slow service. The SBI customer support is also not very helpful. so my request to you to take the card as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am credit card holder of SBI.My name is J.Hepsiba. I informed to block the card.My card no. was **** **** **** 8996. I got SMS that as per card holder request the card was blocked on 22/08/2014. As per the monthly statement annual fee charged total amount of Rs.842.70. As informed by the Bank authorities, to return the card please send us the address to do the same.Kindly do the needful to me.

Sub: Reversal of Rs.2039/- - reg.

I have SBI Credit Card no 4377 4869 4460 3347 using for 8 years. I have purchased (through Add on card) one mobile phone on 6th march 2015 for Rs.11749/-(EMI Flexipay) through online flipcart. That new mobile not working so returned flipkart and I asking returned payment. The Flipkart also same amount had been credited to SBI credit card a/c on 23.03.2015 for Rs.11749/-. Your statement date 02.04.2015 mentioned the above payment of debit and credit. Flipcart already returned the amount and again debit EMI RS.2039/- for the same. I have complained through customer care on 13.04.2015 as to the above EMI Rs. 2039/- for waiver.

The customer care said that you have to pay total amount due of Rs.7157/- as per statement date 2.4.2015 and I had paid the same including Rs.2039/- on 21.4.2015. The customer care department also agreed to next month statement reversal of Rs.2039/- (EMI). My Complaint no. 111095398554 dt. 13.04.2015.

But I had received through mail this month statement date on 02.05.2015 not returned/reversal EMI amount of EMI Rs.2039/-. Today (07.05.2015) again I asked Customer Care to waiver of the above matter. But they said that reversal had already been made to including of Rs.11749/-. Actually I bought from flip cart Rs.11749/- returned the same amount to sbi credit card a/c and where is a question of Rs.2039/- of reversal which was already paid statement date 2.4.2015. I am not satisfied with customer care answer. Hence, please return the above said amount and clarify the above matter as soon as possible.

My card has been blocked stating misused by unauthorised people. after wards when contacted your people are not given any correct information. I am paying regularly the outstanding amount in time. hence I request u to kindly release the card for further use and obliged.

My self Sheetal Prashant Kasar Card No: 4377486994129268 i am not able to pay the minimum amount due to my personal reason ( I am job less from last one and half year, my husband is also jobless as he suffer from a disease called ankylosing spondylitis (720) we both are jobless there no income for my family we stay in rented house we have daughter of four and half year age she is scared she stars crying but the person keeps on shouting. My is family is depended on me I am trying my level best to get the job but there is no result coming out there no one to support us all my saving and ornament i had invest to my friends business (Swapnil Suresh Bhuwada) but he took all money from us and ran away . I had filed a case against him in Mulund Court. I had informed this thing to many person of SBI Team than also their no support from the team.

The person name Sanjay Singh Thakkur Mobile No 9820267721 is mental harass us by coming to our place shouting,scolding, saying bad sentences from last few days he torchering us.He say do anything we want money otherwise i will doing much more thing.

So i request all the SBI Team to please support me as soon as i receive the money i will pay. If this continues i will do suicide and my family who is depend on me sbi team need to take care of my family after my death

I am a Central Govt employee, Ministry of Defense (Navy),COMMANDER DEEPAK DANIEL PANT.
For the past few months i have been getting bills which have been overcharged for things like late payment (whereas cheques have been dropped in time).There are also associated overcharging issues such as interest carried over, fee & interest charges etc etc. I have been very regularly paying my dues by deducting the overcharged amount and paying the 'ACTUALS', under intimation. your credit card department just does not understand this issue and keeps overcharging me on a regular basis. I know what my expenditures are and it is very annoying to get overcharged bills again and again.

When matters got too much, and couldn't be resolved by phone, a wrote a detailed letter to the Senior Manager M/s Rashmi Gupta with a copy to the Asst VP Mr Amit Kalra, on 04 March 2015. The issue remains unresolved till date an i continue to get overcharged bills which are alarmingly huge mainly due to carried over interests! I attached a letter with my latest bill with a cheque of rs 5000/00 (again after deducting the overcharged amount) and dropped it in the SBI BANK branch at MAYAPURI on 13 May 15. The last date of payment was 14 May and i am still getting reminders that i have not paid the bill. Neither has acknowledgement in terms of the cheque being cashed been received. It is requested that this issue be resolved earliest before we start loosing faith in the SBI!

A similar issue had arisen a few years back but was amicably resolved through dialogue over the phone itself.

I am sbi credit card holder, my name is Durgesh Mishra, I am facing problem for my date of Birth from start of day when my card was approved, more time I requested to customer for correct my date of birth, but still now not correct my date of birth, today's I cannot connect with customer , so pls pls pls correct my date of birth as per given my document.

I just got message in my mobile number 9444012454 that an amount of Rs.3339/- was transacted. This is not an authorised one by me and I do not know who made this transaction. The card is with me. You may stop payment to the person who claim for the so called transaction.

Since i am using sbi card for las 12 months, i used to get statements regularly....but last 6months i am not getting any statements from ur end. I am getting a message alert from ur end on the month end. so kindly provide me the last 6 months statement. several times i called customer care also. but the response is too worst.
